    I lost almost 50kg there , the trainer's are very good and they have very good knowledge about exercise and diet. And the most important thing is that the gym has a good ventilation.

    The trainer is very friendly and is very helpful. He has a very profound knowledge of exercises and food. He is great in his work. The ambeince of the place is also inspiring and motivating which helps alot while working out.
