Please don't think about booking this hotel. For the price you pay, you get the worst service and totally not worth it. I couldn't reply to your response comment. We were on the flight and couldn't return your room key. But, the room cleanliness was not good and you should improve that for sure. I will remove this comment to make it up to you for the lost keys

Recently stayed at this hotel on New Year's eve and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and attentive even at late hours. Room quality and cleanliness was really good. Breakfast was buffet system and free. Proximity to Metro station and local market and restaurants. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Hotel is OK, located in the busy Karol Bagh area, all kinds of services are nearby, Metro station is about 2 km from here, transportation facilities available. Rooms are good, big enough for 2 people. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Washrooms are also good. Hot water not available 24X7 but hotel can switch on the boiler on request. However the water for brushing has sour taste. Lift can accommodate max 4 people. TV doesn't have HD channels. Restaurant was closed, hotel can order food online on your behalf & also allows outside food. Parking space on the open road. PS: check my photos & videos on Google Maps & decide for yourself.

Rooms was equipped but fridge tv was not working When they were asked to turn on geezer they replied " itni garmi mein kya zarurat hain " Hospitality was not good.

The managerial staff is so rude with customers they don't even follow the protocols and kind enough to understand the guest. As a tourist I won't recommend to stay at this place because it was not really accessible from Metro station and the staff don't even know the check in and check out schedule

We stayed in our trip on 7th Jan 2022. Good place for staying. Clean and neat environment. We have Tiffin and dinner included in our package. Food is also good. Even if not included, food availability will be there as per their menu. Prices are also ok. Friendly management. Walkable distance from Karol bagh metro Hotel is nearer to IAS academy, student study centre's, Karol bagh shopping place, eating points, pharmacies and very nearer to metro as well.

Rooms are good. No in-house kitchen, so food is costly & takes time to bring from outside. Staff is good & supportive.

Pleasant and affordable stay at Karol Bagh. Stayed here for 4 days and it was comfortable. The rent is very much affordable comparing the other hotels near the same area and rooms are well cleaned and in good condition.

do not expect anything other than 2 star hotel. ... rooms are clean ..wash room clean 5/5 funiture ...3/5 bedsheet towel blanket ...2/5(although washed but can see stains of whatever has been eaten there ) no toiletries ( instead they had handwash like bottles ) check in (had to wait )

I have booked this through treebo but service is not good , manager told if you required soap in toilet you have to pay for it breakfast is also not very good because kitchen id not operated in hotel .only Rooms are clean and ok ,but ac is centralized control

Super deluxe room was spacious, bathroom was ok but the aur conditioning was horrible. Room service was lethargic. Overall experience was 6.5/10

The Room was net & clean Hot water coming 24 hours The front office staff was also Good and helpfull. Recomended to all Friends to visit Sisley The Boutique hotel when you are going to Delhi.
