Short Review- The BEST restaurant in Hudson Lane. Go Blindly. Long Review- I’ve never had such a great experience or even close to this one. I visited on Sunday evening and What a experience. We had to wait as it was a weekend and After 15 minutes we were in. The staff was very welcoming and they suggested us some dishes. The hospitality provided here in hands down. The staff is very honest and generous.We ordered few dishes and found all of them to be absolutely tasty. You must try the garlic knots. All the pizzas are good and you can even see them being tossed into the oven through the glass pizzaria window. I consider it to be the best cafe in the whole Hudson lane. Prices are competitive and if you choose wisely this is relatively cheaper than many other places around. We were a group of 3 and our bill was 1.7k. Portion size is really good too. The cafe must have two things one is food other is ambience, this place provides both and the hospitality is a plus. Must try- Garlic Knots and Margarita Pizza Special Mention- All the staff members are really sweet but ask for Mr. Armaan and you’ll notice why I am mentioning hospitality above all the other places around.

I had a great time eating good food at Spezia Bistro. The waiters were committed to great service. We have ordered a pizza, sushi, noodles and some desserts. Every food item tasted great and I will definitely gonna come again. Had a really great experience.

This place is a vibe , the food the ambience all are worth the price that you have to pay.. It is the Best cafe here in GTB in terms of food, the ambience and the service. The food is at par with any great luxury dining restaurant and that too at quite an affordable price. Also the ambience that all Spezia's have to offer is just mind blowing!! The interior here is absolutely perfect😍❤️

Great place to head out for having a meal. Food quality is superb and the quantity is apt according to the price of the dish. You can go with friends, family, girlfriend, boyfriend. Space is Cosy and will have to wait for upto 30 mins on a weekend night or holiday. Do try their wheat basil noodles.

Ambience is just awesome. It has a swing also inside. If you wanna try some Italian food with Desi touch then this is the place for it. They also offers cheesilicious spaghetti made on cheese wheel. And they actually do it in front of you. So at here, you can assure that your dining experience will be amazing.

BEST CAFE TO VISIT IN GTB NAGAR this was my first visit to spezia bistro and it was totally worth goin there. Soo i had ordered Garlic knots-5/5 honestly inwas not expecting this much good dish from them. It was super yummy served with salsa and there special made mayo on side. Chicken grilled pizza(pan baked)-5/5 this was also very freshly prepared pizza from there menu. I ordered pan baked. Pizza was sooo soft and fluffy and flavourful in ebery bite and Full of toppings. note- they have a very cute arcade gaming station to recall 90's kids with there childhood and its totally free of cost soo enjoy your visit OVERALL MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO VISIT THERE.

The restaurant was great. It had a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and a menu with delicious choices. I enjoyed a tasty meal from start to finish. It's a fantastic place to have a memorable dining experience.

A very good restaurant with delicious food and quick service. They were helpful in any way you want them to be. There are quizes and challenges through which you can win complimentary dishes. The arcade game was also available. A wide variety of food with a very good atmosphere. You must visit once.

Visited this place after going to some random scroll on Instagram. I must say this place is so so so amazing that you will love every detail of it. We were greeted with love. Then we've suggested the best meal. We order whole wheat Thai noodles 🍝 ...trust me one must try this chef special. Next, some refreshing coolers mixed with watermelon & soda and green apple & kiwi. After that, we ordered a garlic knot with cheesy dip what a mind-blowing combination, it was freshly baked and got served. Bread would literally melt in your mouth. .... Do order the previous combination. . Next time I will surely try the desert of this place. . Best for family, friends or date plans.🤩

An amazing place to spend your weekend. Very polite and helpful staff. The ambience is pretty good and food is really delicious. Ordered Mixed veg dimsums, Mexican treasure pizza, Garlic bread with cheese and Green apple + Kiwi sparkler. Dimsums were really delicious with a sweet and sour sauce. Pizza and garlic bread were good too. The drinks were recommended to us by the staff and they were really refreshing and amazing. Loved the drinks a lot. The restaurant maintained safety guidelines. Went there with a friend to eat pasta because he just couldn’t stop talking about it. It was totally worth it. Freshly prepared with the right ratio of cheese to noodles and veggies. More importantly the noodles were not over cooked. It was just perfect. The vibe, songs and everything, the ambiance was perfect. The staff was super nice and friendly. We even got a complimentary dessert which was good too. Totally worth it.

Visiting this place since years now and I am always amazed by the hospitality. I must compliment the staff here as they are very well behaved & always welcoming which makes this place worth visiting. Food is undoubtedly good. Tried their newly launched drinks & they were lip smacking. However, a little disappointed with peri peri chicken wings as it did not taste that good in comparison vs what I had in Subash Nagar Pacific Mall branch but it’s still okay. This place is easy on pocket. Ambiance is good. If you are into video games they do have one playstation that will take you back to those well known games- contra/tekken3 etc. In short one of the best place that I can recommend.

Garlic knots are worth trying. And the ambience is very good and mesmerizing. It is usually busy all day. Honey chilli potatoes were also delish. The price of mocktails is a bit higher as compared to the quality. It is located on the first floor.

One Word that tells about their pizza is "Perfect". The perfect pizza for my tastebud is spezia's pan base pizza. Their entire menu is filled with drooling pizza options. I had almost tried their entire menu and it's worth every penny you pay them. You can go with your friends, family, colleagues and enjoy your meal. They have other great options to try: Loaded Nachos, Nacho- fries Platter, Dimsum, Garlic Knots, Noodles, Manchurian evrything is as drooling as you want. You might find waiting during weekends after late afternoon, otherwise you can go anytime you want.

Had a really great experience here! All of the food we had was great and the ambience is also good. Here are my ratings: 1) Dimsum with Chilli Oil: 10/10 - Really great dimsum and the chilli oil was also very good. 2) Cottage Cheese platter with Bbq sauce: 8/10 - Overall very good platter, would suggest them to add noodles instead of rice. 3) Mexican Pan Pizza: 9/10 - The pan pizza was very soft and with good amount of cheese and toppings. 4) Brownie Sizzler: 10/10 - A perfect desert.

I have given a five star rating for two major reasons. One is that the service is really good. Another one is that the person who was serving us suggested zesty chilli chicken momos and it was legit fire. Shakes were also good. Fries are kind of mid.

Last week I had their pan pizza and a Chinese sizzler. I have always loved the pizza here but the sizzler was a disappointment. The sizzler had gravy momo, noodles and spring rolls. I don't know but the filling of momo and spring roll was not good and it didn't even felt fresh. The noodles were bland too. But trust me, this place is amazing for pan pizzas, they might be a Lil pricey but they are worth every penny spent. Also, the service is a little slow and the lighting is not that good but the pizzas are amazing and worth trying.

Very polite staff and owner. Food is perfect and tasty. Menu is digitally available. Lots of dishes. We got watermelon special mojito which was very delicious for starters. One thing that they ask for your feedback so there is always improvement in their attitude. A bit busy place so you might have to wait but there is waiting area (sling) so it's perfectly fine.

Before covid food taste was so good. I used to travel from south Delhi to north Delhi just to enjoy their taste. But now they couldn't maintain the taste as it was before. Even though the food looks so tempting and presentable but it does not taste good.

It’s a really wonderful and comfortable space with a cool concept. Food was very delicious, I was just drooling over it. We ordered dimsums and sushi. Everything was just great, really loved the food. This place is totally lit af. Highly recommended.

Visiting spezia is always nice. The food, ambience and service is top notch. But this time we noticed that they have increased their prices quite a bit making them not so economical as they were earlier. But still its a nice place to chill. 😍

This is an awesome place. I had been to both Noida and GTB Nagar restaurants, both are amazing. In vegetarian, I love the garlic knots and cottage cheese tocsana. I had dry munchurian and macho nacho combo during my first visit. Staff is courteous too. Food takes some time to prepare but it's worth it and not much delay. Overall, totally love this place and fully recommend Spezia Bistro.

All dishes are yummy and all staffs are friendly and ambience is also good. I have tried macho nacho which is house specials , margarita pizza and mojito and they all taste really good. You should come with your friends and family. PS: There is a swing, aquarium and pull-ups ring as well so do click lots of photos ;)))

Great feeling has you step in, the greenery is a welcome sign. Don't give this spezia bistro a miss, if you are in Hudson Lane. It's very very good. I just loved the ambience. The staff is polite, the service is good and the pizza, Garlic knots, veg sizzlers, watermelon mojitos are amazing. We had their classic margarita and mushroom pizza. Both were delicious. Wood fired and thin crust. A great place to relax and chill. The prices are okay, not steep. Surely worth the place that it is. It's my most favourite among all the other places and cafes that I visited during my recent visit to Hudson Lane. The ambience was very beautiful. Loved the atmosphere. The staff was super friendly. And the food! OMG. if you visit that place (ypu should) then don't forget to buy their pizza and berry blast shake ! Those two were like heaven on earth. Absolutely loved my experience over all and will be visiting again soon

A great option at GTB, the location was easy to find. I have ordered chilli garlic noodles and cheese pizza. The noodles was not upto mark however i liked the pizza it was loaded with cheese and the base was very soft. Food - 7/10 Ambience - 7/10 Price - ₹ Service - 8/10

Lasagna and Pizzas are really good but the cheese wheel pasta was disappointing. Service wise it was very slow but they were sweet and polite. The atmosphere is good, price wise also it's worth every penny.

This is my fifth visit to Spezia Bistro in the last 2 years. It had also been my favorite place while in college. All the food that I ordered was delicious and very nicely presented. The service was excellent and the staff was really sweet. The ambience is warm and cozy. It's a lovely place if one wants to try multiple cuisines in a good ambience. You'll always keep coming back.

The food, ambience, staff, and service, everything was great. If you're ready to spend 400 to 600 per person and love warm vibes of artificial replica of nature, this is the place for you. The aquarium and waterfall replicas along with the pretty cherry blossom tree were centre of attraction.

Worth the positive rating it has got. The food and service are amazing. The place is little small, but still comfortable. We enjoyed pasta and dimsums. The beverages were nice too. Go there if you're looking for a good place in Hudson Lane.

This place is very good in ambience and the crowd is also amazing. I recommend this place since the food is also amazing out here. What if you get to munch on Nachos, Onion Rings, and French Fries at one go??? This is topped with cheese and baked till golden accompanied with 2 sauces. 2nd is zesty chicken in chili oil dimsum. This place is serving amazing menu - Italian, continental, chinese and pizza etc

I can't get over the taste of the toased spaghetti white sauce pasta it was just delicious. Cheesy bread sticks were yum!! Thick shake was actually thick as it should be❣️ Honey chilli potatoes were okish in taste. Rest overall it was a good experience.

I would say that while the ambiance of the restaurant is good, the food and beverages are overpriced for the quality and taste that they offer. The menu seemed average and did not meet the expectations that were set based on the hype surrounding the restaurant. One of the major drawbacks that we faced during our visit was the parking space issue, which made it inconvenient for us to park . This is an aspect that the management of the restaurant needs to address to make the experience of their customers more comfortable. Despite the average food and beverage quality, one redeeming factor of the restaurant is its aesthetic value. Spezia Bistro Noida has a trendy decor, and it provides a great backdrop for people looking to click nice Instagram-worthy photos. While Spezia Bistro Noida has an attractive ambiance, the prices of their food and beverages are overpriced and not worth the value for the money spent. The parking space issue further added to the inconvenience. The restaurant could focus on improving the quality of their food and beverages, while also addressing the issue of parking to make it a more customer-friendly place.

The experience is always so good.. they are creative in there own way. Like a swing and cheese wheel pasta and other small things.. The food and service are really nice : Pizza - the base is super soft and has a fresh taste . I wish it had more sauce Pasta (cheese wheel /say cheese pasta ) is creamy and has a nice balancing taste .. Sushi is 5/5 in given range of restaurants and cafe .. There service is good with polite people around.. P.s. there washroom is clean

Location of the cafe is easy approachable from metro. You have to look around for four wheeler parking, hard to find. Service and food is good. Ambience is very appealing and seating is spacious with romantic flowers on your table. Sushi was surprising with sour taste, while pizza was amazing. Perfect for cricket lovers with Big screen and sound addressing system. Blossom tree is highlight on entry.

Got wrong order on my first, ambience is just okay. Don't bring your romantic partner here, this places feels like an office cafeteria, very basic with little personal space. Often you would find elderly people. Not recommended for bachelors. Food is just okay. But the staff and the manager is good.

Food: tried their garlic knots which had a yummy flavour of garlic & along with salsa sauce which was just mind blowing Also tried their latest launch “Dan Dan Noodles” & oh my god they were just so yum, portion was great & I highly recommend this. Also tried their cheese burst pizza & that was loaded with huge amount of cheese & it was just sufficient to make my day a great one. For my sweet tooth cravings tried their Oreo shake & hot brownie with ice cream. Everything was really yum 😋 Amazing presentation as well. Good job chef & the staff there 👍

The fried rice was soaked in oil I could feel the oil when I took a bite of the egg pieces and the dimsum in chilli oil I could make out how the chilli oil was not authentic and just grounded chilli flakes with some Schezwan sauce and oil. The cafe can work a little bit on their menu. Also the first time they gave us someone else's order and missed out on our order as well. We had to remind for our orders a couple of times but it was a Sunday and busy day but expected atleast some professionalism. The manager and the people looking after our orders around the cafe were warm and welcoming though.
