The worst experience will rail yatri Don’t ever book any tickets from them. We were 2 girls and we booked 2 Volvo seats from rail yatri for 1800. When we reached the pickup location we got to know our bus which we booked was not coming and the person on phone asked us to sit in another bus which was already full and was a normal non ac bus with ticket price of only 500. There was no coordination among the bus driver and the company. there were 2 more girls waiting for the same bus. The person told them the bus time was 1.30 but it was actually 12, and on last moment told them to come. We stood for almost an hour in the bus. Such a pathetic service and people on call won’t do anything. So basically we paid the price of a Volvo bus for a normal non ac bus.

Very bad experience. First they helped me in booking and after an hour got a text your booking has been cancelled. Then they asked for fresh booking and saying your amount will refund in 7 days.

Had the worst experience of my life. We booked 2 tickets for Manali, and we recommend don't book from here. We face following below issues 1. Change the departure time 2. We booked the Benz and during boarding we get some other bus. 3. No air conditioning no proper setting.. totally uncomfortable 4. Bus staff and driver are totally non-cooperation 5. Worst booking experience Not recommended at all for any type of booking

I booked the meal from their site and continuously talking to customer care people regardinge the shipping of the order at my seat. when my train arrived and I did not found my meal at my seat then again I called them and they are giving childish reply that the restaurant was closed. If restaurant was closed so to they have to inform me so that I can manage my meal from other app. So my suggestion is that never ever book any thing from this stupid and liar app😠😠😠😠😠

Railyatri is becoming a fraud organization, they are not refunding the money in time and customers are not getting updates. They don't bother to mail or send any communications.

I could not book my ticket as I forgot my password. I got my refund of the ticket immediately.

Really a worst service provider. Order a food but not delivered and now for refund more than 7 to 8 days after also no responses.

I would suggest never to book any ticket from rail yatri, they don't have proper customer support and they don't respond over mail. My REFUND for multiple transaction which i cancelled is stuck with them and they don't care to even respond. Alert !!! Worst experience ever, i booked my tickets then I cancelled but they haven't given me my refund yet it's like fraud maybe railyatri is totally fraud. And there is no any helping system. You should not book tickets by this app it's not good 😑.
