This hotel is located at the corner of Aerocity, facing the runway. Lobby is huge and has ample waiting area. Rooms are good and I believe all the bathrooms come with a bathtub. Bed is comfortable and cozy. I wish they could have better lighting inside the room, as sometimes you do struggle to get ready because the lights are not enough for dressing up. This hotel has the best breakfast spread compared to any other restaurant at Aerocity. Food is good and staff is also decent.

1st thing first.....No hotel in Delhi Provides LAVISH Sunday Brunch Spread like Pullman, had it thrice at Pluck..The rooms at the Pullman were spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from my room, overlooking the cityscape. The dining options at the hotel were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements. The restaurants on-site served delectable meals with a diverse range of cuisines, ensuring there was something for everyone.

The business friendly nature of this hotel is something that I like most good place for meetings and even seminars. Their lobby is great and food quality is also good. I didn’t liked the coffee served in the cafe. This place is positive vibes and very approachable in Aerocity.

I have to say this is one of the best stays I’ve experienced in a long time. From the time of Check-in till Check-out it feels to be in an epitome of luxury. Firstly I was really glad that they allowed me a very early Check-in, then everything was already stacked in the room. My room had amazing views of the picturesque pool. Room Service and everything else I requested was arranged for really quickly. During breakfast everything was really well managed and had ample amount of food options. One person I would like to point out was ‘Yash’, he was very courteous and made sure the guest were having a good time. He provided me with food on the table and talked to me in my local language which I highly appreciated. Then I would like to point out two people ‘Yesveer’ and ‘Bharat’ from House Keeping. They were excellent in their work and gave me fresh stock of all bathroom essentials and towels. He even made my bed and put everything in place. Kudos to both these. Really happy with their service. All in all, a very pleasant and luxurious stay. I can’t wait to visit again in some time. One thing although I wish to point out is that and which could be improved was that the television in the room was not a smart television so I couldn’t binge watch Netflix and Prime Video. I hope for my next visit this issues is rectified.

We love their restaurant. They have a lavish spread that everyone in the family enjoys. Being sensitive to gluten, dairy and a bunch of other things, I also have several food restrictions. Chef Jeetendra is just out of this world and has always been extremely helpful and has provided suitable options all the time. We love going there for special family occasions and even otherwise. Highly recommended!

We checked in yesterday... First of all we have to wait in queue for check in.... Although it was not very long queue but there was only one man before me still I have to wait for 20 mints..counters were empty but there was no staff.. After checked in I switched on the TV..so Screen was not coming....I called to room service for TV complaint..but nobody has came to check... After 30 mints screen came by it self ...after 1hour and 30mints.. He came to check😑 In evening we ask for tea bags.... They came after 30 mints.... In morning I ask for bathing towels... I had to call twice then he came... Pathetic room service I ever had. Hotel ambience is good.... Nice place to enjoy. But I will not recommend anyone for Pullman.

We went to celebrate anniversary of our daughter.It was a close knit gathering. Overall,we enjoyed every bit of our stay. It is one of top most luxury hotel & restaurant in the city. Tastefully decorated, flanked by beautiful national & international ambience, it was giving good vibes & Luxurious look.Food and their arrangements were captivating & full of variety of healthy food. Staff was cooperating barring a few. Only thing that disappointed us , we came a little bit late for buffet and before we could complete our Lunch, they started packing their dices despite the fact large number were still sitting and taking their lunch.

The Pullman Aerocity is a fantastic hotel with lots of great facilities, our executive room was excellent really spacious, clean and comfortable. The executive lounge was also great with free food and drinks from 6-8pm well worth booking an executive room for that. There were plenty of restaurants/bars/cafes to choose from this is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Lovely experience at the Pullman. Stayed 3 days and 2 nights ( long weekend). Fun art activity for my 8 yr old on Saturday. Exceptional breakfast buffet- Multiple cuisines including oriental- which was refreshing . Extremely courteous and helpful staff. New age smart modern decor. Was very happy to see the efforts being made by the hotel to reduce plastic- glass water bottles everywhere, toiletries dispensers in the washroom and bamboo toothbrushes!!! Top marks to the management for a job being done well.

My recent stay at Hotel Pullman was, unfortunately, a rather lackluster experience. While the hotel boasts an elegant facade and a convenient location, my overall stay was just satisfactory. The room provided was clean and adequately furnished, but it lacked the attention to detail I expected from a hotel of this caliber. The furnishings seemed dated, and the amenities felt worn out. The service, too, was merely passable. The staff was polite, yet their responses to requests were slow, and it often felt like there was a lack of genuine hospitality. The dining options within the hotel were average at best, with meals lacking the freshness and creativity I anticipated. One highlight was the hotel's location; it was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable and the room had a decent view. In conclusion, while Hotel Pullman provided a roof over my head and met basic requirements, it fell short of the premium experience I expected. The hotel organised a cycling event for 300 riders on September 11, of which I was one. The staff and service were excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The facilities were great - plenty of well-demarcated space, food and drinks as per our requirement - very well hosted! It's pretty tough to pull off an event with 300 cyclists AND their bikes, but they did a great job! Kudos.

My 2nd stay at the Pullman in a span of 2 months. It is definitely my choice of hotel as the location is convenient, and it is also pet friendly. Rooms are very nice and classy. I have 2 negatives to highlight which I shared with the hotel staff as well: Shower: Having stayed in both the Executive & Superior rooms, the way the shower doors open are a trip hazard as they let water out. This is a design flaw in the bathroom and not a maintenance issue. On my recent stay, my wife and I both tripped. Thankfully nothing happened, but imagine if it did? Baby Cot: I had called the hotel to specifically ask about the baby cot and if the mattress can be lowered to which they said it can be done. My 8 month old is at a springy stage where she's able to stand with support and is quite active. The cot unfortunately was meant only for children <6 months old. We constantly had to monitor out child even whilst she was in the cot. So I was mislead by the reservations team.

The Pullman is nice but a couple of things let it down for us. It might seem like small stuff but when you pay a premium you expect everything to be perfect. The air conditioning was very cold, we tried to increase the temperature several times but it wouldn't get warmer. We called reception, someone came to fix it, he had to get up a ladder and into the manhole above the ceiling. He had to set the temperature for us from up there. Effectively the Aircon control in the room doesn't work. The other issue was tissues. Delhi air is very polluted so you blow your nose constantly. Only 2 or 3 tissues were in the box. We asked for a box of tissues, they sent up tissues in a bag!! So we didn't get the box as requested. The security to get in and out of the hotel, in my opinion is over the top. Your bags including handbags are screened before you can check in. The hotel is very close to the airport, but is extremely quiet and no planes can be heard. Would I use again? probably. The rooms look exactly as their website

I liked the overall ambience and privacy the place had. The Spa was great. When I pay a premium I expect the service to be the same. We arrived around 2 at the property and the reception was quick to give us the key and direct us to the room. We went along and reached the room to find out that the place was occupied by someone else. I mean those people had their personal belongings and stuff in the room. Thank god we didn't find them in the room. This will always be unexpectable when you pay a premium for a stay. Yes they quickly gave us our room but we were in shock with what happened. Please be careful and mindful guys.

The hotel is nice, with three in-house restaurants. The rooms are cozy and big. We had desserts at Cafe Pluck. Raspberry Dome is a must try. Breakfast at Farmer’s Basket was good. Their Dinner buffet is a must try for the variety they offer. The pool area is also big with alert staff to take care of the guests. We were little dissatisfied with two things: During our visit in Sept, 2021, there was only one working shower in the pool area (the other room’s latch wasn’t working). Another thing to note can be the check-in timings. Their check-in time is 3pm, so if you happen to reach very early, you would get a room not before 1pm. Yashika, the guest relationship manager is sweet and proactive to take the guests’ feedback. Overall, a very good deal

Forgot my purse in the lobby but Mr. Aakash of the security department was of great help, he timely found it and kept it in his safe custody till i got it back from him. Fantastic luxurious stay at Pullman, everything was amazing, from Cozy stay to breakfast. Breakfast is a must try. The one thing I didn’t like was room service. It was genuinely pathetic, not at all acceptable from a 5 star property. A 3 star property gives better service than this. Every time, I called at least 4-5 times to get something. Really need to improve this. Also after check out, I had to wait for half n hour for my car. Taking one star away for such services. I would have love to come back again, but need to think because of room service. Hope it gets improve.

Hotel room was neat and clean. Everything was nice like sheets, top sheets. Room was well lighted and fresh. Window view was cheerful and toilets was amazingly nice and well maintained. I can say it’s a good party place as room was spacious. Hotel reception when I called none of them responded. I tried many times but they did bother about it. Rest everything was wonderful.

Amazing hotel!!! Loved the rooms as they are very large and comfy. The bath joining the room makes it really special. I really like the service given by Housekeeping Attendant Sujit. He's a true Professional Hotelier. The security in this hotel is top so be prepared to be checked every time you come in, but it makes you feel safe. They also take health regulations very seriously. It is a big hotel so careful with getting lost and it is like 2 different hotels joint. As a downside I would just say the food there is a bit pricey for the area's price but really nice despite it all.

Stay was good because of the staff, rooms were clean, food was good too. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive and responsive to the guests. I want to appreciate Aanaya for her guest service skills. She is really good at it. Giving 4 stars because we had to stay in a twin bedroom instead of double bedroom for the first night which was really inconvenient with a toddler.

We stayed there for 3 days in connection with a meeting that was held there. Had a great stay - the hotel was busy but the staff was very helpful. We had Krishna looking after us in the rooms - very attentive and enquired repeatedly if we wanted anything. The breakfast was nice and the service efficient.

Had a lunch buffet a few days ago. Not bad but not special. They kept a warm chicken Tikka in a dorm type bowl. When I had it, it was wet. Imagine!! I think they need to change a head manager who has a better understanding of food. In conclusion, it's not satisfactory at all. Don't want to visit here for any meal. But the hotel ambience was nice.

Stayed here for work and received perfect faultless service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a great bed and roll top bath which is amazing! The service is fantastic and everyone is always happy and smiling. I order room service which was delivered by the lovely Afan and he explained all of the elements and was professional and friendly. Lovely Ravi delivered my laundry with a smile as well. Also special thank you to Tanya on the front desk. If you ever need a hotel close to the airport in Delhi, then I highly recommend the Pullman.

This hotel, which includes a museum, is an architectural delight. I have stayed a couple of times, both times enjoying a Royal suite. The rooms are a bit basic, certainly not up to a modern 5* hotel standard; however they exude architectural character and great charm. The dining room, and included breakfast, are pretty basic, but sitting on the roof terrace dining al fresco while looking at the floodlight fort is wonderfully romantic. An excellent swimming pool. friendly staff. easy walking distance of the Fort.
