I called them to know about availability of Red Mi 10,6 RAM 128 GB ( Pacific Blue). Over, the call they confirmed its available and for price Rs 13,000/-. I visited the Shop in 30 min and was told it's an error and they don't have the product physically. Kapil the store staff was very rude and arrogant. Later, i was recommended by Kapil (store staff ) and was forced to buy the same product at Rs 15000/. When the phone price is already listed Rs 12,999/-on MI app and website then why should I pay Rs 2000/-extra This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional from such a big brand. Very much disappointed about my experience. Total waste of time and effort to visit them. I hope some strict action would be taken on my complaint so such instances are never repeated to any of the other customers.

The Mi Home is good, but Air Conditioning is not good at all here and even staffs are unable to manage the guests properly here in rush. Though we were on MiFC meet-up, I haven't seen any participation in managing the guests properly from the staffs members. Most of us are sweating a lot due to poor air conditioning.

They have all phones in display but limited phone in stock. May be they were hiding lower range phone which was best selling to sell higher range phone

All devices and equipments are available offiline in this store. Well behaved sales person. Fantastically maintained overall.

It's a small store. Mainly for mobiles. I did not find much choice for television. Just a few on display and not much help from the staff to decide on television. Car parking is a bit of a problem.

It was great experience to be here, met with Rahul, a gentleman working here he shows us all the products very professionally and also told us about the benefits about the products in detail, rest all working people there, very co-operative, neat and clean store, Opening and closing timings are 10am to 9 pm, you'll get to see here Smart Tv, Smart Bulb, Phone , Laptop, Speakers earphones, headphones, and other Mi smart products.

They have lots of phone variants but not tv as well. They only have the latest tv variants by the way if I want a new phone of mi i'll visit again for sure!!!
