The hospital is very clean and nice. The management is also helpful. The cleaning staff is awesome as you can see from the pictures. BUT, I won’t recommend anyone to go for treatment here as I think some of the doctors do lack knowledge. They are very limited in terms of practice as I have a case of my friend who came here for her mother and after initial diagnosis, the doctor gave up very easily and made my friend completely hopeless . I have a 5 month of treatment experience at this hospital that didn’t go well and so, you can trust me. Definitely, some of the doctors are well qualified and masters of their fields but don’t stick to this hospital only. Have second or third opinion from other hospitals as well. My friend took his chance and went to another hospital for his mother and she is better now.

Been here thrice. Had to wait atleast 30-40 minutes each time even though had the first patient number. Waited for like 2-2.5 hours On the third visit itself. The people say they have called the doctor he is coming but no sign of them. Being a medical student utterly disappointed by the management with only 1-2 doctors in OPD at peak hours. Imagine sitting with a diabetic patient for 2.5 hours when he was supposed to have lunch at that time of the day. Posted this while waiting and waiting and waiting. No use of such big fancy Hospital with multiple services when they cannot provide the same in time. I hope emergency department is different than OPD. . One of the worst and painful experience we had with this hospital. One of our family member was admitted into the hospital with problems related to fever, stomach pain and breathing issues. We never anticipated that she will never recover and we will lose her. Doctors couldn't properly diagnose the problems for so many days leading to no proper treatment. The treatment was being done on hit and trial basis leading to health deterioration of our patient and she couldn't survive after going through so much pain for 13 days. Patient recovery hardly matter's to them, no proper communication to family members of patients. No proper plan for line of treatment. They are least bothered to approach any family members on their loss. Never ever thought that we will go through this experience. I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone in my life.

One of my friends went for Neuro surgery for Brain Tumor under the consultancy of Doctor Ashish Srivastava. Srivastava ji is an experienced surgeon. He operated my friend twice with true precision. We also consulted Dr Kanika Sharma for radiotherapy after the surgery. She is also a very cordial and supportive doctors. We are indebted to Dharamshilla Hospital and the doctors.

Very bad experience with the hospital recently. They have treated with high dose antibiotics without any final finding. Even at the time of discharge their behaviour is totally unprofessional and disgusting. Their pharmacist has given totally different medicine when actual medicine was not available. We were in hurry.. So forgot to check if he didn't inform us. Even when going to return they are saying they don't have money to refund. Come at afternoon.They are worst at everything. I will never ever go there nor recommend to any one. They are only money makers. Not having good professionalism towards treatment.

This is my second visit to Dharamshila, excellent service for vaccination. Priya the attendant was making sure billing and seating is sorted, helping connect patients with the nurse where they had queries. Recommended for vaccination.

Today, I have represented myself with my father (patient) at the help desk of IBS to do an injection but a managing director has refused to give the injection in the Emergency Room. I asked him why? They told me that I have to admit first the patient to the hospital and then they will give the injection. What it means? It means that I have to pay too much just for an injection. This is super fraud hospital. We come from the middle class family. This hospital made us to do treatment for over 5 lacs which covered radiation and chemotherapy... The treatment was spread over months. In the beginning, they will give you lots of hope and as you proceed with the treatment they will tell you that they are doing their best and rest lies upon god (a completely different approach wrt the beginning) and in the last they said they cannot do anything. My close relative is being treated for breast cancer in the hospital by Dr Rajit Channa. He is thorough professional and best in his field. Initially, I got an impression that he do not talk or explain much, but later made realised that it is in favour of patient as otherwise patient and family will start worrying with little knowledge. I must say I have bothered him with so many questions 😊. In short he is best and talks to the point. Finally, Hospital needs a serious improvement in the processes, as one have to spend a lot of time in billing queues ( you have to go in queue several tome for each little things) and even otherwise the process can be improved a lot. It's nothing about staff ( they work very hard) but the process/ management needs to give it a serious thought to improve.

Doctors were cooperative and intelligent all the staff was good only mammography machine was not working properly that was the draw back but assurance was given that bus will be sent after sometime for memography.

Initially, they delayed a scheduled Endoscopy by an extra day, causing unnecessary anxiety. On 24-Jan-2024, after the Endoscopy, the situation escalated dramatically. The medical team abruptly left the room in a panic, insisting that something went wrong, and pressured us to sign a ventilator form. Consequently, my mother was confined to the ICU for two agonizing days. Despite not finding anything substantial, they proceeded with an unwarranted Biopsy, creating a senseless spectacle akin to a movie. The hygiene standards in the ward room where my mother was later shifted on 27-Jan-2024 were shockingly subpar, leading to severe lung infection and breathlessness. The prescribed 3000 MG medicine only exacerbated the situation. On 30-Jan-2024, they shifted her back to the ICU, seemingly driven more by financial motives than genuine concern for her well-being. Subsequent CT Scans showed normal reports, but the deteriorating condition persisted. On 03-Jan-2024, my mother was once again placed in the ICU, dangerously close to being put on a ventilator. It was during this distressing time that Dr. Navneet Sood revealed a shocking truth – my mother had contracted a hospital-acquired infection due to the facility's lack of cleanliness. Dr. Sood recommended filing a complaint against the staff. Despite our efforts, my mother's health continued to decline. On 05-Jan-2024, we made the painful decision to transfer her to another hospital. Unfortunately, the damage was irreversible, and my mother is no longer with us. I implore anyone reading this to think twice before choosing Narayana Dharmshila Hospital. It appears that their priorities lie in financial gains rather than the well-being of your loved ones. I came for IndianOil health package test at 9:30 am. I stay at Vasundhara Enclave but I never take the services of this Hospital as I had a bad experience earlier and also today. In the billing counter itself it took almost one and half hour to get myself registered and by the time the other tests are to be done at each stage I had to wait for almost half an hour. I got my ultrasound done at around 2 o'clock till then I was in overnight fasting. All the tests got completed at around 4:30PM. The whole day was wastede and very tiring for both of us. I think you need to improve your services if you want corporates like us to visit again.

Had come here for my friends checkup. Had nicely been assisted by oncology staff throughout the checkup. Right from the start she patiently guided us with various checkups and helped us to get the checkup done at the earliest. Yesterday I went for a follow up meeting w Dr Mahesh Gupta and exp w him was excellent. Only place which I would recommend improvement is while making payments at billing counter which takes huge amount of time ! Some self service kiosks for this will help !! Two months back I had admitted my mother for gastric problems ! I must say that this exp was not so great ! Charges of single rooms were exorbitant but the services from staff and doctors were not that great ! It has lot of room for improvement ! There were no holistic approach from doctors for a patient of 84 years old , every doctor will come and just prescribe his or her treatment but there was not one doctor who would be single point of contact for patient as a whole ! There seem to be lack of coordination amongst all the doctors and also staff at the nursing station who I found quite careless ! Specially in nights !! Over all it has a potential to become a great hospital from a good hospital !

I went here for taking my booster dose. The overall service is good. All the counters are nearly segregated with a staff always there guide you to go through the overall procedure. Would definitely recommend you to visit dharamshila for vaccination!

Excellent hospital near new Ashok vihar metro station. From the station electric shared rickshaws are available. At the hospital very professional, friendly staff. Excellent doctors who attended to me. I also got some tests done. The reports were promptly emailed to me. All in all a very positive experience.

Dr.lakmikant jha ( nephrologist ) I took my mother to see the doctor because she was having kidney problems, but instead of properly examining her or writing a prescription, the doctor seemed preoccupied with something else on his desktop. His printer also wasn't working, and other people kept interrupting him. In addition, the doctor was constantly on call and didn't properly listen to me. Finally, I asked him to add a pain reliever for my mom’s lower abdominal ache. My mother used that medication when she was in agony, although I'm not sure which (SOS) pain reliever he had written. She even experienced no relief. My dissatisfaction with the consultation persisted throughout the entire night. I especially suggest hospitals to explain things to your doctor once they have fully understood the patient's perspective.There should be a written prescription, not a printed one, outlining everything we should tell the patient and all the measures we need to follow. disappointing completion Please also return the money of Rs. 1110/-

Good hospital and staff. Prices are reasonable to Max. General ward could be more friendly and prompt. Staff still need some follow up. Cleaning is another area needs little more effort. All in all very good hospital.

Staff dealing at Hospital for ECHS panel referral is highly unprofessional. Even after referral for OPD & Chemotherapy treatment at Day Care with periodicity of two months with 8 sessions allowed. He is asking for fresh referral from polyclinic for Chemotherapy, unnecessary causing a lot of inconvenience & discomfort to seriously affected patient with Cancer. Hospital administration to look into the matter with urgency.

The overall experience was good, Doctor Gaurav Jain is very good, cooperative and seems to be expert in diagnosing the root cause of deceases and administer appropriate treatment. Cleanliness is exemplary, nursing attendance is below average, proper care from most of the nursing staff were negligible, most of them entrust the bi-stander to take care of medicine and even to look after monitoring the IV injections. Canteen is fine, food supplies were really worth commenting. Inspite of coverage from insurance company, we had to bear a huge amount from our pocket , it may be due to the inflated bills, I strongly feel. I hope the Hospital Management will seriously consider the points I raised which will be to the best interest of the patients as well as the Hospital in general.
