An international hospital mainly catering to international patients. Dr. Vicky, a laproscopic surgeon, is very polite and mature who understands the needs of the patients. The hospital is very clean and management is very pro-active and all staff are polite. Though they charge high prices for their services but they are not money minded. They will treat you as your guest even if you have paid the entire money before hospitalisation. Mr. Manoj, Marketing manager, picks up your call even if you are fighting with him. Even the emargency counter staff is very co-operative and helpful. They never ignore you or your needs. If you can afford it, then you must definitely go. Way Forward: The hospital should consider increasing the number of nursing staff and there should be a contact mechanism to management for grievance redressal mechanisms.

Great experience so far during high risk pregnancy-17 weeks so far. Dr Dhwani is knowledgeable, friendly, explains everything very well and listens to all concerns. The staff is helpful and kind. After consulting from Artemis and Paras Hospital, wherein my wife detected with Gallbladder stone and advised for a surgery. I had a bad experience in the hospital. First of all, the practo which confirmed me had no confirmation to the hospital. I had to come the next day again to visit the gyanocologist. Because i had a urinary issue ,during the check up 4 to 5 drops of urnine just spilled over her not so expensive jacket. The way she reacted was very demotivating and dissapointing, infact i had almost forgotten i was in a clinic and not school. Patients come to hospitals because of doctors and hospitality, nothing else. Hope we will make patients a little more comfortable in future.

On 1st February, 2024 I have undergone for fibroid surgery in SCI International hospital. My experience in the hospital was excellent. At first I was really satisfied with the warm welcomed by the receptionist Ms. Sonia. And I am totally satisfying with my Dr. Shivani Gaur who is most caring and polite in all my personal history dealings. The nursing team services was good and memorable. Visited SCI for medical clearance this week. A bit about hapiness before my personal experience. WHO says, "Happiness is not a consequence of good health, it is what leads people to live a healthy and long life." Researches say: 1) Positive psychology improves physical health. 2) Hope and Optimism are opportunity to Improve health. 3) Positive and negative interactions with health professionals have their impact on patients' healing. But how many times do we come across really smiling doctors and nursing staff at hospitals? Fake smile donning reception / administration staff has higher stress levels, says Australian research. Now, what I experienced and saw at SCI. 1st interaction, Dr Himanshu, talked more like a friend. He had a genuine smile. Next OPD manager Usha and Operations manager Vijaya (at Gurugram) were attentive and caring for all visitors, with real smiles. Nursing and technical staff were also smiling and laughing, creating a positive atmosphere. And I saw it's impact on patients too. A young man with a post-surgery swelling on the knee was all smiles. His family member (probably his uncle) with a plastered wrist was also smiling. I didn't see any face with despair. Of course, the Doctors are aces in their respective fields. No wonder, people give their reference, like I was given. Only thing I could complain was the omitting of my Surname from the bill (& hence the medical certificate). Dr Himanshu and Dr Manuj (at GGN) corrected one certificate each, after they had left the hospital and were heading home. What better a visitor or patient can expect? God bless them and their visitors.
