Didn't like it at all.. The kind of hype people have made about this place is all wrong..once you have tasted the food there you may not go again.. Aaloo pakoda is like French fries kind.. Mirchi, Paneer, gobhi, Palak all are not cooked well. The thick layer of Besan remains half cooked. Sikanji is ok.

I have been to this place few days back, tasted shakanjvi, nothing special, and then some pokadas with kulhad tea, nothing special except the location, shakanjvi for Rs 60,tea for Rs 40, too costly you will find better then this on road side of Noida or Delhi, there is no check by food department how they kept rates so highy without any quality, are they rated as 5 star hotel? a normal bhaia on road side prepare better tea then them for Rs 15. So don't get misguided..nothing is special except price and location...

Jain Shikanji Highway Nest Mini is a popular restaurant on the Delhi Meerut Expressway. The food is tasty, but I have concerns about the quality of the food as I saw rats roaming around freely. The shop was also not clean, even though it is authorized by the NHAI. I would recommend that the restaurant takes steps to improve the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, and to control the rat problem. Until then, I would advise caution to customers. Even the rates are on higher side seeing the cleaniness and rats atleast rates should be nominal Recommendation Mix pakoda Paneer pakoda And obviously sikanji

Tried their Famous Jain Shikanji, the taste was refreshing and just. You can also ask them to lessen on sugar syrup. I personally prefer with less sugar and more masala. Overall a great summer drink on the way. A little bit pricey though, they charged ₹70 for Jain Shikanji.

Jain Shikanji is best. I live near Akshardham and whenever I am out of Jain Shikanji Masala I specially plan a short stop by to their Mini outlet located on both side of Akshardham Mandir and treat my self and my family with delicious Mixed & specially paneer & gobhi pakode & of course shikanji.

Jain Shikanji is simply the best. The place offers very nice Pakodas(especially paneer pakoda) along with a great view of Akshardham and Yamuna. The Lemon soda wala Shikanji and Chai are also good. Would highly recommend to make a quick stop if you are passing by.

Please be aware & check the bill properly, I was in a rush to travel back to my destination and the cashier took advantage of that and charged me 150 extra for the food which I haven’t ordered. This is so unethical, people usually don’t notice this thing while coming back from long journey.

Passing by NH24, hungary and want to have a breathy gap from driving than you can try this place. Although there are no sitting arrangements, you can enjoy mix pakora with tea in kullarh Or shikanji & enjoy inside car... Okay taste, can be tried...

A good pistol on Delhi Meerut Expressway, situated right on the two ends of Yamuna River Bridge. A total of 04 outlets are located on both sides of the bridge. You can pick up hot cup of Tea with Mix Pakoras. In summers, you can enjoy the famous Jain Shikanji here. Biggest problem here is the traffic jam and Accident threat that the Vehicle parking here causes. MCD has turned a blind eye to it and Delhi Traffic Police too keeps quite due to obvious reasons,Maybe waiting for a big Mishap to happen.

Just like every other good chains. Focus on scalability and branding instead of service and quality has made the quality and experience poor. Jain Shikanji used to be a lot better. But now the quality is declining.

It gives you nice refreshing time after you win the war against Delhi traffic 😆😆😆. Great peace to take a break if you want to get something refreshing. Shikanji is good, pakora’s are good too but I like aalu 🥔 pakora only & some time gobhi 🥬 . Spring roll I don’t like but somehow my kids like it, so you can try once.

A best place for summers, The famous Jain Shikanji (icy spiced lemonade) along with Paneer & Assorted Pakodas is now being served here! Location: going towards Akshardham from Sarai Kale Khan, on your left hand after crossing Yamuna. Food: Quick snacks and bevarages Pricing: uploaded their current menu, It is costlier thn other street vendors but it is an outlet serving good snacks. They only takes cash as of now! So no paytm & cards. Ambience is feel good outdoor like a dhaba on highway, it is almost like that only! Parking will be a problem if this place gets crowdy! Price Update: May 2019 Rs. 50/- per shikanji

Shikanji ki great, but pricing is little high. You can get snacks like Pakoda, Samosa etc. Chai is average. Washrooms are also available. Generally less crowded, but you will notice that people came take there order's and leave which makes this place less crowded.

Really love the place. Recommended for number of things: 1. Away from the conjuction of Delhi. 2. Very good quality of food. 3. Tea also good. 4. Shikanji is superb 5. Open to late night 6. Geart place for long drive and eating without much traffic. 7. Located on NH 24

Highly overrated. Both food quality and Shikanji quality is not good. Pakoras are just passable. Hygiene also seems an issue. Avoidable place.

Tasty Pakodas and bhajiyya. But little costly. All payment options available. Coffee, Tea, Shikanji. There are 4 snack center like this from Akshardham to Nizamuddin highway, 2 on each side. And the only problem is people theory disposal waste below the bridge, even though they kept 5 dustbins. People need to understand this. Chai, Pakodas cup dustbin mai he pheko...bahar nhi

Want to have a cup of tea, with serene view of river Yamuna and mouth watering Paneer Pakodey....then this is the best place to take a halt here .... Shikanji ofcourse does not need any intro....cant say best but yes enough to satisfy your thirst and refresh you on the way .....

Snacks is good but staff's behavior is odd. Staff is behaving like govt. Office staff. Location is good having 10...15 car parking space

  • 4/5 Angadpal S. 1 year ago on Google
Mixed pakodas are yummy and paneer pakodas are also good. Shikanji is refreshing. They need to improve on hygiene part and the workers need to tidy up a bit. They look all sweaty and dirty.

Good place for quick snacking. Pokaras are hot and tastey. Shikanji is also very good. Toilets built adjacent to it could be more cleaner.

Best place to put a stop to cravings during drive. Snacks are delicious. Shikanji is a must try and if you are a tea lover can enjoy Kullad tea

👍👍 Very neat and tidy place in Akshardham metro complex. Ambience is something that even if you are not hungry you may order snacks or meals or sweets. North indian order starts from 12 pm onwards. In winter, you have options of tea and coffee or Gajar Halwa also. Food prices are a bit on higher side t...
