The environment provided is quite good. But the taste isn't up to the mark according to the price.

Chaayos food quality is very good. Self service only. This is a crowded area. Ambience is nice. Quick food service. I recommend kullad wali chai and bun omlette.

Perfect place for chai lover there masala Chai is lit lover there masala chai and kulhad pav baji is love I am become fan of kulhad pav bhaji bhaji is loaded full of butter it is really delicious and sooo sooooo yummy you must visit chaayos and there siting capacity is so good and totally hygienic well maintain their staff is so good good in service

Poha is good, paav-bhaaji is upto the mark. You can try Desi chai if you're a chai lover😅

My personal experience of this place was very bad. Too Costly with no quality. Place is spacious. Sanitation and Cleanliness are very good. Place is good to spend some waiting time. But the true purpose, 'Chai', is totally bad. I would suggest one to save the 'Chai' money and spend it on some other tea stall. Even roadside 'Chai Wala' is better than it.

Lovely staff. Vinay, a jolly, radiant staff guy, will welcome u with a happident wali smile. Other staff is also nice. A nice place to wait for your tour bus. A place to have light snacks and enjoy tea.

This has been my stop when going to the office and stopping by to take a cup of tea. Its inside Kashmere gate metro station and not so crowded, even its good if you are waiting for someone.. Calm place with Morning vibes. Teas are really amazing, there is a lot of variety of tea and you can customize it as per your needs, the staff is helpful. Coming to food, the food has very limited option and mostly snacks for tea only. Chilli cheese toasts are actually very chilly 🔥, kasaundi paneer is tastiest among all. Sicilian chicken sandwich is good but ask them to make it with multigrain bread instead of facoccian bread. Bun Omelette is quite good, keema pav with quality was good but taste didn't go with bun's sweetness for me. Overall for tea and snacks its a very soothing place..

Finally gave Chaayos a try. The place is definitely designed nicer than most outlets in metro stations. The ambience gives you quirky and stylish vibes perfectly suited to youth. Funnily, we got ourselves a Desi Cold Coffee (don't judge us... It was a hot day) with a Chicken Puff. The food was definitely tasty but doesn't justify the prices they were at. The staff is quite friendly and attentive which only makes your experience better. Great for a meetup or a pit stop as you're on your journey on Delhi Metro.

Totally wow place as this was my all time favourite.

Food options were limited and thandai was very average to the taste they are charging for.

It is in one corner of Kashmiri Gate Metro Station. They chai is must try option. Overpriced place, the taste of pakora was not good.

It was ok ok experience for me. I just had Chicken puff and some sandwich. I would just suggest there staff to always give tissue paper as puff's are crispy and leave bit oil on hands which was not in my tray + i ordered two items for me and my husband but only got on sauce satchet. I was running late was not able to try much there. Ambience decor was really good. Staff was ok. Cannot comment much next time will try more of items there and will give better details.

Have you ever heard about the tea date 📅, well chaayos is exactly what it feel like. Tea was not as it should be but prices are still good (I mean high as per the price). Feel like your kitchen made food but not as tasty.

Chayos Kashmiri Gate, Worst experience, I ordered a highly overpriced Matar Chaat and a regular size peach tea. I could hardly find any matar as it was all full of Tamatar instead of matar. I advise team chayos to change its name to Tamatar chat. Peach tea was a mere suger syrup. It's such a wonderful place to waste your money.

My Rs.20 ka chaiwala near my house has better tea in my opinion. Took 360 for 2 teas and a snack. Not at all worth the price. Tea tastes as if it were made in a machine. But ofcourse a machine tea would have tasted better. This particular store was so hot and humid. Apparently the AC broke moments before we arrived. Just another overhyped chai place.

Kulhaad Chai (with all spices) along with yummy Bhelpuri. Loved it. ☺❤

The tea is pretty decent not very good not very bad,but hygiene & cleanliness maintained.

Explored the place recently. I ordered Desi Chai and Peached iced tea which were of excellent taste. Staff was friendly and was handling customers quite nicely even in conditions of heavy crowd. Ambience of the place and AC regulated temp. made my stay pleasent. It is good place to stop by during hot summer day 👍.

I ordered masala chai in Chaayos kashmiri gate branch. But that chai was the one of worst chai in my life. That chai was testless, without masala. And I am very disappointed for that chai. And i don't recommend any person who want to go Chaayos.

I was traveling from Jaipur to Delhi, I love chaayos so I wanted to spend a little time there, it was written outside the outlet that it will get open at 7.00 am. I went there at 7.30 but THE STAFF BEHAVED VERY RUDE AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE WITHOUT TELLING ME THE EXACT TIMINGS OF THE OPENING OF OUTLET. IS THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO MADE AN EFFORT FOR YOUR FOOD? I WILL NEVER VISIT CHAAYOS SAME ANYMORE.

i ordered chana chaat and mom’s poha for my meals… but they dont have that… why you guys mentioned in the menu when you dont provide all food items at meal time(1-3Pm)… wasted my travelling time… travel here from rajiv chok to kashmere gate just to eat mom’poha😞

It is. A very nice place . The decor is mesmerising and the ambience is also very good very nice place to have a chit chat or a meeting in Kashmere gate . It is on the metro station so you can enjoy it on the go . I ordered the Shahi chaii it was just amazing and also the stuff kulcha if you you must try samosa chaat and Shahi chaai I just love this . Overall the the outlet us just amazing you must visit this restraunt ..

Great place to have your favourite chai and wait inside the station itself. Ambience is quite good when we compare it with the concept of chaayos. Service needs to be improved during non peak hours as well. Chai is average but one best thing they have is bhel only. Will advice you to try the variety of chai only when you don't have tapri chai option with you.

Nice service, location and food. Had the poha which comes with a nice chutney. They were very helpful with my food restrictions. If you're looking for something GF you can ask for the poha without sevian.

Greetings friends, I would love to share recent incident happened with me while I was travelling to Delhi. I was at Kashmere Gate Bus stand and decided to visit Chaayos. I enjoyed my meal, paid the amount, and left to catch my bus. After 15 minutes a person called and stated "Hello sir, My name is Aman and i am speaking from Chaayos. I want to know the update about your recent payment, can you please confirm that is the payment done twice?", with surprise I checked and found that payment of 539 INR, was done twice so I replied with yes. He asked sir please share with me the screenshot and i will refund it to you asap. I was amazed after hearing this from him. Thanks to Chaayos for creating such culture in employees and taking customer experience to next level. You earned a life time customer for your brand now.

Not very good experience, the quality of hot beverages is not very good however the quantity was high. I would suggest that they should work on the taste and quality of products however the ambiance was quite nice

It's too expensive for nothing... I have no issue paying 156 rs if the tea is exceptionally good . But this lemon tea costed me same price like CCD and yet I felt that it was tasteless and wasn't worth it

Worst tea ever .Dont try it .I think it's better to get tafri chai from somewhere else becoz it is more worth than chaayos tea either in terms of price or quality
