One of the worst that I have visited in my life they have been very rude with senior citizens firstly they will call you with quoting of Rs 50 free Eye check and they would tell us we have modern infrastructure, but when we visit and reach morning after 6 hours waiting for no one is there to listen. Finally, they would recommend unnecessarily testing that would cost around 5k. Beware- only 100 Rs check-ups would cost you around thousands. THINK BEFORE GOING👎🏻

I’m here to report the rude behavior of one of the the staffs. I don’t know if it will he addressed with them directly or not, but this behavior of theirs would be a fair enough reason for me to not recommend this place to my friends or families to visit this place. My father (Senior citizen, over 75+ ) had gone to get his cataract surgery done. One of the attendants was really rude to my father and was mishandling him while getting him prepared for the surgery. This is not a way you treat people especially a patient that old who is right about to undergo a surgery . Couldn’t get the person’s name , but he was in Saturday Morning shift ( 03/12/2022) , an aged man himself . Advice to the Administration or the Authorities ,kindly make sure the behavior of this person or your staff is corrected if you want to stay in the business. You are a reputed healthcare business center in Delhi and provide good eye care , don’t let these things ruin your business.

Seems like will never visit them again due to their inappropriate behaviour and benightedness . Although some staffs were very cooperative and helpful but Bringing new doctor within few days gap and also the pathetic service of members sitting at 3rd chamber (don't know exactly what they called) hault the service effectiveness and they are worst in job due to lack of proper management , also seem like a pathetic management at higher level , personally not happy with doctor behaviour and their lack of knowledge to treat patients in a good and calm manner.

Sharp sight Services are good but one thing is very odd. There is one lady staff on medicine counter who takes people's phone and submit review and feedback herself. Very disgusting thing. Suggestion : Clinic should have feedback form at counter. Clinic hired that woman to fill feedback n review, this is wrong thing in clinic.

It is not good eye hospital, they usually take lot of time for senior citizen, we came here for my father check up on 28 April 2022 age is above 70 years. they only check up those kind of person who paid high fees to eye hospital & Hospital give high attention to them only. my father has waited there around 3 to 4 hours but genuinely they did not check up properly after dilated. Hospital usually wasted patients time, they do not care patients how much time to already given to them for waiting..........this is pathetic eye hospital....

Very good service. They treat everyone very nicely but it takes so much time.

The whole process from entering the clinic to exit ,was really smooth. Staff is really cooperating,and helping. And about the doctors,they are so calm and treats really well. 😇😇 Totally satisfied with the service

Wonderful experience with the Sharp Sight eye hospital @ Pusa road Delhi, A very special thanks to Dr. Chanda Gupta who saved my vision with correct diagnosis and timely treatment, she explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also very kind and listened to me with patience. All of the staff are so polite and courteous, be it guard, reception, technical or assistants, even the TPA they are all helpful, and helped with my insurance claim within minutes. Moreover the cost of treatment is very reasonable as compared to other hospitals. I highly recommend Dr Chanda Gupta to anyone looking for a good eye specialist. My wishes, may she succeed to her highest potential.

These people are just making money by asking people to get tests and later they won't even check reports . My father was adviced to get laser treatment ,he had 4 appointment for that and that didn't work however m sure they They made good money out of it . After that they asked my father to get his eye oprated and then he will be able to see clearly , however right after operation he was asked to take rest for 1 week . We waited for a week and then again it was same as before. He still cant to see from his right eye, it's been 2 months now. Since they operated it ,now no other doctor is willing to help. These doctors are not sure of what they are doing . They are just making money by fooling us.

Poor services by doctors. They have got no knowledge and doing surgeries. You will find many people sitting and waiting there to make complaints for wrong surgeries done. Don't play with people's lives. Money is not everything or either you provide quality services. God will punish these money makers. Don't force people to give you 5 stars, your work should speak, which you obviously don't do.

Hospital staff, doctor, very good service. Cataract surgery done by Dr Kamal and dr Anjani. Very satisfied with the results.. staff members Mr. Ranjeet , yogesh ji and Pooja ji handling the patient very politely.

Services are good but too time consuming, expect minimum 2-3 hrs bare minimum for each visit. Staff is quite polite & cooperative. Dr Chanda Gupta seemed quite proffessional as well as knowledgeable with the checkup and most importantly all with a smile.

I got my wife’s cataract surgery done in their east Delhi site but had been going for check up to their Pusa Road site. My overall experience so far is excellent, The staff is very co-operative and they know their job and very efficient in whatever they are doing. Dr. Monika has a very personal and professional touch and she make you feel very comfortable, answers all your queries without any hesitations and with ease. She never shows signs of hurry. Excellent. One of the best in Business and I highly recommend this site to all of you.

I went here yesterday with my life partner. An insect bit his right side eye. We went to DR. Monika Madam to get her treated. He prescribed us a medicine which caused allergy in his eyes. I got infection in his body. I can't require anyone to go here I would like to tell everyone that you should never console yourself with a doctor Monica who has no knowledge. He prescribed the wrong medicine. Due to this, Khushboo entire body has become infected. If you are worried about your life then do not trust them.

Talking about the doctors, all are good and efficient. Dr Chanda is very cooperative and kind. But talking about management, it was horrible. In my file, test report of another patient was given, who was diabetic and had low vision. I was made to visit reception 4 times in between the procedures. Reception staff were a bit rude.

Very time consuming process I approx takes 2-3 hrs, this month docter i.e aug 2023 a lady docter( Dr Chanda ) is not interested in patient at all and neither she check my previous reports nor she suggest me any preciounary measures. YOU SHOULD IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY TOWARDS PATIENT.

I have first time visited to sharp sight centre in Rajendra Place near metro. My experience is awsome. They identified my problem and resolved it. They are very professional in their approach.

Service and facilities are good,but the medicine and others medicals are costlier then other medical stores. Same available in other stores with cheap price. I bought HyloSoft eye drops at 420Rs. And same i bought from other medical stores at 300rs. 100% Same and original.

Waiting period was little long...! Nevertheless was good experience. Ambience was quite good, staff was well behaved, generous and polite (except security guard who was too harsh) Doctor too was patient...!

This place is a HUGE fraud. If you're visiting Sharp sight you're never going to get cured. You'll just drain out your money there. Doctors are inexperienced, they don't know how to treat. Very very bad experience. Never visiting sharp sight again . Take my free advice do not let them drain your money!!!!
