Avoid this place at all cost. They book fake appointments and the doctors are a part of this. Be weary of Dr Anita Jha, we had 2 appointments which were confirmed but both times the doctor did not show up. I wonder what kind of place you nincompoops are running. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

M myself a Gynecologist and my son was attended only by a resident in department of paediatrics and consultant never came to OT and resident too was contradicting her statements. How can I leave my son to a resident. Dr Avdesh came very late when we were outrageous .M shocked how could they take us so casually . We changed the consultant paediatrician and hope it goes better.

Summary - Price gouging. Artificial inflation of their price by 1.5x (>50%) because my wife is not Indian — though she lives & works in India — after quoting me Indian prices less than a month ago!!! Full Story I am an Indian and my wife is a foreign national. We are married, working & living in India. She was referred to Fortis La femme by her gynaecologist for her delivery in June. We got the quotes for the maternity package over email 30th January. They asked us to register 3 months before delivery so we went today. When we arrived for registration, we were shown the rooms that we were interested in. But when they found out that my wife is not an Indian national, they said the rates they sent over email are “not valid” for foreigners. I argued that it doesn’t matter because i am an Indian national & my wife is a spouse residing permanently in India so she cannot be discriminated. They gave me new rates that were 1.7 lacs MORE than the Indian prices!! They want to charge 50% on the same procedure, same location, same equipment & same doctors. I am shocked. I have never seen such a capitalistic medical organisation in my life. Making a buck here and there is okay, or what the hell, if you quote you better honour it. I sincerely encourage anyone reading this to be well aware of this practise they do. I am now in the process of finding another hostpitsl for my wife.

I attended Fortis hospital on 5th March 2020. Very very satisfied with the services of the hospital. Doctors are very interested to treat the patients hospitably. Staffs are very active also. I admitted my 5 days old child in this hospital in NICU as the infant got Jaundice. The service of NICU is pathetic here. They don’t update the parents about anything. There phone no. Were always busy which they provided. Moreover the nurse there asked me to give them a sanitizer that too after paying 20,000/- for 16 hours. The policy of hospital is pathetic and not at all customer oriented. The charges of the NICU was on the check-in check-out basis (11am -11am). As if we are here in a resort. At the time of discharge the staff was kept on delaying us on one pretext or the other just to make bills. In the end we have to create a scene on the reception so that my child get discharged soon. The services are pathetic and they don’t even care about the emotions of the parents.

This hospital!!! Even thousands of words of praise wouldn’t be enough to match remotely what they do there, how they treat their patients. I won’t write about doctors here, cuz they only have best in the town, from Gynaecologists, Paediatricians, Lactation Councillors, everyone is a top notch. Here I’m talking about the staff beyond doctors that’s nursing team, F&B team, Housekeeping, Security everyone. This hospital is no less than a five star hotel from good food to spacious rooms everything seems like a luxury and guess what it’s way too affordable that what is the market notion… if you planning to deliver your baby with comfort and best care this is the place for you. Don’t listen to people who’ll tell you it’s expensive, just hear them out, it’s certainly worth it, Highly recommended….

A Fortis Chain hospital dedicated only for Women and child, equipped with latest equipment and facilities. It has many good lady doctors on its panel. One of the good hospitals in Delhi for expecting ladies.

The whole place is a money making racket from the moment you step in. Every corner of available space is rented out to various commercial enterprises, selling photos, clothes, ghee, whatever. Charges are pretty steep, yet they can't even provide any newspapers in the waiting area. They could put in a Nescafe coffee machine, but then who would buy their coffee for Rs 155?

Pathetic experience. We were forced by parking attendant to park vehicle where you want but not in hospital premises. This is what they call Valet Parking. He said there is no parking for you. Secondly we came for package inquiry but we were not attended properly and we had not been given any information. Seeing their callous attitude we changed our hospital preference.

Pathetic!! Worse experience ever had😨 Overall experience, in terms of doctors, is ok, but in terms of admission, my experience was worse. As far as doctors consideration it's a good hospital, but when I was hospitalised before admission the ground staff committed a lot and the moment I was hospitalised all promised and commitments vanished. Though I was made all payments in cash and that was a hefty amount, still, they were least bother. The room they allocate was pathetic and not up to the mark, service was underrated. Overall worse experience for the delivery. If on cash admission people can suffer a lot so other TPA or insurance people can think of themselves. Just to add one more instance that when I was hospitalised in la femme beginning of this month ( Feb-22) I experienced the mosquitoes in the room, I called room service and told them about this. The lady from housekeeping came with a racket and told me that if I see a mosquito again, should use this racket. I said that wasn't included in the package 😝. After delivering the baby was in immense pain and need to do this job too. Even though I was on cash, not the insurance TPA patient. Worse experience.

Very bad experience. Specially the security and helper staff. Even after the COVID norms being relaxed, they literally do not allow more than one person from a family to enter and to top it all the don't have proper sitting or waiting area. Parking at own risk on the lanes outside.

One of the best maternity hospital in Delhi. Our baby was born at 30 week gestation, and doctors along with sisters at NICU are nothing short of angel who saved our baby and helped him recover. Not even a day passed when we even felt our baby is not in right hands. It’s very rare to get such warm and caring feeling, and I’m very thankful for that. Even during birth our baby, my wife was given utmost care which helped her cope with the challenges we faced.

My wife was admitted at Fortis la femme GK 2 DELHI, just yesterday. Such casual approach from nurses and the room dining wasn't expected from a brand like Fortis. Very less experienced nurses who are unable to put canola in one go. Then a senior would be called for help. The nurses look more like intern practicing on patients. Secondly, the time they take to come to attend the patient if called by patient is also significant. They would forgot what was told and have to be reminded. Either it's the work load or the training. The food services also aren't generous to the patient. If the patient ask for some food extra they would say it ll cost extra. Whereas I was told if patient wants something which is not ala cart, it's not chargeable. Very rude and arrogant in room dining. Their tone too sounds like they are not trained on how to serve the patient. In a nutshell the hospital is a private hospital but few things their are of the standard of government hospital where people are not taken care off in a professional manner. I very bad experience. My first baby and it's my first experience. If these things could change I am sure it will be a nice hospital. But untill that happens I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. What services I expected and what I received are totally different.

I would not recommend the hospital. I had been going to the hospital from day 1. The doctors and radiology team knew about complete situation of the baby but still kept saying that there is no risk and due to the delay I lost my baby in the 9th month. In addition, they decide about a sum to charge any client and will bill you accordingly. I did not look at the bill at the time of discharge and later when I checked the bill there were multiple fees levied for services never given. Later when I questioned the hospital about it, they had calculated the same fees under some other banner and charge you. You have a child or not, neonatal and other services are taken or not, they will charge you the same amount. If anyone wants to get the bill details, let me know.

Not at all happy! Just like a govt hospital. Chaotic. You pay and you get glimpse of the dr. Doctors are so heavily booked that you just get very little time for your consultation. Have to wait for hours even if you have an appointment.

I got my Laproscopic Hysterectomy surgery done from Fortis Le Femme G.K.2 on 7 Aug 2021 under Dr.Kocchar and Dr.Shakuntala Shukla.Post surgery I realized that the surgery was well done and both these doctor's are expert in their field.The anesthesiologist Dr.came personally to explain the procedure and cleared all my doubts patiently. Here the main two nurses who took care of me were very compassionate. The attendant in OT a NE girl was very caring and made me feel at ease. I am full of gratitude to each one of them and all the three doctor's.

For my first pregnancy I decided to choose Fortis La Femme because they have an holistic vision of pregnancy and giving birth. Since the beginning : from the ultrasound to delivery, the doctors and the sisters were polite, very comprehensive and they really took care of me. I always was on the center of every decision. The brother Gurdu was the icing on the cake : always available and with smiling eyes (because we all have to wear a mask). The food was amaizing : we can choose between continental and Indian. Well to put it in a nutshell, my experience was greatly human and highly enlightening <3

The service has deteriorated beyond explanation. Both my nephews (brother’s and sisters) were born here and we were among the ones whom praised their service quality. But this time it is worst than a government hospital. AC does not work properly even after complaining, the floor security staff are rude. All this at a place where we pay more than any normal hospital.

It was a really bad experience both the times I visited here! First time their gynaecologist didn’t even do a checkup on my body! We just chit chatted for 2-3 mins! Then why am I paying 2,500 for just one visit? Last time I went there I clearly had symptoms which needed to be tested and dr just prescribed me with a cream which made the symptoms worse! I had an amazing experience at Fortis La Femme, Greater Kailash. We delivered our daughter at La Femme on 11th January, 2018. We loved every bit of the service provided to us- be it our Doctor, Dr. Neena Bahl, nurses or the F&B staff. I did not feel out of home even for a second. I had issues on breast feeding my child initially and I cannot thank the Lactation consultant enough to help me pass that phase. Our room was are very nice and clean! I will totally recommend this hospital to all my friends and family if they are on their family way and confused on what to choose at their delivery home! Thank You Fortis La Femme for bringing my most lovely asset my daughter into this world at such an ease.

Very nice experience.Had a onco gyane surgery of my sister last month. We were little apprehensive about choosing Fortis la femme for such a major surgery initially but went ahead after assurance from our treating doctor.Blood requirement,General physician review and other needs were taken care of very well. Unnecessary harassment... partial info conveyed at the time of room booking and later they excuse themselves saying its govt. law when it came to refund the cash deposit paid before admission for room booking. .. even the nursing staff on 2nd floor was non cooperating ... And , Now, after 1 week of discharge.. they are NOT EMAILING the reports of the biopsy done, saying collect hard copy. This is when MAJORITY of their doctors are giving telephonic consultations keeping in view the covid situation in mind that their lab people are excusing and saying its a confidential report & cant be emailed... May i know then why do u guys ask for email address at plenty of places while filling the forms then??? if more than 1 attendant comes with a patient in OPD, u guys act as if a covid bomb will explode in ur hospital if 2 persons accompany a patient ... so now if we want our report on our email... whats the damn issue?? and when i asked the lady to give me in writing that she cant email me the report she denied that too.. Jab paise lene hote hai toh sms pe sms aayege ... ur bill is ready visit billing department... and now today i called up myself to ask if the report has come or not... no intimation was sent from u guys..

This hospital is BAD . Its costly . I would say money is secondary but the diagnosis should be proper . They scheduled the surgery even though they were overbooked. There was no vacant bed to admit the patient so they used a Doctors cabin for preOT procedures and preparation . Then the surgery got further delayed and hospital staff asked us to vacate the Doctors cabin. The patient in OT dress and iv in hand had no place to go as no beds were vacant. This was frustating . Finally the surgery was conducted late that day and the Doctor did some major internal damages during surgery . The internal damages have not been fully healed till now . Its more than 1.5 years . We had a case/complication but this hospital made it worse .

Service is very good and good doctors but you should take all charges like injections ,medicine and ultrasound on one time.

I delivered at Fortis La Femme on 14April 2021. My entire experience was seamless. The nurses are true angles. Dr Madhu Goel is fantastic , she handled the complications very well & made me feel comfortable. I always had fear of recovery post c sec , but Dr Madhu Goel always supported me & was there to help.

Very rude staff. BAD HOSPITAL. fortis name is at stake. Management shuld take immediate action. And Fortis shud remove its name from hospital to save its brand value.

Went for my D&C under the guidance of dr meenakshi ahuja. The post care after the procedure was really unsatisfactory. Even after 4 hours after the procedure, i was not offered anything, not even liquid by the nurses. Neither dr meenakshi nor any doctor from her team was their to guide and ask for my condition (which i was told that will come and meet after the procedure). I had specially come from west delhi and was awake since 5 am as i was recommended to reach there by 7:00 am. I was assured that the procedure will be done 10:30 and i will get free by 1-2 pm. However, the procedure started very late around 12:10 and got over by 12:30 pm. Even after this, i was struggling to get anything (liquid/food) since 4 pm. I had no choice but had to voluntarily order food and eat. I was having sore throat but again nobody care to call a doctor until i had escalated the matter. And then the hospital team didn’t prepare the discharge summary as was discussed and assured to us, which was very important for us to get the insurance claim. No doctor was available to discuss our issues at the time of discharge. As per doctor’s recommendation, we had reached the hospital 7 am sharp but it took us more than 12 hours to leave the hospital for such a small procedure, which we were told will not take more than 6 hours. Really was not expecting such kind of treatment at fortis. I’m really disheartened and scared to get any treatment done from here in future.

I got my wife delivery in le famme,I really like to thank Doc Anjali for being there for us all the way. I also like to thank Shilpa kapoor for being such a good councellor and supporting person,and Rajesh from housekeeping for making and keeping our room so neat and clean for our entire duration of stay and Prakash from F &B for providing my wife wife nutritional food. Fortis La femme in Alaknanda, Delhi, as per my opinion is one of the worst hospital... i had my c-section delivery in last week of December 2021..i had already gone through the bad reviews of this hospital available on Google and discussed the same with my doctor but still had to opt for the same as my doctor was not on any other hospital's panel... Anyway as i was getting prepared for OT one of the nurse asked why aren't you going for normal (vaginal) delivery, then in the waiting area another one asked what do you want boy or girl, i answered its a blessing who so ever comes.. During delivery both me and baby faced some complications and baby was taked to NICU for 1 and half day..i was able to move my legs after almost half hour of delivery but no one asked me to pump milk till the very next day till i got the baby...when we got the baby their was an instant pressure from the nursing staff and doctors to feed the baby..i faced laction problem, as delivery was done 15 days earlier then the due date..but all i was given was lectures on benefits of breastfeeding rather then any guidance...for all the days their i was made to feel guilty that how bad a mom i am as i am not able to provide milk to my baby..but no one understood my problem as sometimes it takes 2 to 6 days for milk to come and in suh cases one needs to be easy with the new mom, not just flood her with lectures on lactation..next when they had to prepare powdered milk, it use to take them at least half hour to prepare minimum amount of milk..which was insane as the baby use to cry for so much time while the milk was getting prepared...on 6th day we were called back for checkup...it was 1st jan 2022 and as a c-section mom i was hardly able to walk, still went there, we were asked to remove all the child's cloth to get weight checked which was again insane as it was chilled weather..and were asked to visit again after 3 days..all these things show a very insensitive behavior plus the charges were so heavy..which really do not define their worth..0 start from our side.

It's the best hospital for delivering your bundle of happiness. Very professional, polite and happy staff. I have delivered my baby girl here. And have since come to this hospital alone for all her check ups with dr. Avadhesh Ahuja. he is the best pediatrician in Delhi. Always very humble, so easily approachable. I had an amazing experience of my delivery and post delivery care at Fortis La Femme, Greater Kailash. I had an amazing and pleasant experience at this hospital . Especially ,would like to mention that Dr Juhi who delivered my baby boy is the best Dr .She took care as if I am her own daughter . Under her guidance and supervision the process went smoothly and I recovered .The staff ,nurses ,pediatrician ,dietitian were so good and helpful that I did not have any issues. Moreover , my baby was born in locked down ...they made me feel like home when only 1 attendant was allowed .My Husband was able to manage everything with their help . Although, it's slightly costly compared to other hospitals but it's worth . They should consider some discount who cannot afford .Otherwise this is the best Hospital in south delhi .

The very first time I got Dr Madhu Goel's contact details from google when I was searching for the gynaecologists in south delhi as I had some periods issue. After first meeting with her i got positive vibes that yes she will be able to treat me well as i had met various doctors before her but no one was able to cure my disease. I got recovered and that issue was permanently resolved. Since then i never visited any other gynae and from past 18 months i was visiting her for my pregnancy thing and finally i delivered a healthy baby a week ago. Although I had few complications and lost hope for normal delivery but to my surprise she worked so hard and finally i had a normal delivery. My family is so thankful to her and i will always recommend her to my family and friends.

Extremely disappointed with them. I stay close to this hospital so thought of booking my delivery with them. I called them and was given all details promoptly. I was rushed to come and check out rooms and make the booking at the earliest. I went there the next day but could not step in as I was wearing a filter mask. I was never told that this was a part of their donts. Any ways I called the sales rep from outside she said she will get a mask but arrived all the way down to say that we have to buy it from a shop nearby. I am a high risk case at advanced stage of pregnancy and had to wait outside a mothers care speciality hospital just to hear I cannot come in to enquire regarding delivery when I was chased to do so. I was suprised that there was not one surgical mask available inside the premise.. The sales rep was not sorry she smiled and walked away inside the hospital and we were charged parking for 100 bucks for not enetring the premise. Amazing customer service. All sales and no courtsey..

This women and child hospital is just not professional but a experience which will offer personalized care to the patient. The staff is very attentive to all needs and are taking best precaution in time of pandemic. My mother has recently gone through treatment out there and i would like to recommend Dr.Neena Singh Kumar as the treating doctor, Ms.Sonia Balwani who had made the entire process seamless. Front office staff, nursing staff, TPA and billing desk were all attentive to slightest of needs and requirements. Overall most soothing experience at the time when treatment is required. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had a horrible experience very recently in Aug 20 while the delivery of my child. One of the most unprofessionally handled administration. The sales/ customer rep representative Ms Sonia Balwani, the billing head Ayan and Ms Pallavi were thoroughly unprofessional and acting unethical. We were sold an all in package including GST and later we were told to scoff up more at the time of discharge ( higher by almost 25 percent ). When we asked them for the explanation, they randomly made up charges, and attributed it to covid and other expenses. Then later reverse engineered to map them to random equipement used during the stay. In top of that charged us for the extra half day too, while our doctor told us , you can stay till the evening without any extra charge. The icing on the cake was there Head of marketing who didn't even bother to look into the matter after we called him. ( Sonia and Pallavi refused to give us his number too , we had to dig it out ). When we asked them all in rate means no extra charges, they told us to speak to the billing team. The billing team told us to speak to the sales rep Ms Sonia, as they have no say. All this while we were running around trying to find a solution, it made SBI bank look like a cakewalk. Then later they said they are trying to get a refund but never got back after multiple follow-ups and phone calls. The saddest part in all this was, there handling of the situation.. they were after us to take a package with them and leave them hassle, but it was exactly the opposite. If they had told us that the all in rate is higher, I would have happily paid, which I told them as well. But this seemed like an excercise in cheating the customer, and they were arrogant about it. Later we came to know Sonia had sold us an All in rate, and her management didn't give an approval on it. ( Got a reply after approx 2 months). She was probably trying to make her sale, by hook or by crook. Sad and unfortunate. There have been multiple such instances which people had told us about La Femme, and we were naive enough to not believe them. Won't recommend.

Dr. Madhu Goel is Godsent. I was a high risk pregnancy and did not in my wildest dreams imagine having a normal delivery. It's only because of her that today, I am a mother of a daughter with a normal delivery. Her calmness and patience with me made the entire course of my pregnancy a cake walk! And the best part is she is always there for you! I could always reach her with any problem or questions I had at all times. I am greatful to have had her as my doctor as she made it all so easy.

Excellent experience. Very professional and efficient team. Dr Meenakshi Ahuja, Dr Sunita Arora and Dr Tripti are exceptionally good and extremely caring. Everyone in nursing team is extremely proactive and professional, especially Binsia Mam. From customer experience team, Shilpa Mam has been extremely helpful.

Excellent Nursing staff and Baby care , also great Doctors , but untrained and hassled Front Office staff needs to be more polite and stop behaving like a Robot , show some empathy . Same goes for security they are pretty impolite Special mention for impoliteness goes to the Balloon man , don't patronise such a person and keep your baby safe.

Very bad behaviour of scrutiny My sister in law delivered here but bad luck of ours That if you have money to waste on their security staff they will allow your 5-6 people to visit the patient. And if you request them without money they will not allow allow grand parents to visit the baby room. The reason I personally chose La femme Fortis was mostly because of presence respected Dr.Madhu Goel and it's being her operational hospital. Highly professional and very well known doctor performed brilliant and successful procedure called "Multiple myomectomy, hysteroscopy and polyectomy" in Jan 2023. Overall I was fully satisfied with medical assistance, attention of medical personnel, food and stay during 2 days of stay in the ward. However, there were few moments of my experience in which hospital should improve listed a bit lower. Special gratitude to my doctor Madhu Goel, highly talanted and experienced professional who i fully trust in the delicate intimate and presious woman health, also comforting and attentive to patient needs 🙏🏻 However, I would like to outline couple of moments, wich can be improved from management, maintenance side and more. 1) During pre-operational check-up we felt absence of assistance to navigate through sample collection, making it faster and easier for fasting patient at 1 p.m. Resulting giving vein blood sample two times instead on one. It should have suggested to first visit anaesthealogist, because exta investigation was added because of blood group. Also all rings should have been removed to pass ECG. If told in advance I had more time to remove them, considering one was stuck completely with happens. 2) It should be not a request of a patient, but a golden standard to wear fresh protection gloves during blood collection procedure(!) for safety of the patient and medical personnel both. Unfortunately young man in sample collection area was surprised hearing that request. Total nonsense. 3) Ward was big and comfortable, just would expect a more cleanliness in the washroom area (e.g. someone's hairs). Got my wife admitted to the hospital for a surgery in Fortis La Femme. The hospital staff was really courteous and took very good care of my wife. All the nurses took very good care of her and were available within minutes. Special mention of Guddu bhaiya from the room service department who was very courteous, very polite, humble and always asked for food preferences from the patient. Overall a very good experience 😀😀
