All are paid reviews here. Actually this hotel is 30 years old with most of the systems not functioning at all. Staffs were arrogant. I booked this hotel in agoda for 1 day stay. Came to hotel for early checkin with my family, they asked to wait until room is ready. I was waiting until 12:00 pm. They said there is no room.They told me that booking was cancelled a day before , which i was never notified. . Agoda customer service was worse. Because of that I had to pay almost 30 % extra at hotel to get a room apart from the booking amount i paid on agoda. The rooms are way older than i expected with lot of bugs and 20 year old beds with stinking smell. Bathroom water was leaking on to the bedroom. I couldn't sleep at night due to all this mishaps. Even though i reported this to the hotel management, they didn't even give me another room. It was totally a nightmare staying at this hotel.

THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL. Do not fall for the reviews, I do not know how people have rated it so highly. Maybe they went there with very low expectations. I went there with higher expectations as they claim to be a 3-Star Hotel, and this is definitely not how a 3-Star hotel is. Smelly rooms, unclean linen, unclean towels. Avoid.

No. Never Room was below average. With lot of flaws. Substandard rooms without proper door locks. AC was not functioning. Looks like its installed in 90's. Bathroom cieling was almost came off with water leaks. Steer clear from this property.

Good but needs to be far better. Food prices are very high. Horrible complimentary breakfast (So called Puri Bhaji only) and black dip bag tea they provide along with the same is Rs.60.00 per cup.Don't take any food here as variety of good foods are available all around at very reasonable prices.

The most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in. My woes started right as I stepped in. This hotel room was booked a month in advance through Agoda. Whe we arrived, the guy at the counter says, I have no booking confirmed, and there is no room. How is it possible, we booked two rooms a month back and had spent a lot of money- his response was 'go and talk to Agoda, quite clearly he was looking for a fight. This is the most disgusting hotel, and I use the term Hotel very loosely. Never stay in this awful dump of a hotel, I can't stress how bad this place is. The bed sheet and the rooms appeared to have had a long career in a particularly filthy and demeaning segment of adult movies. Leaky bathrooms, stinky beds, and a room, the bed was made of amnesia foam, if there is such a thing. The surrounding is comparable to those of Delhi's homeless men. I feared getting some type of rash or sickness. Overall, this location in Karol Bagh looks very scary. Finally, after waiting for the whole day, I had to pay an additional Rs.3500, and suddenly the rooms appeared from the sky. The Agoda guys are seamsters and have washed their hands off. The hotel is not worth it, especially if you are with a family. All those positive reviews are fake.

It was such a beautiful stay, The manager was also very humble, even the staff were polite, rooms were clean and managed, I stayed there alone and it was really one comfortable stay. Excellent Location Peaceful area, Rooms & washroom were neat & clean. Helpful staff. Near Karol Bagh metro station and market. I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The market is within walking distance. The rooms are very neat and clean. I would like to recommend it if someone is visiting Delhi -must try to stay at this place.

Nice staff. Spoke politely. They should keep rooms neat. White Bed spread had full of yellowish stains. Bathroom stinks (issue was with the slope of the bath floor, bathed water won't flow off. water stay there for long time, so it stinks). Food served was good. Since we checked-out early morning, 7am, they packed our breakfast and gave. inspite of we said no need of packing. Appreciate that.

Very bad... Smelly rooms... Feels like slum... Don't get fooled by google reviews, they all are fake... It is located on roadside and surrounded by PGs. Very noisy and rooms are also not soundproof. Notsure how they marked it as three star hotel, this is supposedly be onestar hotel 1. there is no in house restraunt 2. No praking facility 3. very small rooms

We stayed in this hotel 4-5 times with my family. It is a decent hotel with good rooms. Hygiene is good in rooms and bathrooms. Food quality is very good. The staff is supportive. The location is also very good. Almost 5 minutes walk from the Karol Bagh Metro Station, that's the biggest advantage. Room prices are pretty reasonable. Rooms and washrooms are good.

Great place to stay in New Delhi. It is the best accomodation here, It is a beautiful property with the best hospitality, the food is scrumptious and the care takers and the owners are extremely warm. We’ve stayed here twice and it’s always been a delight.. highly recommended. Had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great location and the staff is really very cooperative! Service. We were 22 people from Kerala who took a room in the hotel. Their hospitality is excellent. Although we booked our food from outside, they prepared all the plates and spoons needed to eat from there. It is a good place to stay for families. There is a hotel nearby where you can get Kerala food and everything was perfect.

Really bad experience with the lady sitting in the reception. We used to be regular customer there but yesterday when we tried to book a room there, the lady was really arrogant. When we contacted to book a room there, we got a response that there isn’t any rooms available for the day. But when we physically went to the hotel the lady receptionist said that the room is available but asked double the rate we used to pay. This is not fair considering we are regular customer. We will never again book a room there. Today you may loose one customer, but if that lady continues to behaves like this, you will have your whole business down in no time.

Very bad experience. I have booked for 2 days ( 9th and 10th Oct) stay with family however when we went there they sent us to another hotel ( they call it belongs to silverstone). Beds and bath rooms were dirty and not fit for staying, when we reported to management they did not even bothered. And the next day they asked to go back to silverstone ( original hotel).We had to pack our luggage and go back to Silverstone hotel which is located in very small narrow road where our car driver was denied to go to that road. I would not advice this hotel for family stay.

This place calling it a hotel itself is wrong. Its a low end lodge with very unhygienic rooms, blankets and the surrounding of this hotel is in a street full of loud noise. Even you can hear car and bike honking even in late nights. Bathrooms are shabby and room smells very bad. The room photos are completely contradictory to what we seen when we go. Dont fall just by seeing the photos. They dont have a restaurant to eat even. Rooms are very small. When asked about the shabby service, the manager tried to over shout with his voice. Not a place to recommend with families definitely.

We were treated kindly and with respect by all the hotel staff. The hotel met our expectation re: cleanliness (rooms, beds and bathrooms) and comfort ( bed and beddings). Warm water, warm meals, warm staff. Ramesh was great - helped us with everything that we needed help with e.g directions, shopping, where to withdraw money. We felt safe and at home. We will come again.

We stayed at Hotel silver stone for two nights and I was very impressed by the hospitality and service. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and the market, and offers free parking and WiFi. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bidet, free toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, and arranged an airport shuttle for me on request. Booked for two nights. Location was very good. Room was neat and clean with front side. TV and WiFi all worked OK. There is a menu in the room and they serve you on order only. Staff was helpful and friendly. Basically a good place to stay for the price we paid. Good place to stay. Clean rooms and good service at good price. The place is equal distance at almost all the places.

A 5 star facility at 3 star price... Excellent rooms... Spacious and clean... Superb service... They help you in everything that you need... Shalu mam is great... Whether it was medical help needed or guidance or car booking, they helped us irrespective of time and requirements. I am definitely recommending this hotel for every stay. Only thing they can improve is cigrate and alcohol smell in lobby and sometimes I found unwanted looking people sitting in reception, may be for gossiping (obviously not when Shalu mam was at reception) that made me a little uncomfortable but that's a minor issue. The rooms are great and clean, service is superb, Shalu mam is very helpful, last but not the least, location is perfect..

First stay before covid is excellent, 2nd stay during covid is Fair, Now it is worst, no amenities, no cleanliness, in ₹2500 they provide clinic plus shampoo (1rs). I ordered food from menu card @ 375 spl. Thali, and they ordered from Zomato/ swiggy @100 thali and gave to us. Overall they just loooted now, and thinks that customer is fool.
