Service was very slow i ordered for naan from waitress at evening shift she was there she said wait sir you plz sit i was waited for 19 minutes .. very bad experience and not giving free wifi to guest for staying in rooms . Very bad .. i would like to meet general manager for this complaints very bad service and facilities 👎👎👎

We had organised my sister's wedding event here. The hotel is good in terms of space and infrastructure but the food disappointed us. Also the casual attitude of many attendants in staff was a common phenomenon. It appears that many of the workers there aren't happy with their jobs and are only forced into it. Basically there's lot of scope of improvement in the hotel's customer service part.

Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was good I like the room theme and the colour combination but the very important thing which everyone looks at was the washroom which was not cleaned at all I stayed there for two days one night and I have not seen the public bathroom cleaned..

Pathetic experience pathetic service as per staff I have order the food scanning QR in room and after 1 hour I get to know that order not recieved have to again give an order for food. This is how they treat the guest. Had my dinner too late for the day. Do not recommend anyone to stay in the hotel .

Nice hotel, especially for corporate visit. It has pool are, gym, and some indoor games, Hence it is economic pricing toiletry are charged separately here. You will get towels, coffe n 4 teas complimentary, and breakfast. Overall it is an excellent place will give a top class feel.

Good weekend gateway. Rooms are good with small waedrobe, well working ac. Food was decent. Ample car parking space. Enjoyed the swimming pool facility. Overall great weekend spent with friends.

Decent property with many rooms & quite a few family suites. Food served by the restaurant is great. Has a nice game room with snooker & table tennis A good place to relax, has a decent size pool for people to enjoy at once.

I visited 2nd time to this hotel. There is no improvement and even becoming worst day by day. The behaviour of the staff is very rude. It seems they are not happy with there job. The service is very poor. The staff behaviour is very casual. It took more than 30 min to checkout. The amenities like Dental kit, Saving kit and slippers are not complementary. If you want can ask from the room service. Available at 40/- each. Very limited options are available in breakfast.

Not a good place at all. Too many mosquitoes and just a very old building. Don't go on what you see from their page. Everything is very slow, internet does not work, no open window in any rooms and also the reception counter staff is where absent minded. Would prefer Country Inn. The waiter Aatheshyam was the most genuine and best person in whole staff

Hotel facilities are clean & decent. The restaurant offers limited options in food but decent ones. The taste was also okay. In case you're planning to stay in this hotel, please bring you grooming kit along (except handwash, body wash & body lotion). They don't cover the kit (dental kit, slippers etc.) in hotel charges, but if required they can provide with a nominal charge of 40 rupees. The hotel also have a supermarket right opposite to it. They include breakfast & lunch/dinner charges separately.

Room 709 was dirty shifted. Room 704 floor not properly clean, tea cups, cloth hangers missing, telephone not working, both room was some time dirty. Food buffet: no starter in main course. Main course not much good. Staff not responding to Reception manager. Overall : now redfox is not good hotel to spend 3700.00

Rooms are ok but no extra facility like cold drinks juice no welcome drinks no dental kit in room etc toilets seat in not comfortable like other hotels. Very less eating and desert options.

Worst place to stay, please plan your visit before, you can get a good hotel at the location in the better price range offered. We didn’t get the basic amenities even in the room and was charged extra for each item. The washroom are filthy no COVID norms followed.

Happy to be here again after 3 years. This is my Practice Centre for VGA. Even though the hotel name changed still the vibrancy is alive. A very good property for practicing WOW( Women On Work) - a week end offer to working and non working families which will help their kitchens closed and stay here for a day.

I'm a fan of lemon tree group of hotels. But Redfox Bhiwadi is an odd one out. Completely unorganized and unhygienic. How a hotel can ask to pay extra for toiletries kit like toothbrush and toothpaste. This happen here. And breakfast is not ok and unclean sets. I planned to stay for 3 days, but ended in 1 day. And checked in at Country Inn nearby
