I have been associated with various martial arts schools throughout my life. My journey to find a martial art which works in all situations, street and MMA tournaments, ended with Jiu Jitsu 3 years back. BJJ India is an IBJJF accredited training facility near Malviya Nagar metro station and the only one in the country with a black belt in BJJ as head trainer. Prof. Arun Sharma received his black belt from Prof. Rodrigo Teixeira the main benefactor last year after 13 years of training under his tutelage. It is the place I spend at least 5 to 6 hours every week and those are the happiest hours of the day. The positive vibe and the sense of a large BJJ family are the highlights. The academy is clean and safe for kids to train. The new facility at Malviya Nagar market is bigger and better in terms of facilities available. Arun, Binish, Varun the trainers at BJJ India have trained and taught Martial arts all their lives and are a dedicated bunch. They are not money minded like most training centres around and believe in genuinely teaching their students the art of jiu-jitsu. What else can I say my whole family me, wife and six year old kid have been training here past 3 years and shall train till we can. Oss..

Best place in India for learning martial arts for people of all ages. Even My 4 year old kids are able to learn self defence along with many other kids of different age group. Safe and friendly environment with great discipline.

Amazing coaches and excellent peers. Coach Amitabh Dixit gives acute movement based pointers that are potentially game changing. Coach Randhir Singh is a master of movements and fitness and an excellent motivator. Coach Naveen Daru is very patient with questions et al. My BJJ journey with them has been highly enriching and equally rewarding with them.

It is one of the very few dojos you come across which teaches a kid how to hold your ground not only physically but mentally also, which emphasizes on the true virtues of martial arts making it all the fun for all, which focusses on an overall development. The instructors are extremely professional and encouraging. They are well equipped too. Its safe and welcoming. Their immense experience brings forth your journey of self improvement on an entirely different level. I highly recommend the place for their professionalism, warmth and encouraging attitude.

Best place to learn authentic BJJ in India. Professor Arun Sharma is a very skilled Practitioner of many Martial Arts and Combat Systems, having trained passionately under some of the best who very few are privileged to, his knowledge and hands on experience are what set him apart from the rest. Having personally seen a good part of his journey and transformation, I can confidently say, he is a Teacher you will not regret having.

I have been training at BJJ India for a few months now. The instructors here are some of the best I have met. They are warm, friendly and extremely knowledgable. I was happy to see women and older people training comfortably alongside everyone else which is rare in this country. I would not think twice before referring someone to this academy. The training is systematic and every nuance is explained and drilled which is very helpful in learning any new skill. Training is kept as safe as practically possible and there is a level of trust and mutual respect between all the students which is extremely important. We always start with warm-ups, stretches, movement drills before we move on to techniques. If you have any interest in martial arts, I would highly reccomend that you drop in for a class at this academy.

My daughter just started classes here. Instructors are nice, location is clean and employees are very professional. Update: two of my children now attend BJJ/FMA. We have gotten to know the staff and the owners. The training the kids are receiving is top notch and the personal attention makes it a perfect experience

Great place to learn practice of martial arts of BJJ. Very holistic. Great for all ages and especially for teens to learn discipline. Friendly and fun school. Guest teachers for BJJ support additional learning. Also for competition for those willing. Most importantly, the right teachers for BJJ who know their stuff
