J W Lounge is on the third floor and is the highlight of my visit ...!!! In the evening hours they serve complementary snacks n drinks for all gold n platinum members. even if you are not a member do visit on payment basis .... it s a great experience....ambience is amazing food n drinks are the best. most importantly the staff especially the service by Ms Anjali is epitome of hospitality......!!!!!! Perfect when it comes to luxury dinings in Delhi NCR region . You can’t find a single fault in their mechanism when it comes to service . Didn’t taste all the food items ( as it was way too costly ) but the review is as follows : – ORDERED – 1- Kathi rolls ( amazing in taste plus mint chutney makes it more delicious ) 2 – Smoked salmon canape ( the best part in this is the creme cheese which makes it mouth watering ) 3 – Daily crafted ice cream ( Well nothing to say to this particular item as nothing much surprised me) Assistance rendered by staff : – >AMBIANCE : – B’ful decor , amazing crowd , spacious , bar was awesome and in the end amazing theme . >SERVICE : – Exceptional , truly impressive , polite , courteous ETC ( more to add ) >FOOD : – Delicious and mouth watering . One of the best lounges out of the multiple five star hotels in Delhi, it sits extremely pretty right around the lobby. They have a well stocked and a magnificent bar with the seating around as well as outside seating which has the cabanas. The service is top notch and as expected from JW. Had Kasundi Machhi along with our drinks and loved it. One of our sought out places!

This is my favorite lounge of all the hotels I stay at for work. With 10 weeks of travel, I always try to maximize my time at this hotel and specifically this lounge. It is great for interviews in the seating area during the day, and drinks and snacks with friends in the evening. Staff are courteous and thoughtful, and Kush the bartender shakes a mean whiskey sour and other cocktails too. 🍸 a good place for work or play with a beautiful atmosphere and comfy couches. 😊

24 hours liquor served with best food no matter at what time of the night or day you enter. So people in Delhi and NCR it is the best place if you are looking to have a get restuarant at midnight.
