Went to grab some quick bites as I was nearby. Located almost at the center of a big market, the place was crowded and chaotic even then the order was ready pretty quickly with minimal waiting time. Ordered mc veggie, mc spicy paneer meal, mc aloo tikki evm. The wrap was good. The staff were attentive and courteous.. Typical McD outlet, overall experience was good.

It's one of the oldest McDonald's restaurants in Delhi. The restaurant was very nicely maintained by the staff who were very respectful and responsive to the customers. There is also a large seating area above the ordering area of the restaurant. To-go items like soft serve can be collected from the entrance window. Really impressed. Good job 👏

No doubt food is great and serviceis good but need to change the atmosphere and ambiance. Spacious but infrastructure is outdated. One they take review on the spot. When ever you gave review staff continuously staring at your phone. No anonymity. But All these are administrative issue.. If want to just eat the tasty burger you can take away and eat it at your place. Affordable than the other competitor like burger club and burger king.. Do visit.

It's a very old restaurant in karol bagh. The hygiene and cleanliness level has gone down over the years.The tables are not clean accordingly. Even not the best sanitization here. Updated review (7.06.23) - The seating is on first floor and there is also a counter at first floor but it's closed which is inconvenient. Even for Scan and Pay They accept orders late and you have to go personally tell them about your order. Pathetic Lazy staff.

Wonderful place..! Usually Mc Donalds are crowded and then it gets hard to get a place to sit but this place is really massive one compared with other Mc Donalds! Spacious place and friendly staff!

The burger and fries are good but the cost don't worth it , we try a choco shake here which cost 10 rs more than the ₹149 meal but the taste was not so good . While the fish patty was good, the burger needed some more sauces. The mcflurrys were the best out of the stuff I had ordered. The staff were attentive and courteous.. Typical McD outlet, overall experience was good.

According to me the taste of burger was like ok ok ....means you can have much better burger than it in burger King ....it was literally ok ok

Ordered a mc puff and cold coffee from here. The packaging was not good and some of the coffee was spilled. The consistency was very bad , it felt like it had alot of ice due to which the coffee's flavours were not coming out. The mc puff was deliver cold as if it had been made 3-4 hours prior.

Food was superb but on the other hand service could have been better and the atmosphere was not so good because you have to take the food by yourself to the first floor and in between there are chances of spilling.

Well it's been ages since I have been visiting this particular MC Donald's. But recently when i went there it was Sunday. Super crowded as always . But the worst thing is it was so so chaotic. As there is no network connectivity one cannot make UPI payments. The other issue was there were 2 separate lines but it's not clear which line is for card payments and which one is for cash. As there is space constraints it was such a mess as the lines were running to the stairs and entrance. Moreover their ice cream machine was not working at the take away . It's such a chaotic place that u forget abt the food🙏😅

First thing is, I quite liked their dine-in experience in the time of Covid. Scanning a QR code enables you to order and pay online, minimizing interaction. You've to fetch the food, served as promptly, though but that's acceptable. Seating was also spread out enough though it was afternoon and a weekday and custom was sparse. The food itself remains the usual for McDonald's. They should definitely make the chicken patty a patty, transforming it from the present boot sole! 😁

Awesome no words to express delicious food ,service and lovely enjoyably atmosphere. Specially in karol bagh branch since 2009 I have been regularly visiting till today I love to enjoy McDonald's only in karol bagh. I have visited many McDonald's restaurants in Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai but I never feel comfortable. The best place is karol bagh McDonald's 👌👌👌👌👌. Hospitality is awesome by Staff Members 💐💐🍫🍫

Not even bothered to serve hot or warm burger. Served same cold aur kept over twice. Had to wait 20 minutes more to get a new fresh burger. Also pathetic management kept waiting for more than 30 minutes after the order had been placed. McDonald's really need to improve on it's quality and service at the same time.

we paid huge amount on these kinds of resturants, this is visible defected can be easily seen with eyes. i dont know how can i trust on the aloo tikki's

The staff here is so helpful. I was very new to the place and they assisted me. Due to some issues there was a delay in my boarding time to a bus so the staff at McDonald's helped me to sit and wait here. Very helpful people. The food is also good.

Right in the middle of the Karol bagh market, you have the outlet. It has a ground and first floor for dine in. The staff is polite and helpful. AC and washrooms working fine. You'll enjoy a happy meal in midst of all the chaos of the market. Its a cheap and tasty escape from the heat if you're there in the Summers.
