Very Creative name for a bar. European style hotel. But desi touch. Most names are very Indian. Chidya is apt name as drinking birds come together! Bar is compact but nicely furnished. Most of alcoholic beverages are available. Bar overlooks pool and open roof courtyard.

Okay I have to say, Chidya Ghar ( Roseate House) was a very Delightful experience. We went in late and place was all quaint. It was just four of us and our bartender Anushkriti. A very hospitable and a patient human. It was a night of Expresso Martini and Gin n Tonic, and a very wonderful end to our Friday night. Thank you Roseate for such a cozy place. And, thank you, Anushkriti for serving us with a sweet smile at almost closing hour.

Chidiya Ghar is an upscale lounge at the Roseate House in Aerocity. Located on the floor above the reception lobby, this lounge offers dim recess lighting and a vibe you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The place is not too loud nor too quiet and has nice music playing in the background. I had a flight to catch and decided to spend a few hours at the lounge. The cocktails here are top notch and the bartender that day, Roshan spent adequate time to craft refreshing cocktails. The Flight 91, I couldn’t help but sip it before I could take a picture but it’s a refreshing mix of gin and tangy pineapple juice with some bitters and is a solid recommendation. The second cocktail was a tequila based “The Idealist” served in a martini glass with olives and stole the show with its presentation at taste. The hospitality and politeness of the bartender created a good vibe for me and this place is a solid recommend for anyone in Aerocity. I will definitely return to this place and hopefully it will be to stay at the hotel and not just visiting.

The Delhi zoo came decades later after New Delhi was built. although the idea to have a zoo at the national capital was mooted in 1951, the park was inaugurated in November 1959.[6] In 1952 the Indian Board for Wildlife created a committee to look into creating a zoo for Delhi. The government of India was to develop the zoo and then turn it over to Delhi as a working enterprise. In 1953 the committee approved the location of the zoo, and in October 1955 it assigned N. D. Bachkheti of the Indian Forest Service to oversee the creation of the zoo.[2] Initially Major Aubrey Weinman of the Ceylon Zoological Garden (now the National Zoological Gardens of Sri Lanka) was asked to help draw the plans for the zoo, but because he was not available for the long term, Carl Hagenbeck of the Zoological Garden of Hamburg was hired. In March 1956, Hagenbeck presented a preliminary plan, which included the recommendation to use moated enclosures for the new zoo. The plan was modified as needed to account for local conditions, and approved by the Indian government in December 1956.[2] By the end of 1959, the Northern part of the zoo was complete, and animals which had been arriving for some time and which had been housed in temporary pens were moved into their permanent homes. The park was opened on 1 November 1959 as the Delhi Zoo. In 1982 it was officially renamed to National Zoological Park, with hopes that it could become a model for other zoos in the country.[2][7]

A premium experience and location. Prices are quite costly though so be prepared unless you get 50% discount sometimes using google or eazydiner

On my recent visit to Roseate , been to chidyaghar and my experience was quite amazing. And I was really impressed by their cocktails. On their recommendations , I tried NRI , bourbon based and Dream of Jeannie , vodka based and ordered for Charcuterie Platter to munch . The cocktails were well made , light and amazing. Especially dream of Jeannie , and amazing drink with a hint of lime , vodka and cranberry juice. Also the platter was very delightful and fresh.👍🏻

Chidya Ghar is giving wonderful service. They provide quality to Their customer service is one of the reasons why they are so popular. It also offers a wide range of foods and drinks that can be customized to suit the taste of each individual patron. They also provide free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating options, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. They are also committed to sustainability and are always looking for ways to reduce their environmental impact.

Poor staff and management. Such a small set up and yet they can’t take care of the guest. We used to frequent this place for its great service but now won’t be visiting again due to terribly trained staff.

Obnoxious, border line rude servers. We were a group of 6 celebrating my Bday and even then our server Ms. Anjali and Mr. Vishal didn’t leave any instance to make our visit a bad experience. After paying for more than 20 drinks couldn’t even offer 4 shooters. Lol what a joke !
