Hi, We have just currently finished our Rajasthan trip in December 2022. Our experience with the company for the first two days was not pleasant. We were not given a vehicle that could seat 15 passengers anf our luggages, the vehicle was unclean, unhygienic vehicle (pictures attached), we waited for 6 hours without the agent responding to us, no tour guide to help. On the third day, after putting much pressure the company arranged for a different vehicle, clean and slightly more comfortable but charged us extra even though they were just replacing the vehicle. We contacted a senior manager from the company and he helped us promptly. This was appreciated from our group. The rest of the trip was good, good hotels, good drivers and overall good experience. We hope that from the next time onwards things will be better. The attached pictures were given to us for the first 2 days and after which it was changed.

Had 7 Night/8 days Tour planned with them. Except for One Hotel Quality/Service, all other Stay, Travel and Service Quality were Very good. Overall Very Good Experience. Staff/Coordinator was approachable and responsive all the time. Value for Money. No Hidden Charges

Our tour to Arunachal Pradesh along with Kaziraga National Park was organised by Indian Holiday. Hotels provided were of very good quality except the one at Kaziranga Nature Hunt. The rooms were not satisfactory, neither the food was good according to the price. The hotel room at Bomdilla was very small, else everything was fine. The tempo traveller provided was not at all good,rather it was below expectation. Not at all spacious, neither it had any pushback facility as said. Even AC was not working in hot areas. The transportation is a very drawback in this hectic tour. We had to suffer a lot, mainly the senior citizens travelling faced a lot of knee problems. All in all it was a good tour arrangements, keeping few things aside. Food and service provided at other hotels were very good. Also our tour coordinator, Mr. Chandan Roy was always present at our need. His assistance and coordination was very commendable. In all, I would give 4/5 for their service provided.

This was my First trip planned and arranged by IHPL for visiting entire regions of Kumaun Hills in Uttrakhand. The efforts put by the host was tremendous to make the entire journey comfortable even after multiple changes suggested by us for stays and itinerary. During the planning and entire Journey the host was connected and checking with us if any issue is there to be resolved. I appreciate the gratitude shown by IHPL for the complete trip.

Recently travelled to Thailand (Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket) on a 8D trip, through Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd., with family. I must say it was extremely pleasant and memorable. They helped in planning, booking, and everything in between till the end. All the hotels were excellent, sight seeings were great too. We did Chardham Yatra by Helicopter (Himalyan Heli tours) thro IHPL this season. It was one of the best decisions we made. They were ultimate service providers in all sections, be it pre tour clarifications, reception, briefing, arrangements at the Dhams and de-briefing. It was consistently considerate, respectful, mindful in every way. Helicopters were flown by very highly experienced and skilled pilots. Not once did we feel nervous. Indian Holiday organised my trip to Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. Right from the start, they have been very professional and organised. They understood what the purpose of my trip to Tawang trip was and the fact that I was travelling solo and accordingly arranged things for me. From being picked up at the airport, to breaking journey and staying in different places, the service was very good. Chandan Roy, their senior executive, would call me everyday to ask if everything was alright. He was also available for clarifications whenever I needed them. Me and my husband had a great travel experience with Indian holiday pvt Ltd to Himachal pradesh, Amritsar and Agra. Raj Bharadwaj was our travel coordinator and he designed a great itinerary for our trip according to our customization. A sedan car with an expert driver were assigned with us throughout the trip. Driver is highly efficient and he knows all the routes throughout Himachal. All together we had a great time with Indian holidays pvt Ltd. Thannkyou soo much.

Hello, Sorry for writing the review so lately about IHPL as I was busy with my work and family commitments here in USA. We heart fully thank IHPL company and team members who has helped us to have a wonderful and pleasant touring time around the places in INDIA (Golden Triangle Tour(November 1st - 5th 2018) with atmost generosity. We loved the Golden Triangle tour with IHPL team and it was one of our best trip we ever had in INDIA. Me and my family enjoyed the Hotel stays, excellent service provided by GUIDES (Asuthosh (Delhi airport pickup person), Prateek(Delhi), Anuradha (Agra), Amerjeet (Driver). Initially IHPL team provided us Toyota 7 seater mini van but we weren't feeling comfortable getting in and out of the car with elderly people as well with an infant baby. So I have requested IHPL company to arrange a bigger vehicle. Thanks to their quick response and provided us the opportunity to upgrade to a larger vehicle(Tempo Traveller) we really felt comfortable with the seating arrangements and ofcourse our luggages and stroller. We really appreciated for their dedication and care for us. The Volunteers are always in touch with us through whatsapp to make sure we are having a great time without any difficulties in their arrangements and safety. The hotels provided by IHPL was great. We were happy more than what we had expected. Almost felt like we were in Las Vegas Star hotels. The only thing we found it hard during the trip is giving tips to the people when we are touring in INDIA. As we are from USA we dont have any idea how much tips we need to give to the people. If IHPL team can guide us or any tourists then it will be a big help. We personally faced tough times in deciding about the tips. We were very confused whether the tips we gave is worth or not. Other than that we had a great time. Again thank you very much for everyone touring us safely and supportive throughout the trip. Just that we had a busy schedule and having elderly people and an infant baby it was little bit difficult to keep up with the pace touring all the places so we skipped few visiting sites especially in Jaipur. Hope it didn't caused any inconvenience for the guides waiting for us while we are on the tour. I will refer IHPL to my friends and families whenever they are ready to tour places in INDIA. An awesome trip with Indian Holiday ( IHPL ) RE Buddhist Pilgrimage tour in February, the itinerary is well designed by Kanika Dalmia, the guides and drivers are just so friendly and warm. Special thanks to Kanika Dalmia, Kumar Prahlad, Devender Kaintura and Manpreet. IHPL provided great Itinerary planning, city sightseeing tours, guides (English & foreign languages), chauffer driven car, hotel bookings, air and train ticketing bookings. During the two weeks trip, I visited Delhi,Sravasti,Varanasi,Bodhgaya,Raigir,Nalanda,Patna,Vaishali,Kushinagar,Lumbini,Kathmandu,Agra and Jaipur. I had a memorable & happy stay in India and Nepal.

We recently visited Rajasthan during the Diwali holidays. A big Thank you to Mr.Umesh Rawat and the entire team of IHPL for planning the tour so well. This was a customised tour which included Jaipur, Ranthambore and Udaipur. The driver who was with us throughout from the pick up at Jaipur till the drop at Udaipur was a very knowledgeable and an experienced person. The hotel stay was very comfortable and planned as per our requirements. Overall the trip was excellent. Looking forward for planning more such memorable trips with IHPL team. Thank you once again.

Excellent arrangements both for transportation and boarding and lodging was made by IHPL, particularly by Mr Pardeep, during our recent (1st Sept to 14th Sept)14 days tour of 7 jothirlingams in 3 states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat and included Shirdi, Sani Singhapur, Pandarapur, Tulja Bhawani temple, Kolhapur, Mumbai and Indore. The tour was customized as per our requirement and was reasonably charged. Would definitely undertake another trip with IHPL and strongly recommend others to try atleast once with IHPL.

Booked a fifteen day trip for North East India (Meghalaya, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh). The arrangements were seamless with continuous follow up from the side of the organiser- Mr. Chandan The guide/driver provided for Meghalaya took an extra effort to take us to off beat places apart from whatever was mentioned in the itinerary. The accommodations were one of the best among the availability in the corresponding areas. Would like to book a trip with India Holiday again and surely would recommend others as well! Excellent service provided by India Holiday company through out the process starting from initial engagement to completion of the tour. The agent was very courteous and very flexible in helping us make changes to our itinerary as our plans changed. The vehicle provided was in great condition and the driver was very friendly and professional. We were looking for the company who is reliable & trust worthy. While doing the homework I found many companies who are booking for Chard ham Yatra by Helicopter. But somehow I didn't find more reliable than this. We book this tour from USA. First i sent an online inquiry. We got reply within 24hrs. Gangesh contacted us with all the details & information required for chard ham yatra. It was very smooth conversation from a formal inquiry to booking. Our all questions were answered in very professional and timely manner. While booking from overseas we had a issue of trust ,But since started working with Ganges(IHPL) it was no longer concern for us. Booking ,payment, itinerary all went well. On the day of yatra everything was well organized and well planned as per itinerary. Hotels and food was exceptional as per what can be available for the Dham. I did Chardham with my parents and my aunt who is not able to walk even for 200 mtrs. Wheel chair was requested at the time of booking and was available at all Dham and at all helipads. Darshan at all Dham was very amazing. Helicopter yatra was included with VIP darshan was the best part when doing yatra with parents . At all Dham pithu and and other way of transportation was available as per request per extra cost. Honestly speaking having this facilities makes yatra so easy and doable with elderly parents. Light food was also available as per request for seniors. I was looking for something /issue to write in my review but telling truth I didn't found any. This was I booked the most reliable service provider. JIO network works best for Chardham. I never had an issue with the service. If I continue it will be my essay. but keeping in short. At last I would say if you are looking for Chardham Yatra this is the place /provider. No complaints from my side I Would like to thank Gangesh for making our yatra so smooth, comfortable and memorable. It is once in a life time. Thank yon once again to Gangesh & IHPL. "NOT RECOMENDED"....One of the worst tour experience till date. Mohan was tour coordinator. He is not capable for organising large group. We were group of 24 opted for darjeeling, gangtok and meghalaya package. We were given 5 cars for ganktok. Some of the drivers were very rude, not informative. Cars were not at all clean. No one were guiding about timigs and no information of the place. Actually the drivers were behaving like pick up drop taxi drivers. On of the driver went to the extent filing FIR on my brother because he raised his voice for not taking to nathula pass in time.

Beware while your booking in Indian holidays . A true story faced by tourists . The worst travel agency as we came across in our travelling . We were around 25 people and took a step to book forward with this travel agency and guess what happened ? The driver and their employees who arranged for us was too rude and driver was dam arrogant while we were heading towards Natula pass . Driver took a hold of our family member collar as one of our family member just asked you could have passed the gate in Natula pass as the close time of Natula pass was at 1pm . Driver took help of army and was ready to file FIR on our family person just on ask of you should have driven bit fast . And they dint complete our the placed mentioned in itinerary and most of the time was spent in car rather than places to see for 7 long days and worst food arrangement made. Such a lame manager He won’t listen to your query nor out of concern would ask sorry for the mistake that happened ,they really don’t no how to treat tourists . So guys beware while you book in this travels .

Felt well co ordinated & managed within the given time frame.

Not happy with their way of planning out things. Too exhausting itinerary for Sikkim, with too much time spent inside the car and too little at the sites. We relied on their services to plan things for us as we were new to the place and not so well traveled. I felt we paid for getting exhausted rather than enjoying the place.

It was another wonderful short tour after Kerala and Uttarakhand tours undertaken through IHPL. Since beginning of the tour, I,e, from Amritsar Airport, positivity is at high levels because of the previous experience. Both the hotels, I.e, Bobs and Barley at Dharmshala and Bear Valley Resort at Dalhousie are nicely located. The moderately good ambience, service, food was excellent. The staff was courteous.Driver of our car, Raja was well experienced, courteous,punctual and knew the roads and view points very well. Overall it was a fabulous tour. Now, we shall look forward for another short tour by Nov/Dec , thanks to IHPL for such tailormade tours. My special thanks to Reena, for her prompt, couteous, professional and friendly responses, throughout from the planning till completion.

I booked trip to Shimla-Manali for 5 days with IHPL. This was my first experience with them & they really did a great job. From tour planning till execution everything was nice. Special thanks to Gangesh for assisting us throughout the process. Only one negative point though in the tour, the hotels provided were bit far from main cities which was little inconvenient. Full marks for all other things. Will surely plan next trip with them!!!

Had a very good experience with them. Both local and international trips were organised in a very professional manner and at an affordable price. I specially thank Gangesh and his team for the efforts they have put to curate the perfect plans according to my requirements.

IHPL arranged a custom Madhya Pradesh Spiritual tour for us that included visiting Mahakaleswar and Omkareswar Jyotirlinga temples, in addition to other prominent religious landmarks. Right from the airport pick up on arrival to the drop off during departure, the services provided were outstanding. The driver provided to us was very familiar with the area, knew the right people at the temples to make the visits as easy as possible in spite of the large crowds present at these temples. IHPL was willing to provide transportation at Ujjain for a Bhasma Aarti at 2 AM even though that was not part of the original plan (though for added cost). Ultimately we did not utilize this but we were very happy with the willingness and the prompt response to our requests throughout the three days. The priests that were arranged for us to meet at the temples provided excellent service and were extremely helpful in guiding us throughout. This trip is a memorable one for us and we thank IHPL for the outstanding service. Overall it was a very professional experience for us and we will not hesitate to use IHPL for similar packaged or custom tours. The only subpar experience was the hotel we stayed at Indore. Though rated to be a 5 star hotel, the facilities and services were at 3 star level at best. The service at the restaurant was bordering poor with the staff not knowing how to handle guests that were expecting a 5 star service. To be fair to IHPL, they offered two choices for the hotel and we picked the one that ending up being subpar.

It was a fantastic tour, highly coordinated and superbly planned by India Holiday Pvt ltd. Special thanks to Chandhan who was virtually with us all through the journey and took care of even the slightest detail. Thanks to our driver Mr. Pawan who was very professional and disciplined. The stay was very good and the journey was memorable due to the hazzle free stay and travel. We had used the Services of India Holidays pvt limited to organise a trip to Do dham , Rishikesh and Haridwar. Our Interactions with Mr Gangesh since planning the trip was wonderful. Our exchange of mails / Telephonic discussions Etc started in Feb 2022 for the trip fro Jun 4th to 7th. Since 3 of the 4 in our family were above 70 yrs , all our apprehensions related to Kedarji and Badriji helicopter trip , high altitude and severe cold climate were well addressed by Gangesh and we felt very comfortable. Their Partner Himalayan Heli Services were well equipped to make the high altitude Helicopter trio safe and enjoyable. Equally so was the special Darshana arrangements. The hotels selected by Indian Holidays- for stay in Dehradun, Rishikesh and Haridwar were very good .last but not the least is the wonderful Services rendered by Roshan, the driver of the Innova car provided by Indian Holidays for all the days from 4th to 7th.June. All in all the trip through Indian Holidays was a pleasant experience with cherishable memories.🙏🙏🙏

The nainital jim corbett park holiday trip thoroughly enjoyed by all my family members to the fullest. the pickup from the the station and subsequent arrangement made in various resorts , the site seeing destination arrangements, food arrangements were very pleasant. the most memorable tourist destination happened to be Jim Corbett Park where we sighted various animals during jungle safari. our travel advisor Ms. Jyoti did a very fantastic job by arranging each and every aspect of the trip very meticulously. special personal attention was provided by her at each tourist venue. everything was preplanned instructions given for arrangements. we really appreciate her efforts. My experiance with the travel arrangements were great. Driver Umesh was fantastic. The only issue was the time to cover distances between destinations was not realistic and highly underestimated.

Udaipur, nathdwara,Mount Abu tour was very well planned n peoperly managed by IHPL,right from the booking till return, the tour was hassle-free, the ambience of the hotels was beautiful, lots of fond memories of the tour,thks to all team of IHPL.

The Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd had organised a private tour of Kerala, for me and my husband, in the first week of February. The tour was very well organised and gave us ample time for sightseeing and relaxing. We covered Kovalam, Trivandrum, Thekkady, Allepey, Munnar and Cochin in 8 days. The selection of hotels was good except for the Elixir hills, which was far away from the town centre, it was just 12 kms but the winding bad road made the journey tedious and tiresome. Every time we had to travel on that road to go for sightseeing and return before evening as it used to get pitch dark. The reception at that particular hotel was also not a good experience as they made us wait for half an hour to check in, as the room was not ready even at 4 pm. There was a huge confusion over that and also over cleaning services of the room, the button for automatic request for room cleaning was malfunctioning and the next day we here made to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room. In contrast to the reception service, the restaurant service was very good, they took extra care of all the guests and enquired about our food preferences and were cordial. A special mention of the Raviz at Kovalam and The Elephant Court at Thekkady has to be made, both these hotels were amazing with excellent facilities and good restaurant staff, helpful and friendly. The stay on the boat house was a good experience, the staff was very attentive and the food served for lunch dinner and breakfast was delicious. The only thing that bothered us was the presence of a few cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 in the room, this should have been taken care of before sailing. Last but not the least, our guide cum driver, Mr Jayraman, who was there with us right from the pick up to the drop at the airport, was very helpful, cordial and friendly. He gave us good information about the places we were visiting and accommodated our wish of taking it slowly. I would highly recommend the Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd to family and friends for their travelling needs and I too would be interested in going with them for my future holidays.

Best things of trip: 1. Meet and greet at the Airport was good and on time by IHPL. 2. Hotel provided by IHPL was good for the budget and arranged meals on time. 3. Tickets to all the monuments were taken in advance by IHPL, which saved us time. 4. Volvo bus provided by by IHPL was comfortable for the transport. 5. Dhol and tilak welcome ceremony at hotel by IHPL was very much liked by the group. 6. Lok kala mandir visit was very good and liked by the group. Lok kala mandir was the best highlight of the trip.

Hi, This was my very first booking with IHPL and I am glad that i chose them for my much awaited Rajasthan tour. From the very beginning, right from planning my itinerary, they were very supportive. Gangesh,my coordinator, helped me with a customized plan as per my requirements. We were a group of 6 people and all of us came back with loads of memories. The hotels they provided were absolutely awesome. The driver Mr. Singh was very knowledgeable. He gave us a complete tour of all the places including the ones out of my itinerary. He managed to cover all the destinations and also managed to help us with some shopping destinations in spite of the limitation of time. The eateries that he took us to were mind blowing. Thank you for planning and executing my Goa trip. I’m glad to travel with you and making my trip memorable, especially for my parents. He coordinated with the hotel to manage dinner for us even when its kitchen was closed, as the train was delayed by approx. three hrs. Family Holiday in Rajasthan Our recent holiday in Rajasthan earlier last week was brilliant!!! Rajasthan is a riot of colours. It encapsulates in many ways the greatness/richness of the Indian royalty before the British colonised the country. We flew in from Singapore and the arrangements made by Indian Holidays Pte Ltd worked like clockwork. We travelled to multiple locations in Rajasthan in a chauffeur driven Toyota Innova. Was very comfortable for the three of us. The driver was safe and always maintained punctuality. All the hotels suggested by Mr Jaggi were neat, clean air conditioned and of good standard. Expecting the unexpected is not uncommon in India!!!Go Air which was to connect me from Jaipur to Mumbai on my flight back to Singapore suddenly sent me an email 2 days prior that their flight was pre-poned from 13:15 hrs to 08:15 hrs. Luckily Mr Jaggi and team made arrangements for us to book a hotel in Jaipur so that we could take the flight. Rajasthan is beautiful and a must visit!!!

IHPL was great help in planning our Leh Ladakh trip. Mr Bhupathi was the person who planned our trip, it was great. i would recommend everyone IHPL for their travel destinations.

Very great service! Imagine being so faraway (like, the other side of the world and I did this alone) and you just have to put your whole trust into one agency of which will decide how your whole vacation is going to be. Luckily for me, I went to the right one. Reena, my agent, was so patient and dedicated enough to get me through everything I needed. The arranged tour for me in Leh was so amazing and every detail was thought of and taken care of. I am so happy to have had Indian Holiday book our tour in India. They were extremely professional, courteous and were flexible in accomodating and customizing a private tour for my family and relatives. I only had 6 nights in India and wanted to see Delhi, the Taj Mahal, Jaipur as well as Varanasi. I had two groups meeting in Delhi and half having to leave midway through the trip. Indian Holiday planned the itinerary perfectly although we had given them a complex schedule. The drivers were always punctual and the tour guides were knowledgeable. In addition, our main tour contact, Jagdish was fantastic and always accessible at any time of the day to cater to our needs. Two thumbs to everyone!! Thanks for creating some great memories. Tour coordination is excellent and appreciate every day enquiry of local representative and Delhi representative of the tour progress and any changes required. Choice of Hotels is allowed and accommodated in the pricing part. Drivers arr polite, speaking Hindi and are expert drivers in the difficult terrain. Drivers are given freedom to suggest options in the tour packages at additional costs and each of such deviation was a pleasurable experience... particular reference was to the unforgettable Rafting in River Rangeet which is designed for non-swimmers but enough thrill to give goose bumps. Natulla pass was facilitated on the very first day of Gangtok tour which again was very well organized. Small hiccups are there but India Holidays are quick to respond. The tour was a very pleasant experience, left life time memories and India Holidays is strongly recommended. Congratulations to the team of India Holidays

This was our THIRD Holiday visit to Rajasthan through IHPL and it was again wonderful. Every day we enjoyed according to itinerary set by IHPL. It was really hassle-free in all respects. Vehicles reported well in time, Hotel accommodation better than our expectations, freedom to enjoy in between Road Journeys.

They provided me the services exactly as promised. I appreciate their role as tour planner and manager according to the number of days available. The quality of rooms and travel means are really good. No hidden cost or terms. Completely transparent transaction and services.

My husband and I went for a 4nights 5 days trip to Rajasthan. It was brilliantly executed by IHPL. Considering we had a few days and quite a lot of locations to cover, it was very well planned. Very happy with the company for its planning. It definitely helped us to make our trip fuss free and comfortable. All the properties were great and we enjoyed our stay in each one of them. Only words of advice are regarding the chauffeur of the vehicle provided. He should have been more cooperative. While traveling we rely on the chauffeur's guidancein various matters but in this case he misguided us a lot of times. Otherwise he was efficient enough. This was not a complaint but just my view and suggestion Other then that my family and I thank IHPL genuinely for making our trip wonderful. Thank you team IHPL and especially Mr. Gangesh Gunjan for helping us make beautiful memories.

Probably this packaged tour organised by IHPL, to KHAJURAHO, ORCHHA and GWALIOR is the BEST among many such tours we have undertaken so far. If there is a rating, I would definitely give a perfect 10 . The planning was superb, included most of the site seeing places and monuments. The hotels booked were really unbelievable and service too was outstanding. I have already told my relatives about this and recommended your company, if they want a Hassel free tour. Special mention about the coordinator Ms Beena Ramola, who took every care to make our stay comfortable.
