I often attend Astrology seminars in different banquets and Hotels. The overall ambience is good. A/C is very effective. Only food and Tea served is not that much good which was expected. Fraud people. They ask you 1600 rupees for the room at the beginning and ask you to pay 2000 while u checkout saying that the rates have changed.the room condition was pathetic with smelly blanket and towels. The staff was good but the reception was not at all customer friendly. The bathroom was broken and ac not working at all. The hotel people asked us to shift to another hotel and informed us 1 hr before shifting without asking us. Complete fake pictures are provided. The hotel is old and needs renovation . Never coming back to this hotel.

The place was superb.... The food is great.... And the serving is too good to see.... And Air conditioner and many more facilities are superb...

Pro - Nearest to metro - Safe room with smart lock - Amazing breaking Aloo parantha (Pickle Expired) Cons - While I was outside, my room was cleaned from the hotel end. It's unsecured to put anything in the room. -Complimentary water provided in the customer's room is low graded. I prefer it to the Buy from outside.. - Little Overcharged value

Good food but basic facilities like wifi, charging plug etc not OK. Even after multiple reminder nothing happened.

This is a decent hotel in this area. Rooms are very small over here and you will not have many facilities as mentioned on the website or agent website from where you will book it. I will definitely not recommend it for longer stays but if you want to have an affordable hotel in this area, you can try this for one night maximum. They will not provide a fragrance in the room, so it will be sticky, only free channels over TV, mo toiletry and definitely not very hygienic washrooms. Location, service and food is something you can feel positive about. So take decision based on this. I booked it online and was non-refundable so i had no option but to stay and i am giving this review for anyone who is looking to book and want information about this particular hotel.

Good hotel, with good number of staff. Difficulty in finding correct door for entry. No parking in basement or any but need to park at road, hotel present at busy place so avoid taking car. Nehru Place famous for shopping and coaching, so PG and rooms required for that purpose it’s good also halls available for meetings, seminars and parties in basement

Worst hotel , i have ever seen. The staff , the manager they are so rude and ill behavioured with us. The manager is never ready to give rooms, he is always like yahan room nahi hai jao kahin aur.

Lovely hotel situated nearby go all the sightseeing places. The staff is quite helpful and friendly.

Good looking environment with neat and clean maintenance. Responsibility staff with good communication. Clean and luxury rooms with spacious for luggage keeping. In time cleaning. Rooms can be decorated on any occasion based on our requirement.

The location was fantastic, with everything conveniently nearby. It felt like a central hub. The room was excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff was courteous, and cleanliness and services were top-notch. Additionally, there were plenty of food options, including street food, in the vicinity.

Worst horrible experience with this hotel.. worst staff, worst room.. we booked 6-7 rooms for 2 days.. all rooms had some major issues like door looks and cleaning and smoke smell and horrible bathrooms and toilets and no one is coming for room’s service even after we asked them for twice still now one was came for a single time even.. staff was like “thakele tired people” Free me mile fir bhi na le hum ye hotel 👎🏻

Food served was really good. Restaurant people were very polite. What I was not happy about is the toilet. The wash basin pipe was leaking and the basin was clogged... No cleanliness maintained. Rooms were not very clean either.

Located just behind Karol Bagh Metro Station, the place isn't hard to find or far off. Upon entry, the staff was diligent in following the Covid appropriate safety protocols while ensuring ease and comfort of a weary traveller. The Hotel Restaurant is just next to reception but I was short on time to check it out. The room was not only spacious, built with modern decor but was quite too. One wouldn't believe that the place was smack dab in the middle of a busy Central Delhi marketplace, it was so quite. The WiFi available was fast and no connectivity loss. The beds were made up to the spec, comfy mattress, fluffy pillows and clean sheets all around, what more can one ask for. The bathroom-toilet was hygienic and clean. The "dreaded" hotel laundry was cleaner than what I was carrying. Even though my stay was a brief one but the place made it's mark in my memory. At the time of checking out, when bill was handed over, I felt as if I have robbed them. The amount of amenities, level of service, far exceeded the expectations and cost incurred. If the owner is managing to even break even then his business operation model ought to be taught in B-schools. Highly recommend the place!

Visited this place for dinner party and birthday celebration. Staff is good. Food is good. Enjoyed thoroughly the karaoke singing at the banquet Hall in the basement.

I think this is one of the best Hotel, the staff is very polite. Peaceful environment. In the heart of biggest cloth market. Near Meena Bazar. Food quality is amazing.

Probably worst hotel in the area, No slippers in the bathroom, AC didn't work, messy bed sheets, no drinking glasses, no shampoo, vault didn't work etc. etc. despite repeatedly asking staffs to put one, they take customers for granted!

Not so good experience Poor service and no hot water inside the rooms... Need to call the reception for hot water... Lockers inside the rooms not working.. Phones not working... Not so supportive staff..

The worst place on earth. I would have not kept even 1 star. There is no hygiene at all. Everywhere tobacco and gutka marks are there. The bathroom smells completely with tobacco smell.

A nice hotel with good facilities and prime location. This Place is perfect for seminars or official meetings too. It's good if you go there without any personal vehicle, otherwise parking can be the issue because of it's prime location during day. Night timing would be great, that time no more crowded road and parking will also not be an issue. Overall good
