I am attaching Spare Parts Pricing list photo for every phone of Xiaomi. When we search MI service center then we nevigate to this place which is a showroom of Xiaomi. It is not service center. Location of service center is nearby which is near M2K cinema. You can find MI Service Center at 1st floor, above "Bittu Tikki wala". I am writing this review of "MI Service Center". I went there to diagnose Mi Band 6. It was not charging even I bought 3 months ago. They said that these bands are not repairable and will give new Band. They gave me new band after 1 hour. I found service satisfactory and this can be differ for other persons. But my experience was good and they give good resolution within time.

good range of products. bought mobile phone from them. overall good experience. however would be better if staff is more attentive. maybe they cannot handle rush time as staff is less. ambience is good, well maintained. parking sometimes is a problem though the location is very good.

U can shop on Sundays also.

Verybad experience. My daughters phone was in warranty period but due the mistake of engineer at customer care the mother board got destroyed..they sent her to mi home at m2k the manger over their was very rude and instead of giving solution he started to yell at her so to hide the mistake. And blamed her... I would say at least have some respect for your customers..they also kept her phone and didn't took any action...

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF PERSON WHO DOES FINANCE FOR PRODUCTS THERE... Other staff was good but the one who was doing bajaj emi finance for my Mi pad was too unprofessional and misbehaving at the same time that he made me wait for 30mins but still couldn't get the finance done for my product misbehaving continously with me. He was slow on his laptop while doing it and making spelling mistakes then staring at me like a goon as if I have done that mistake. Very very rude and unprofessional person. He didn't even know the basics of his work and couldn't even operating the laptop efficiently. Mi people were good there but this finance person was too unprofessional at his work that even after checking my adhar card on official Govt. Website he told me that my adhar card is not valid so he cannot do finance for my product.. I think he couldn't or didn't figure out the issue because he had no knowledge or clue about that. I even saw him misbehaving with one other staff there. I wish him good luck for his life because these kind of people can achieve anything but couldn't respect another human being so everything is ZERO!!!

Very good place. Easy to find, staff is very good, when I went there first time they offered me water also. Everything this good there and their productos too. And they also keep everything clean in this pandemic also.

A great shop to purchase MI products at a reasonable price. We stepped into the store to buy a power bank of 2000 mAh and we got it in the first go. We got it in rs. 1600 it was very heavy in weight and performance of the power bank is really awesome.

If you are going for service center then it's fantastic but if you are going to see an MI product then I would not recommend you. Sales person are not much impressive and you will change your mind from mi if you visit here. So go and check on croma, Vijay sales, online etc.

Very bad experience with mi company, I bought a new mi note 10 the phone is defective, camera quality very blur, voice not audible, and phone system hanging every time in just 1 single day. I went to store they ask we can't do anything I go to services centre I waited there 30-40 mins after that, they said to come tomorrow, such a time waste their employees are very rude and unprofessional. Disgusting and wrost services.

The "Type C data cable 120cm" price shown on website 199rs. I go to the mi store in near m2k rohini sec 7 There are price is different is 199 rs. For 100 cm data cable i received.... Totally fraud by MI ....

I like the ambiance and the range of products available here but somethings need to improve like the way of talking of their employees because if some illiterate people visit there, their staff doesn't consult them appropriately. And next is their rates on different products are keep hiking.
