They told for room 1120rs and after take my 1500rs even that hotel no safety zero safety and every time they stop AC from reception and if i am calling then abusing me really worst experience Not even take that hotel room in freee

never book hotel by looking photo's on line. do not make this mistake. i saw photo's online and went to book hotel. hotel owner was very rude not well behaving..... we paid good amt for one night. they told hot water is ther but there was not.. flash was not working. atleast water was ther. ..... we paid for one night after tht went to c the room . room was ok not good .. tht much money was too high for tht room.

Not a family hotel at all Hotel staff mostly sits on the stairs and on tge main entrance so you have to walk zig zag Have to call them again and again to switch on the AC They have control at reception Highly not recommendable

One of the worst hotel visited in my life. Manager was rude. Took extra money from me during check-in and took my mobile and reviewed him self 5 star unwillingly. Never visit this hotel. Room were dirty smelling. Tubelight was hanging from the wall. No basic amenities were given. Worst experience.

Very very rude behavior. It is not even worth to stay for free as you will be mentally irritated. AC control is at reception and they will switch it off every now and then and argue with you and even ready to abuse if asked for switching on AC. Pathetic service. They don't even know the word hospitality let alone it's meaning.

The rooms are okay and the location is good.The service is bad and slow and they have hidden charges. The food service to the room is very expensive and not at all good. Normally the hotel room rate used to be inclusive of any tax. However during check out they charged additional 12% or so to the room rent as GST which was not mentioned during check in. Since we were in hurry to Airport , just paid and left. My overall experience was bad.

Nice hotel good hotel 7 minutes walk from Delhi station. Located in Paharganj, this hotel is cheap and good. There is no car parking facility here. This one thing didn't go my way. Everything else is fine. You can come here with your family. The hotel front office is open all night. You can check in whenever you want. But check out time is 12 noon

Didn't send the vehicle to pick.....after saying they will pick us frm the main road.... room are so freaking smelly nd bad...... blankets r used nd haven't washed... such a terrible hotel I have ever visited 😵🤬🤬

My friends have stayed here and I just visited to see them and the rooms are only suitable for batchelor or someone coming solo! Not recommended for families at all! But advantage is location, as it's located on the main road beside Leena international!
