Appointment was at 3:10 pm. Waited till 5:30 pm and when my turn came the hospital staff asked me to take out my phone first to give good google review (that too even before the doctor could see me!!!!!) I mean how greedy they are to ask for this even before me getting any experience or treatment! All the good reviews you see here on Google have been taken in the same manner. And the irony is they have took out a print of Google Reviews score and framed it on the wall of reception!!! Moreover, it was already 6 when my turn came and I was asked to come the next day ! No value of your time. Totally not recommended. Save your time and money. Thanks

Worst service sharp sight swastik vihar branch ! Even I m not able to give one star to them , actually I make 2 PCs of eyeglass from sharp sight almost 15 days before! Worth 9100 rs! They delivered after one week and the product is worst ..... Only I use this eye glass one hour ,there glass come out to my hand and then I call to sharp sight ohhhh(15/3/2022) There staff make big drama there ! One of his staff name brijesh ( operation manager ) his way of talking is not good actually he is worst! He told me that company call me after one hour to solve my problem but still today is 20/3/2022 and I m not getting a single call from them .and no body pick call ! I m fell like that sharp sight cheat me. Not recommended at all worst worst worst ........

Good clinic for people looking for best eye treatment. My mother had issue related to continuous water coming from her eyes, we consulted with one eye clinic and there was no improvement. Then my friend suggested this place . I took my mother there and they charged 100/- INR per visit which is quite cheap. We met Doctor Ashutosh who is brilliant in what he does - eye treatment. The prescription worked and my mother felt issue resolved. Medicine available inside at 5% discounted rates.

The doctors were good. Very understanding, patient and helpful. Checked thoroughly. No complains with the doctors. Would have given 5 stars but a staff guy totally ruined experience. Once I consulted doctor and came out with my eyes fully dilated, a staff guy was completely after me for rating the hospital THEN & THERE with my pupil dilated. My network was bad and I was having problem seeing my phone screen. Despite telling him about it and assuring him that I will give a review once I see fine, he wouldn't budge. Claimed it was their 'Protocol'. Due to constant pestering I opened the hospital page for review (while having serious problem in seeing my phone screen due to dilated pupils). The guy had the audacity to click on my phone and give 5 stars to the hospital himself, without my consent. Have never seen such desperate behaviour for a review. That too at a hospital with a patient. Not even hotels and restaurants go to such crazy extends for review! Horrible experience. Very cheap strategy for getting reviews. Now I doubt whatever reviews they have on Google are all forced fake reviews taken from patients as per their 'PROTOCOL'.

As a first time visitor,I went for my aunty’s cataract surgery by reference from Lenskart optometrist and over all it has been a Very good Experience and this is a standard hospital upto patient’s expectations. Indeed as the name suggests SHARP SIGHT,we trusted them with our eyes and my aunty loved the hospitality and lifetime of remembrance that she got as a sharp vision under Doctor Nitesh Bhalla and his team. Initially we were doubtful of how everything will go but Doctor Nitesh Bhalla was a very polite,helpful,warm hearted,supportive,calm,sweet,jolly person.He listens carefully to his patients and clears every doubts enthusiastically. His assistant Mr Amit Singh Rawat is also a very polite,courteous and helpful man. We thank you Dr.Nitesh Bhalla and his team. It looks like a small hospital but very warm at every step of its processing.We thank one and all for your friendliness,warm heartedness,courteousness and for making our journey in your hospital a successful Experience.🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐

It's good, felt good. Doctors are good in their services, I feel. Ours was free check up so we're not very much sure of other services they're providing as we availed just a few. Anyway, it's nice there.

Worst Ever Experience Arrogant Drs Arrogant Staff I went through cataract surgery At Sharp Centre Swasthya Vihar Surgery wasn't successful due to this I forced to undergo 2 More Surgeries And even after there mistake I have to pay every time Dr Kamal Kapoor was polite before surgery and when I go to complaint he was totally different person and used some nonsense words with female patient Not recommended at all

Bad experience at sharp sight firstly we go for a eye checkup because the no of my eye is increased we are waiting for your turn to doctor till 1 hr and we were literally asking them how much time how much time after 1 hr we meet doctor and he said you should meet another doctor and we were waiting almost 2 hr again and we were again Asking them how much time , later on we goes to doctor and doctor said ap toh Ghar chale gye the , jabki hum bahar Beth kr wait kr rhe the , the doctor good and he send as to the same doctor jise hum phle mil kr aye the doctor say you should take myopia eyeglasses for you which were 15000 worth and it will make only in your shop that was inside the sharp sight we goes to that shop with doctor doctor only tells as that the myopia eyeglasses help you to stable your no and we choose a frame after 5-6 days we take our eyeglasses which were not comfortable at all we goes to that shop and doctor as well but they didn't change that eyeglasses myopia eyeglasses mein sirf centre me dekhna tha or baki sab blur jo ki eyes me pain or saar dard kr rha tha or unhone na hi eyeglasses change kre na hi paise wapas or jis din hum dubra gye the jis doctor ne checkup kra tha unhone bola tha lens change karna h toh shop pe hi baat kro shop pe baat kri toh wo bol rhe h doctor se baat kro Shame on you ki ap logo phle patient ko nhi btate ki eyeglasses kaisa hoga or later on jab patient satisfied nhi h toh use change bhi nhi krte

I used to like the service offered by SHARP SIGHT SWASTHYA VIHAR BRANCH very much earlier, so I referred so many patients. But now the behavior of the staff here has become rude, here no one is ready to talk politely.I GOT SO MUCH DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME WHEN I VISITED THE SAME BRANCH ON 15 OCT 2022.

We had a really good experience from Day-1 checkup to procedures. All the staff members are prompt and helpful. The center doesn’t have parking in front of centre but they do have vallet parking, in absence of the vallet the guards will help. Centre doesn’t have its canteen or food counters. Doctors are good and hospital has a really good process system, the eateries will be done in system and details will be updated at the same time so that it can be accessed wherever you go in centre or whenever it is needed. Please do ask for contact numbers explicitly in case you need help later.

Everything is good, except for the time management. Appointment was delayed by almost 1 hr. New location, now have more space. Frames are expensive, you can buy from normal shops in almost 40-50 percent lower rates.

I went there for my mom's Cataract treatment. It is known to be very famous because of Dr. Kamal Kapoor. As he is considered to be one amongst the top eye surgeon. We have met with Dr. Anurag Wahi. He remains very polite and friendly with his patients. He try to make them comfortable and solve their each and every doubt without being irritated. You need to take an appointment beforehand. Location: at around 500 meters distant from Preet Vihar Metro Station.

This eye hospital not good . here counselor advises surgery fanto lasar robotic surgery. and good imported lens And after choosing the package .when patients go in operation theatre. They act to fool the patient. This is not a doctor. There are robbers. Send this to ten people

Had my Femto Lasik surgery a week back here. The check in was smooth, the instructions on the sheet was very clear and well explained. Dr. Sud is a great doctor. Surgery was overall pain free and smooth. Mr. Jerin was of huge assistance. Would recommend to anyone planning on getting their eye surgery done to this place.

Waiting time was too long on the day of surgery and later on the day of follow up as well. On the day of surgery, I was made to wait for too long just to give preference to some other patient, known to one of the person's whose duty was there in the O.T. Highlighting a scenario here: I was made to sit outside O.T as it was supposed to be my turn and one person came out of O.T to confirm that it's my turn. Few moments later the person known to other patient(who was given preference over me and yeah she was quite fit and young to be given any sort of preference) went to O.T and asked to first perform surgery on her (other patient). So, I was asked to move out from the sterile room and made to wait for another 30 min. This is wastage of my time and highly unprofessional on their part. Some etiquettes need to be learned. Though all were not bad. My experience on the day of Lasik work up day was great.

I am under the treatment of Sh. Dr vineet sehgal for Glocuma in my right eye. I have miracally feeling very Comfortable. His attitude and behavior with me is very coordial. In my opinion his way of treatment provided to me is outstanding and now I am feeling very good In day to day working in my life. His assistant Sh. Amit Rawat is found very good along with Miss Shipra.

Very nice behaviour of all staff from recipniest to Doctor. They treat you well. Just be 30 min prior to your appointment time. As they check new patients very thoroughly.

I have visited for my father for his operation the overall service is wonderful. The team assist in all aspects whether you are accompanying with anyone or alone. Jeep it up guys the good doing. The wait time is too long, it seems they have no control on the appointment. In the hospital mentioned the appointment time is reporting time and after reporting there is no time confirmation.

Sharp Sight Eye Hospital has good staff but they make you wait for long time inspite of giving appointment. We were made to wait for three hours because the doctor was busy.They should not make patient wait for such long period.

Worst experience I booked an appointment for 2PM arrived on time and for half hour i stood at empty reception 2.34 i got my slip and till 5 PM i wasn’t able to meet the doctor. I waited for 3 hours still the management and staff were inadequate. Even after 3 hours I decided to leave and go home I don’t know how long it would’ve taken. Staff was only saying next is you next is you but wasn’t working appropriately. I took appointment from Doctor Vineet. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to go here
