I ask your company. I live in Sapdarjung. I cleaned the coffee machine at your company 3 days dgo. I think the cost of the service is overcharged. The cost was charged 2,300 rupees. I have a home coffee machine. What your company employee did was clean with cleaning powder, disassemble and clean the circle parts of the coffee machine, and clean the exterior of the coffee machine. What an employee has done is what I have done for over a decade. What I wanted was to know if the espresso extraction pressure was abnormal. These days, espresso extraction time ran out quickly, so the taste was not normal. The staff did not elaborate on the cost. It did not provide a receipt for what expenses were charged. I said I would send it to you by e-mail later and went. What I'm curious about is that I want to know if it's the correct way of the company.

Recently took a 2-day Farm to Cup workshop at Kaapi Machines Delhi with Mr. Ramandeep as our trainer. Had a superb experience on both the days. During the workshop we went deep in the history of coffee, the manufacturing process and multiple ways of brewing - ranging from espresso, pour overs, cold brews, etc. We also got good hands on experience on the Espresso machine as well. Must try experience for all coffee enthusiasts.
