There is a Parking problem a bit ..other wise according to price ,,everything seems ok..breakfast is good too.and also its a safe family place to live in with...💯💯 So ,,all over its good and perfect..👍👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is very budget friendly and service was upto the mark regarding the budget. Although in one of the rooms in third floor there is damp in the wall, our room 309 was without any defect. Pros: AC was working well. Hotel management provided room service everyday and on our convenient time. They also provided toiletries and towel. Location of the hotel is very near to Karolbagh Metro Station. There are several street food options around the hotel Cons: you have to pay everyday's rent on the morning in advance.

There is bed bugs in room which is not acceptable at any cost. A.C remote is not working. You are taking full charge to the customers and you are expecting customer compromise with the amenities which is mention by you at the time of check in.

For the staff and their behaviour, I'll give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the accomplishment and room service, I'll give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the price of hotel I'll give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ But for the rooms and maintainance, I'll not give you a single star. Please maintain the rooms properly. A/C isn't working properly, flush is not working in the washrooms. Flooring is damaged....!!! Please I'm requesting you to maintain your hotel, in order to get all the 5 stars, in all the areas. So on the total....I'll give you only ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My brother went to delhi and stayed in this hotel and the service is good, the room is also good and there is no problem in the hotel.

Clean n spacious rooms, tasty breakfast and well manner staff. Only 1 thing is wrong that they have no parking area. But it's OK for tourist.

Near Karol bagh metro station Near NDLS Small room in the middle of the day there was a sudden release of fumes coming out of the washroom which can be dangerous if a person is sleeping. If you are looking for a place to crash near New Delhi station then it's fine.

Worst Ever Hotel. Do not book!!! It is not at all as shown in the pic. It's not worth to be called even a star hotel!!! Worst service ever u could have in Delhi. It's all a business there do not go! They charge for unecessary things!!! From bad smell to bad service it's the worst ever hotel! Look for other hotel or any pg. This is the worst ever so do not stay here!!!

the hotel very close to karol bag metro station and surrounded by large options for food. the food served at hotel is also okk. staff is very much supportive the property is quite old and need major refurbishment work for various points. still basic cleanliness and hygiene is maintained very well. in short, the hotel is a very good option for budget stays in central Delhi. One can stay here for street food in area

Recently I stayed at this hotel with my two colleagues. We were on an official tour for 3 days. It was a great experience as the room (Room no. 303) was superb. Staffs were kind and always greeted us with a smile. Anyone coming to New Delhi for official tour, family holidays etc must stay in this hotel near to Karol bagh metro / market. It's a value for money hotel in Channa Market, Karol bagh.

Good hotel for staying in and around Karol Bagh. Rate are reasonable. Hygiene is nicely maintained. Staffs are good and responsive. Have a lot of eateries nearby.

It’s a low budget hotel, not sure how it’s tagged as 3 star hotel. They will charge extra for early check ins. If you take stay inclusive of food they will bring thali from nearby restaurants and serve you, which is ridiculous. They will have their commission fixed for any cab booking.

Avoid this hotel. Bad smell as soos as u enter in rooms. Even bathrooms are not clean. Very old hotel it seems and badly maintained one.

Food quality and room service is good. but location is not good according to hotel. overall is good for stay.

Waste rooms, pathetic people in reception. The staff are clueless and while communicating with them you will understand they are totally untrained. Cleanliness is an issue. Double bed is equipped with 2 single mattresses.

Worst place i have ever seen before due to booked i managed for 1 night. Cant stay with family.. Room service person too worst.. Not even giving proper response.. And near by room person are having drinks worst of worst.. Gave 1 start for there is no option. This is not a 3 star hotel guys dont believe this one... Just there are best hotel near by too
