I came here on 20th for my wife's ultrasound. They gave me appointment on 25th 2.30 PM bcz they have only 2-3 doctors for ultrasound so queue is long. When I went to 25th I had to wait for 3.5 hours. poor management. A pregnant lady has to wait for 3.5 hrs. I don't know why this hospital is empanelled under cghs. It should be removed from panel list.

Best state of the art diagnostic equipments with superior protocol and diagnosis. Courteous staff with top most doctors and management. World class reporting with no compromise on the quality of the investigation. Radiology Imaging and Laboratory investigation everything under a roof! An organisation which has a mission, vision for its every action. Keep going and best wishes. One of the worst place I have ever visited. The staff is rude doesn't know how to treat there patient. Most of the time I have noticed that they are focused to those with heavy pockets which makes it. On top of the that I don't wanna take the names but I know them. If someone does care about this place kindly make sure to treat your patients equally as we pay accordingly. If it was not recommended I would never gonna see this lab again.

You are a big name in radiology and diagnostics but please try to respect patent's time. Even after appointment for ultrasound waiting for more than two hours is not acceptable. Try to give appointments to people with very precise timing like if it you give time to one patient 3:55pm even with a minor here and there or delays, they need to be attended by 4:10 but not later. Delay is okay for someone who do not report at 3:55 pm or given time buy have some resect for punctuality. You invite 25 people @2:30pm everyday and waste their precious time till 5pm. Most patients are women and are there for pregnancy ultrasound. Have some professional ethics and respect for patients. Apart from this the experience of collecying report and interaction with radiologist etc. was nice as always. Doctors and radiologists are cooperative and professional. For that a three star. I have always recommended your place to my known and that is because have had maintained some standards. Just pay better attention on your front desk and public dealing and get a new person to streamline your ultrasound appointment giving business.

Dr. Doda is a very nice diagnostic center. All the staffs are well mannered. I was here for my father's health checkup test. All Reception staff helped me a lot in all the process due to which the tests were done on timely and smoothly . Would recommend this diagnostic centre to everyone.

Mixed experience - try calling all 3 lines at different times throughout the week & it's usually unanswered or disconnected. You're fortunate if someone attends (yes we're all busy). Charges are higher than other local competitors (unless you have a referral or on a panel). 500 for an ECG is quite extortionate, considering neighbours charge half of that. What's worse is that the ECG printout was quite faint & despite flagging this, they claimed it to be normal. Staff are OK, however some admin workers politicise the experience & skew the doctor's viewpoint, which is a shame. Certain clinicians are in such a monetarily oriented hurry that they even snub patients or their carer's queries. We pay a lot to be here & deserve a comprehensive report, rather than many parameters being omitted. Evidently commercialised.

Good experience, staff is cooperative , Mr.Shubham from the CT section is really polite and helpful. A full working washroom in basement is missing which can be really helpful to old age coming for tests. Overall a smooth and comfortable testing lab

I recently visited this center with high hopes, but my experience left much to be desired. The reception staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. Moreover, it was disheartening to observe that they did not consider the needs of South Indian customers, creating an atmosphere of exclusion. I expected better service and cultural sensitivity.

Worst Diagnostics centre. They have only one DR available available for ultrasound and at reception and on phone call they will tell you that you will get tested within 15 min, but we waited for 3 hours for ultrasound test and they refused to refund our money when we realised that they will take soo much time. Don’t waste your time just go to HOD ( they take half of the price) or go to GANGARAM HOSPITAL….

They are known when it comes to ultrasound service but they dont provide appointments for cghs beneficiaries easily . They give waiting time of atleast two weeks l . Fraud they are . Why are they even empanelled i fail to understand . In such one incidence as a normal patient they had appointment for dating scan but when i told them i am a cghs beneficiary they informed for two weeks they are booked and no appointment is there.

Hi, We got several scans done at Doda clinic for myself and a female senior citizen of our family. This is a heartfelt appreciation note for doda clinic and particularly Doda clinic's Ashu Kapoor ji. She went to extreme lengths to clarify each doubt and at times very stupid questions from my side. Since there were over 50 tests, anyone could have lost patience but she remained patient and polite and exhibited top class professionalism. There were multiple changes and she handled them all with grace. Labs in Delhi have a miserable record when it comes to following covid protocols. I have seen how in labs, even staff members and doctors don't wear mask. This is a very dangerous practice since most who visit labs are immuno compromised. Since covid protocols are important to us, Ashu ji did her best to ensure as much adherence as possible to covid protocols. She ensured that staff members and doctors handling us were constantly wearing masks. She even arranged UV sterilisation and air purifiers. Since there were multiple tests, Ashu ji took personal care in planning them in a way to reduce commute for the senior citizen between those tests. She kept moving from one lab room to another to ensure that all was in place before patient's arrival in that room. This saved us good 1 to 1.5 hours and also a lot of physical exertion. This is critical when you have a senior citizen getting tested. Ashu ji also ensured that there were dedicated housekeeping staffers to handle senior citizen's wheelchair and sanitize beds and chairs in each test room. The most important aspect is the commitment and conviction with which Ashu ji tried to give us the best possible experience. And that intention matters a lot. This level of hardcore professionalism is rare to find and Doda is fortunate to have her. In short, it felt like Doda clinic gave us an extra family member in the avatar of Ashu ji. Apart from Ashu ji, special thanks also to all her staff members and to Balwant Mawri ji. They all were very cooperative. Gratitude also to housekeeping member Kavita ji who stayed in mask with us for 3 hours and sanitized each and everything to be used by us. Finally, whether it was Mr SS Doda's finesse and empathy, or Dr Gunpreet's conviction of strictly ensuring that everything remained in order, we left Doda clinic with gratitude, satisfaction & lots of goodwill. An institution is known by its staffers & how it treats its customers. Individuals like Ashu ji are the reason why Doda clinic's reputation continues to soar. Lots of love.

I am very happy with the services provided me during my check ups. Ms Priyanka who guided me at lab is very kind, polite and professional. She explains everything related to my test. And provides do's and don't before and after check up. I am very thankful to u maam and whole Dr doda lab family.

It was daughters first time getting a blood test done and Ms. Reema and her team took special measures to ensure that my 3 year old can get her work work done smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend this place, especially for kids. They go above and beyond for their safety.

The receptionist is so rude. Running such an big diagnostic centre didnot have change of ₹500 where the bill stands to be rs250 and on top asking the patient to go outside and get the change. Such an unhealthy and awful experience. After taking the payment my pregnant wife has to wait for 4 hours with no one helping to know the next step. Very bad experience only visiting this cz doctor recommended it. Dont know how much doctor gets paid by referring to such worst diagnostic centre

Very nice experience. I came here for my wife test. I feel very comfortable and professional decorum. All staff are good but I specially appreciate to ashu madam who dealing with patients very patiencly and friendly. The services provided by the Doda are appreciable. I visited Dr. Doda's Diagnostics Centre, Karol Bagh for some tests of my wife. All staff members are very polite, helpful, courteous, well behaved with quick service, particular Mr. Balwant ji and Ms. Ashu ji. The Centre is neat and clean. My best wishes to all.

I have salmoella posioning for 18 days. Anti biotics haven't yet cured this but other complications arose as a result. I was taken to this diagnostic centere where they tested my blood for 5 things, a urine test, chest x ray, ultrasound and ECG. All done efficiantly, with kindness and attention to detail, and all for 5000 rupees. I am so impressed by the professonalism of this centre and very grateful I could have all these tests done in 1.5 hours. A very leasant and comfortable place too, clean and pretty excellent. I have had some dreadful experiences in Delhi being tested and treated and getting ripped off royally especially by the bigger name hospitals, is their speciality. (See the review before this one).

Pathetic experience reg appointment and ultrasound diagnostics. For CGHS, they give appointments of very far dates. For USG, they rely on earlier reports and copy the same for fresh ones. Don't provide them copies of earlier reports. For my wife's 3D USG, they took copy of earlier report and investigated hardly for 2 min, whereas it takes around 8 to 10 min for real time ultrasound. This is not warranted from Doda's radiologists or lab assistants.

When you call on reception for appointment they give you one mobile number and and when we call at mobile they don't pick calls. Only you have to whatsapp on mobile number for appointment. For MRI TEST they give appointments with waiting period of 3 hours. If we have to wait for so many hours than what's the use of taking appointment. Staff is not cooperative

The staff is really courteous and helpful. They ensure to inform the patient beforehand about the wait time and the process of tests in detail. I highly recommend this clinic for all the basic small tests and ultrasound.

In delhi to take my mother for tests. The lady who picks up the phone was not only rude but also impatient to answer queries which were tests related. She kept talking non stop without even checking with us what our requirement was,instead she parroted what she had learnt to say. We decided to give business somewhere else where a customer is valued and patience is extended to people who are already sick and vulnerable. Good luck doda clinic.
