    it was best experience with Hilton Saket Delhi. Hotel staff is very supportive and polite. Great hospitality and service i enjoyed Only suggestion to improve with key card access ,cards were not working properly. Rest is good , Hilton Saket worth to Stay.

    Overall the experience is ok, but few things Iā€™m not really satisfied: 1- there has a front desk lady service customer in really bad way. Not polite, really rude. I ask for a non-smoking room, during check in I also double check with her. But when I open the room door I saw a smoking pot on the desk. During my stay once I call and ask her for 4 bottles of water, the end she sent me 4 towels. One time I ask for ā€œdo not disturb plateā€, after 1 hr no one come. I ask again still no one coming. Then I need to go out and ask room service guy to give me one. 2- the shower water is not stable, it become really weak after few seconds, and strong again, and weakā€¦in a loop. Apart from this, the doorman, breakfast service person, rooms services person all are really nice and helpful.

    There was hardly anything to like..The brand name Hilton drew us to stay in the hotel..to begin with the electric kettle wasn't working & none of the plug points were working..the iron wasn't working in the only functional plug point in the room..they put us up in room no.602 saying all other floors were booked..& when we called reception or room service they did not answer the several, countless calls we made..I requested for a pair of scissors to a difficult tag in the bag & it took more than an hour to arrange one..in the morning much to our dismay we realized that the geyser wasn't working either & as was feared by me now..nobody at the reception answered the calls..the tub wasn't holding water as well..when we went downstairs to the reception while checking out & I spoke to the person on duty he simply shrugged off the responsibility saying he had just reported for work & the night staff was different..he just offered to arrange sandwiches to carry along to make up for this completely horrible & GHASTLY experience...it's better to spend money & stay somewhere else.. This HILTON obviously doesn't live up to the Hilton brand name

    Unprofessional behavior by the Front Desk Team. Very disappointing as a brand Hilton. Donā€™t expect any hospitality from the team. Also they wonā€™t entertain any preference (they will definitely ask you on mail at the time of booking for the sake of asking as per their SOP), being a brand and five star they are just operating as a business and not as a professional hospitality company. Concierge is useless. They will say no to everything you ask for. Pillows are old and useless. They donā€™t even have a basic foam pillow in case you are uncomfortable with their discarded fiber pillows. Very rude duty manager. They wonā€™t even bother if are uncomfortable after checking in. Booked the property for a night as itā€™s part of the Mall.

    We had nice 3 night stay at this hotel in summer time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but could be better. Complementary breakfast was very good. They had continental and Indian cuisine with plenty of options. It was delicious as well. 2nd floor has the kitchen with a direct entry to the shopping mall. We learnt this on our last day šŸ˜‚.

    Have stayed here multiple times over the years and the place has deteriorated much in need of refurbishments. The washroom was in a bad state along with the room amenities. They did have a good breakfast. But itā€™s more like a 3 star hotel and not a 5 star one.

    After booking my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket - I was quite happy that I would get premium luxurious service something that is expected from a brand like ā€œHiltonā€. However, my experience has been very very average. Issues that I faced - even after requesting multiple times in advance to get side by side rooms and being assured about that, I couldnā€™t get the same and their key card system is completely flawed. The keys donā€™t work in the lifts to go to your respective floors which means that every time you need to go to a specific floor, you need to go to the reception and request someone to help you out. Is this expected from a brand like ā€œHiltonā€ ? I am still put up in the hotel and will checkout on 30th Oct and believe me, I have already gone personally to the reception or called them around 14-15 times about the key card not working in the lift to go to a specific floor or to open my room door or while trying to go to the swimming pool. The buffet dinner was good and the location is very nice - those are the only positives I could find. In a nutshell, wasnā€™t expecting this after paying for such expensive rooms. Would definitely try out another hotel next time. Disappointed! :(

    Hilton Garden Inn Hotel is one of the finest hotels in Saket New Delhi. The main USP of the hotel is it is situated on a very prime location and all the amenities and facilities are available inside the hotel or you can also use from the outside , very easy and accessible for the transportation or shopping also.

    Nice clean room. Good food. Front office and reservations desk attentive to my request for upgrades and other stuff and did as much as possible. Housekeeping quick to respond to any requests or issues. Probably need to work on attending elite members as except front office, there was no recognition

    Location is perfect, as its in the mall and have direct access to rooms from the mall as well. They have good option of breakfast from English to Indian breakfast served in the morning. However, the price that you are paying is only for the location, I didn't find rooms and toilets that clean as per Hilton standards. The reception was also busy during evening hours, AC was not running in the reception as it was faulty. Management needs to take care of such things to maintain their standard.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden in New Delhi, Saket, for a day and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel is strategically located next to DLF Avenue Mall and offers direct access, which is a notable convenience. Check-in Experience: The process at the reception was smooth and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for the stay. Room & Amenities: The room was neat, clean, and well-appointed. It featured a carpeted floor, a soft bed, and pillows, ensuring a comfortable nightā€™s sleep. Additional amenities included a kettle for hot water, tea, coffee powders, and water bottles. The AC worked efficiently, maintaining a pleasant room temperature. Bathroom & Cleanliness: The toilet area was neat, clean, and stocked with all basic necessities.     I stayed here for a week for a business trip and really enjoyed it! Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast comes with a lot of varieties and hotel is very conveniantly located next to the big mall :) The staff were amazing too, Meena made sure I had everything I needed in the room at the start of every day and we always had a nice interaction, and Sagar was very attentive during breakfast. Would definately stay again :)

    Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location is perfect as it is a part of a mall as well and getting to the nearest bus stations or metro is quite convenient They have a great team available at the convenience of the guest. Special shout goes to Raj Nandini from the front desk for helping us by easing the check in process. Will definitely consider staying here again on the next visit to delhi

    I stayed with my family (husband and 2 kids) for 5 days in end of January. The hotel location is really good with direct access to mall from 2nd floor. The housekeeping staff and security at the reception and entrance are very courteous. The room cleaning was really good. What I didnā€™t like about the hotel was the behaviour of some of the service staff at the restaurant. Specially one lady whose name I didnā€™t ask. One morning during breakfast I asked her to get me a mug for coffee and she responded by saying she will get the coffee for me. I noticed she brought a mug which already had something in it, threw it in the drip tray of the coffee machine, washed the mug with just water and started filling the coffee. When I confronted her, she conveniently responded that she was washing the clean mug! When I insisted to bring a new mug and that I will make my own coffee, she left the area without bringing a new mug. note that she did serve coffee to another guest in that mug. This whole incident was a big put off for me. I could also see difference in behaviour of some of the restaurant staff towards foreign guests and Indian guests. I request the hotel management to look into this. Breakfast spread was good but quality of some of the food items was not great. Eg: pancake wasnā€™t good, masala tea is really bad, moreover, tea and coffee in general was not hot. Some of the food items are very oily eg: dosa. In room dining was great. I ordered khichdi for kids that was very well made. Service was on time and the in room food was in general well prepared. Overall, itā€™s a good hotel and can become great if management can look into some of the issues that I have listed. I am giving 3 star only because of the behaviour issues I encountered in restaurant.

    It's a complete waste of money and all the good reviews are fake ones. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Food and service quality is below average. I don't know how this is rated a 4 star or 5 star hotel.

    Not even checked in and the experience is already horrible. Was promised paid buffet lunch at hotel, only a-la carte was available. The receptions views were different from the staff at the hotelā€™s restaurant, who were very unhelpful and slightly rude. Hotel front under construction. Really disappointing from Hilton. Would recommend other hotels at better price which just not claim but actually are 5 stars.

    Firstly the property is under renovation so when you step out of the taxi, the first view of the hotel is a green scaffolding (not a good site when you are paying a high tariff). Interiors also have the scaffolding. Worst is their breakfast! They have the same breakfast buffet menu Everyday! No change even in the juices. Rooms are old and need refurbishing! The quality of this stay doesnā€™t match the Hilton brand at all. P.S: The hotel also changed the lock of the doors and didnā€™t inform the guest. The guests came back late night and couldnā€™t access their rooms.

    The rooms were very clean & comfortable especially the beds. The staff were very courteous and polite. We left some money in the pants ( by mistake )& sent it for hotel laundry. They promptly returned the money. So nice of them.

    The location was great since itā€™s next to a big shopping mall. Staff were generally kind and friendly especially a room cleaning staff, Meena! However, I was able to hear noise from next room.. so ear plugs are must have in this hotel just in case.. (I had a noisy guest next to my room and it went on till 1am :/. When I called the hotel reception if they could give a warning to them about the noise, the staff said she would check the room number, then just hung up the phone šŸ˜…). There were more points that I felt dissatisfied about the service of this hotel but I will just say: Donā€™t expect great experience of service here..

    The staff is very friendly but a wrong time to stay there at this time due to constructions happening between 10-6 pm on weekdays . The car thatā€™s drops you with baggage has a narrow space . The only big advantage this place has is itā€™s close to 3 malls in Saket so choice for food and shopping is great and itā€™s easily accessible from the airport . The service is quick and the hotel even gave us vouchers

    Quiet and comfortable stay in Delhi during G20. This hotel is older and ready for an upgrade. However, it is attached directly to a large mall which is very convenient. Also, it's close to the airport and other attractions. The service was very good with everyone doing what they could to make our stay enjoyable.

    Went for a nice evening with friends to High Spirits, the pub at the Hilton garden. Must say it's one of the very few peaceful places with not so loud music where you can enjoy your drinks with great food and have a good chat while doing so.

    This is my second time staying at the property and everything so far into my first day is up to the mark. Had a delicious breakfast this morning and got excellent service from Yogesh, Jyoti, chef sumit and chef beniwal. Not to mention all the servers were polite, corteous and provided quick and efficient service.

    I was delayed on my arrival due to circumstances out of my control missing my first night sleeping here. I arrived the following morning and was greeted with a nice smile and a very warm welcome. This hotel is very comfortable and extremely accommodating for anything that you may need. Every member of their staff does the best that they can to try to help you with anything that you need. A special thank you to Vikram a cleaner dedicated to floor #5. He not only gave me an adapter so I could charge my phoneā€¦. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned after a 16 hour tour and found beautiful heart shaped towels with rose petals scattered everywhere around my bed. Thank you so much for everything Vikram and all of the Hilton Garden Inn Sacket staff! Everything was incredible thank you all so much!

    We had very bad experience. Disappointing. The manager called sahil was not cooperative with us. When we told him that we lost money in the room he said you canā€™t be sure that you lost money here. He donā€™t want listen to us.     We boarded to this hotel because we have appointment in max hospital saket .They totally targeted on how they can take money from the guests ! Their reception services are very bad Specially they Greet well on your first day of check in .Then they will totally change when you are checking out by bringing you different bills . Also you have to take care of all your valuable things ! We lost some cash on our stay . Specially one of their staff named SAHIL is not flexible and also not hospitable

    I came to India grill restaurant today and was served by Vaishnavi and chef karam. The entire staff was really warm and polite and the food was amazing. Love the grilled chicken and and fish curry. I have been a regular at India is and I have never been disappointed. Overall a great experience and highly recommended who are looking for a good time and good food.

    Very nice place to stay. Location is also good where you hangout and have some good food. Staff is very polite and helpful. Only one negative point is sometimes delay happens in room service. But apart from that everything is perfect. I will highly recommend.

    Excellent food and courteous staff. But a bit economising. No shower curtains in bathroom. Bath water flows onto the bathroom floor. No glass tumblers in bathroom. Also, the washbasin faucet is fixed a bit away from the washbasin. At full force the water from the faucet falls on the side and not the middle of the washbasin. So whilst rubbing hands under the water, the fingers strike the washbasin.

    Except the placement of toilet seats, which is clogged in every room, the stay was comfortable and the staff was very hospitable. Would love to stay again if the toilet seat issue which will involve a major overhaul is taken up by the management of Hilton.

    Booked this place 2 weeks ago for a family outing to Delhi. We booked 2 rooms. We reached today ie 16 10 21. In the room, the kettle in the room was broken. It was replaced after a complaint. The flush in the toilet did not work. The executive chair in the room was defective and could have caused a serious back injury. We left the hotel within 30 minutes of checking in. Our room had been certified as cleaned and checked. In the reception water was pouring down due to some defective pipe. They have major maintenance issues.

    Really comfortable stay. Very clean. Resourceful and helpful staffs Varun in reception and Inder in housekeeping. Gym and pool was really good. Breakfast and Dinner was awesome. Location so much close to Saket city walk.

    We loved our stay here in November 2021. The location is excellent with it being right next to two malls for easy food and shopping options. We cannot thank the staff enough, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful with anything that we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The food at the restaurant was great and convenient. We will be staying here again.

    This facility located at good location. Not very far from airport. Hotel is just attached to mall which provides good shopping options and also has good food options outside hotel. Even restaurant within the facility is also good. Staffs and service was good. Rooms were also good. Offerings are on little expensive side, if you compare with other luxurious hotel. May be because of the location of the hotel.

    My whole stay was excellent.. rooms are clean and spacious..particularly the breakfast buffet is amazing.. Mr. Raushan is very polite and well mannered.. he takes good care of guests at the dining area and describes the available options in detail. He takes the order and serve it on the table and clears the used plates at right time.. I strongly recommend this hotel..

    I booked a double room in April and stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel atmosphere was so good and stuff were warm and helpful. The hotel service was ontime. About location that was one the advantages of this hotel. You can reach to two shopping mall in less than a minute. The breakfast was so good. All in all I offer this hotel to stay.

    Went there immediately after a stay at Hilton Chennai. The differences between the properties is stark. This property needs to revamp its rooms, itā€™s security/access systems and figure out a way to provide more space near its reception. The saving grace is the staff and the restaurant which is actually pretty good and the service very nice. Overall 4 stars.

    I am extremely disappointed. They double charged me 15 000INR for my room service and never return my money back. For 7 months they were playing with me asking me for personal information and dates confirmation literally 10000 times, they even asked for bank statements and official letters from the bank. And I gave them all these documents. They were behaving extremely offensive and irresponsible. Were not answering my messages and finally said they cannot help me since there is problem with their system. So I never get my money back. They could offer a manual refund and every responsible hotel will do this for their customers especially after 7 months sending them from one phone to another. They just said we cannot help there is problem with the system. And I gave my money to them not to a system. Extremely very very disappointed. No customer care, responsibility, even basic respect!!! Definitely will never go back to them. You just do not know how many times they will charge you since they have your card. Never give your card! They will not refund you after that!

    Great venue, great view, sure But the service? Not as pleasing. I know the hotel is called garden inn, but that doesnā€™t mean that the staff comes and goes as if they are literally strolling in a garden! We were out for around 5-6 hours and had asked them to make a bed in that time, not that difficult right? To our utter dismay, we came back tired and ready to sleep and nothing was done. The bathroom was rather appalling. No taps, only a shower head and the curtains to cover the shower were probably with the staff, chilling in the garden.

    I book two twin rooms in this hotel but when I check in reception staff said I have no twin rooms only king room available I said I booked twin so how you said only king no answer my question.very bad experience never book this hotel totally outdated. Poor maintenance Poor housekeeping Carpet sinks baldy in the room Washroom fittings r too old n rust on it Room service was slightly delayed.Staff courtesy, very poor customer service desk and simply saying its 2 star service.The rooms wasn't in good condition. Multiple things were broken when we arrived.Not value for money. The rooms are very basic. Shower kept leaking. There was no HOT water.Property looks very dull and old. Not a 5 star hotel. Waste of money. Garbage experience. With similar price, I have stayed at Taj and Shangri la, Le meridian and all were great in terms of facilities. Bathroom really need repair, shower head need to be changed, flush not that smooth... OVERALL NOT RECOMMEND

    It is a nice property with typical Hilton rooms. However what was most impressive was the service especially at breakfast. The service staff at the restaurant was very attentive and the food especially the Indian food was amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the young man at the breakfast who served us the most amazing paratha made to perfection. Living outside India it really made our day to experience it. The checkin and check out was a bit slow, maybe they need more people at the reception and there was an intern putting up with irritated guests and delivering their luggage to the rooms.

    Celebrating motherā€™s birthday. The music and the food served was of brilliant quality , excellent ambience. and was very well taken care off by Vaishnavi during the entire duration of our lunch. Thank you Hilton India grill.

    House keeping has been brilliant. Meena Rana has helped make my stay very comfortable. She has made sure my room was cleaned daily , bathroom too was immaculate with everything topped up daily. Not just that my outfits too have been steam ironed daily..Best wishes to Meena who does her work with a lovely smile on her face.
