I visited this place after ages and it was a great experience! Everything was great and the management was wonderful. , I can say it's the best hotel near Delhi airport, the service and amenities they provide are just great. The staff was really very cooperative throughout the stay. They offered a good discount at the bar and we really enjoyed the dinner buffet. Also, we haven't stepped out of the hotel as the services were really amazing. The swimming pool area was also nice.

Excellent hotel to recommend for friends and relatives. Starting from reception, luggage carrying, room bed making, restaurant bar, swimming pools etc have the signater of a brilliance. The food is amazing and I forced to consume maximum due to the variety and taste. I was very familiar with these group of hotels across India and this particular premise proved their best to follow the standard they maintained. The managers of various departments visited us and impressed with their innovative way of functions. Meenakshi from guest relations was a great host she is a real asset for hotel thanks to her for a great hospitality

Was nice. But very expensive for what it was. Staff were good but got annoying at dinner time constantly plaguing me to fill out trip advisor surveys with 5 stars , whilst they stand next to you. Takes ages and was annoying. Just trying to eat at your mediocre buffet, leave me alone!

Very hard to get too, despite being close to the Airport, it’s one of the older hotels and got cut off by two main bridges and road, with horrendous traffic jams. Better to book a hotel in Aero city if you need a transit hotel. The hotel decor rooms are outdated. The service is descent. There are better and more convenient options in Aerocity.

I had a bad experience when I checked in at the hotel. I had booked a different room and they allocated a different room. Which caused a lot of inconvenience, finally upon escalating the matter to their relevant team, they provided a Junior Suite to me. And post checkout, they graciously reached out to me and discussed the matter. I look forward to book my stay again, as their services team is very good.

It's a five star hotel so no doubt the service is next level. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Food is amazing and delicious. They also host the best new party you can attend on new year eve. Worth every penny!

It's a great hotel. Very close to the airport. The staff was very courteous. There was no problem about inviting friends over, which was a big plus. A lot of hotels have this silly rule that you can have no visitors, which is awkward especially if you have come into the city and want to meet friends. I have had no complaints. Food is good, so are the rooms. Tarrif sometimes fluctuates a lot. Wonder why?😊

Location is absolutely critical if you need to be close to the airport. Service is exactly what you would expect from a class hotel. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom facilities are excellent. All in all what is expected of a Radisson.

This is one of most beautiful and luxurious hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms are luxurious with amazing views and exquisite ambience and atmosphere. The receptionist guy even upgraded my room and gave me a late checkout at no charge. A bit on the pricey end but totally worth it. I believe people should have the freedom of eating what they want rather than being restricted to your own food and restaurants. Other than that the service was great and i got a feeling from one of the front desk staff that they were getting annoyed by questions. I could be wrong. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay in New Delhi.

EVERY member of staff (and I mean every from the guard at the entrance to the porters I just happen to pass in the corridor) has been extremely helpful. Additionally, the room in which I am staying is wonderful, with a great bed and bedding. The rest of the Hotel is also pristine. The gym was perfect. This is EXCELLENT value for money. I would stay here again in a heart beat and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Given a smoking room originally but was promptly changed to a non smoking room upon request. Hotel is a little bit dated but staff are all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very hit or miss however there were some delicious options available. The pastries are a must try. Overall enjoyable experience!

The hotel rooms were quite spacious. Plus you can enjoy music in washrooms too while having a hot shower, what else is required in life! The breakfast menu had a lot of options to explore. A small tip: better to have small portions of every food to really have the experience the varsity of their menu. And yeah, you should really fast the previous night to have the taste of all food they provide ;) Additionally, this franchise really takes customer service and customer satisfaction on a different level. No doubt, it's one of the best place to have a comfortable stay on your vacation.

Stayed there for 24 hours after an international flight. Very easy check in and check out process. Staff extremely kind and front ladies at reception were very friendly and polite. No issues with the room and very clean. Everything worked. Checkout was smooth. We had lot of luggage and even had a large suv covered by hotel for free as it was last minute and we were struggling to find transportation. 15 minute drive to airport max. Will definitely stay here again.

Right in the main road but if one misses to take an exit from the main road then it's a little cumbersome to come back. Huge hotel with good parking available. Ate lunch buffet at NFC restaurant offering continental as well as typically street foods as well. Value for money buffets. The waiters and other staff inside the restaurant are far more courteous than expected. Bathroom in the hotel clean and sanitized. Good ambience. Lobby also offers relaxing sitting area. Nice place to go with family.

Landed from Australia and stayed at the hotel for a day. Delicious breakfast and food services. Every precaution to infection control and hygiene maintained. Staff hospitality is top notch. Here for breakfast - great spread, tastes good and very hospitable staff! Lovely place for breakfast experience except some of the staff cover their chin with the mask and not the nose/mouth. Kashish the guest relations executive was kind and pays tremendous attention to detail regarding the service to the hotel patrons. Overall 5 star experience!

Excellent stay! Received a pickup from the airport very quickly. Allowed for early check in to a beautiful room. Slept like a dream in the comfortable bed and ate delicious meals at the on-site restaurants. Staff was generous and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend to stay no matter the length of your trip to Delhi.

To heap praise on what is justifiably a five star hotel feels almost gratuitous. However, it would be remiss to not validate the efforts of the staff and management. This is a fantastic hotel. Every aspect of our stay was impeccable. We've been here multiple times over the past few years, and it's our go to hotel before leaving the country or while coming back. The staff are attentive to every need and they're always gracious, kind and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, and the amenities are functional and elegant. Both the airport transfers and buffet breakfasts are very useful. The chauffeur waited patiently while we dealt with some luggage issues, and we were able to contact him via the hotel's point of contact at the airport. Will continue to visit here often.

Great service. We were here for a day and absolutely loved it. The buffet was spot on. We had a 1 year old baby with us and were asked if we need anything special. They made amazing pancakes for him. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be back.

When I asked for parking space, the guard at the gate advised me to stay in the car, presuming me to be the driver of a guest at the hotel. I won't blame him as I might have been looking shabby, what with a week's trekking on Rajasthan's forts and palaces. But the ones responsible for etiquette training, or the security agency, don't deserve a place here. My luggage was dropped to my room after half-an-hour. Neither the front office deserves any appreciation or accolade. I have paid for my room, I will live here during my stay, and won't give two hoots for what these morons think who I am. They have lived their lives, this one day, at least, on me. They won't have me here or any of their other properties any more.

Anoop was amazing!! He decorated our room so beautifully with rose petals which made the whole experience so much more special. He was extremely kind and helpful and is definitely the reason to bump my rating up to 5 stars.

The hotel was very good as long as there was less traffic on that road. Now you need about 30 minutes almost all through the day to travel 500 mtrs near the hotel. Also there is a problem of parking and they charge 200 bucks for valet parking. Better to avoid this congested place.

Therefore event which was really go so well because of the staff and the helpful nature of others really you find a professionalism in that place and the one take care of your security and make sure that you stay in hotel peacefully and with the good experience

One of the well established hotels in the vicinity. It's my 2nd stay here and it was as Comfortable as i remembered. I think, however it needs to be modernised to compete with the aerocity hotels which have the location going for it. There needs to be more modernised bars and other services like a lounge for the business rooms.

Took 30 minutes to deliver our bags to us. after asking them twice they delivered the wrong bags because the receptionist was too much in hurry to listen the names properly and cut the call in the middle then we had to go by ourselves to pick them up. We had to leave for something important but because of the bags we had to wait this long and same at the time of check out. And the guy asking for google reviews was too unprofessional and was begging and was distracting from what we wanted to do.

Staff are excellent. Management, on the other hand, aren't performing to the expected standard with regards to staff training in the restaurant, this has been reported to management we'll see if they improve. Minor issues with the room, luggage alcove light not working, so had to move the suitcase. Desk chair distorted, leans to one side. Hotel was refurbished about 25 years ago, and again another management failure, internal sliding room doors have recessed handles to allow you to easily close the door but are fiendishly designed to be completely useless when opening the door. Bathroom door lock on the sliding door is completely useless as it's slightly misaligned. These were my observations from a single night's stay. Ideal location for a night's stay before catching an onward flight from Delhi airport.

I did not plan to check in here, but I couldn’t be more happier with my decision. The suite is private, clean and modern. I wish I knew the name of the staff who welcomed me to call them out for their outstanding service, but everyone from the concierge to the folks serving guests were extremely courteous and professional. It’s a tad little expensive but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for going above and beyond, I truly appreciate it. Your customer service is what’s keeping you going.

Good rooms. Awesome buffet food. Very good and pleasant staff. Loved that they accommodated my late checkout request and provided printouts of documents that allowed me to fly. They provided information about a lab that took samples in-room for my Covid tests. The downside? The thought that it is ok to charge 10% currency conversion fees because I presented a card issued outside the country. Their explanation? Its the bank. My indignation? There are better banks. Why does this not happen at a Marriott? I used a fee free ATM less than 100 meters away and paid in crisp cash.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during many time in Delhi Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and front office. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. The management team did an excellent job to allocate the room. Though the hotel was packed and it was difficult to locate a non-smoking room in single occupancy, a room that had been cleaned and ready to have guests check in, I got personal service from the managers who gave me a suite for the trouble caused. They were very courteous throughout my 3D/2N stay. The room services were also prompt. The room and amenities were to my liking too. Since our flight was in the late afternoon, we requested a late checkout and the hotel was very accommodating. The breakfast spread is commendable. When one restaurant was packed, they were prompt in leading the other guests to an adjoining restaurant where another set of breakfast spreads was ready to be served. It took me a short time to figure out the lights, but once I did, it was easy. Overall, I am impressed with the hotel.

I checked into their Jr. Suite and I liked the room as it was spacious with a separate room to sit and relax. Room was clean and proper sanitized. Breakfast was really good, specially pao bhaji.

Old but a gold property and the special mention should be to the BUFFETS just WOW let it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool was so nice and like a poster picture. The traffic was so high comparing to the nearest properties and was a hot spot for years. The quality of food was exceptional and the array was excellent. A special mention needed for CRISHA for her patience of hearing and readiness to assist guests.

Booked business suite with airport transfers and breakfast included for an overnight flight transfer arriving from overseas. The good: Efficient airport transfers, comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfast The bad: very poor and unprofessional reception experience. people jumping lines, no effort by this one staff member to inform those standing in the line or ask them to be seated and will complete formalities. staff member continued to be argumentative, rude and disrespectful. The lobby manager was most helpful and provided assurance corrective steps would be taken If arriving from overseas and if you are one of those who booked the hotel for its COVID-19 protocols, forget it, there is no enforcing of rules at this hotel. Just one example, lifts have a maximum capacity of 2 persons. While patrons are to blame for not following the rule hotel employees do not intervene. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers arriving from overseas destination looking for a 4 to 5 star experience.

Property wise it's gud . It might look old and aged on outside but very nicely grand on the inside. Staff needs to get better in terms of learninf. Food spread is gud . Someone needs to implement social distancing policyy not at all followed. Very slow chekin and checkout 25 min average. Room was nice. But bathroom area lacks privacy. Restrnt NYC needs a nice training day with staff lot of glitches. Cold food , improper knowledge etc etc. It's worth to go once. Nothing that wil ask u to come again.

Good price. Some rooms may be muggy but gets better once you leave the ac on. Though ACs are controlled centrally and don't go below 20 so it won't go freezing. Spacious. Lighting is somewhat dim especially in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff is courteous. Overall a good stay.

Great hotel, great staff and amazing service. They went out of their way for me even in the littlest things. A special mention to Bindu. Her zeal to assist the guests is admirable. Not to mention a perfectly well equipped gym, with plenty of floor space. A perfect hotel to relax, for fitness enthusiasts, a perfect place to get your workout in as well on a business trip. Had stayed there for one night for social function happening at this place. Being one of the oldest property in the city, property is well maintained, staffs are courteous and well behaved. Ms. Monika at front desk had done her best job to make our stay comfortable by giving option and solutions to every request we had. Sorry don't remember much names .However the overall hospitality of Radisson hotel was fabulous

It was an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and large. Breakfast and airport transfers were included in our package, that both were good. We tried the Savannah bar and the service was exceptional I must say. Komal was very helpful helping with our last bit of the stay. Overall, it was great and I highly recommend.

We stayed at the hotel about two weeks back. The hotel is nice, the room was spacious and clean, the staff is fantastic, and the food was amazing! We had a toddler with us, and hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Crisha and Christina; they took special care of our baby girl in the NYC restaurant during breakfast and lunch. They brought her specially cooked kids special dishes right at our table even though we had opted for the buffet; they kept her occupied so we could focus on food; when we requested boiled milk, they obliged without hesitation. I would give them 10/10 for hospitality. My only request to hotel management is to have a small play area for kids.

Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. The staff are great and will help you tailor your meal even if it's the buffet. The ambience and decor is very inviting for a relaxed buffet. Meenakshi welcomed us very nicely. She was so nice with us definitely visit again.

I recently visited in this hotel for the first time with my office colleagues for dinner. Food quality and service was good but our entry was so bad that we were thinking that why we have chosen this hotel the staff in this hotel doesn't have sense how to talk with a guest the guard at main entry gate on 19th Dec 2021 time between 8 - 9PM misbehaved with me i haven't said said anything to him because i don't wanna spoil my mood but after few minutes one of our team member arrived at main entry gate there also he started misbehaving with our member also please answer us if possible management of this hotel is this a way how you treat your guest i know nothing will happen after writing all this to you but if possible please take a strict action against these types of employees teach them how to talk to a person and behave properly with them.

It was a short stay between a lay over to catch our connection flight. The service was excellent and the staffs are really kind and polite. Room ambience was not up to the mark and did not meet the expectation. Amenities in the room were sufficient however the room did not feel new as that we expect for a business class star rated hotel. Not sure this was the case in the room we stayed in.

Hospitality was excellent and proper precautions were taken during pandemic. Visited NYC for breakfast. Amazing experience! Also you should never skip several meal at kebab factory. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. The staff are great and will help you tailor your meal even if it's the buffet. Kashish welcomed us very nicely. She was so nice with us we will definitely visit again.

Good hotel but unfortunately you won't get a good night's sleep. What I liked - The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. Breakfast is excellent. What I disliked - The worst pillows I've ever seen in my travels. Pillows are so bad these will give you neck pain the next morning. These pillows are essentially thick sheets folded and put in a pillow cover. The hotel needs to spend some money and get good pillows. Also, the phones are faulty. It automatically kept calling the reception at 3:00 AM in the morning while turning on the speaker. I complained about it, the staff informed me that the lines are faulty but they never fixed them. The phone automatically called the reception every night randomly it was very annoying.

It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The room was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The room is simply enormous, and the bathroom is huge also. The shower is powerful, the products are lovely. The hotel is within walking distance to everything. The area is clean and safe.

One of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, checked out at 1 am in the morning. Called the hotel and they were so accommodating that they gave us our room back with extended check out time. This one gesture will stay with us forever. This is a fine example of what hospitality really means. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. Each and every member of the staff is so welcoming and cooperative that you feel you are at home. 100% coming back whenever I visit India again. Rooms are so clean and tidy.

I had food at NYC and food tasted really good. I went to meet a friend and I actually liked it. Good vibes and good service overall. Kashish was the guest relations and her behaviour was actually pretty nice. Loved the service.

Had a great time. Stay and breakfast, Room quality, Staff behaviour, cleanliness and hygiene were top notch. Delicious and great Breakfast. Better experience than most hotels in Aerocity. Thank to the entire team here.

Being a pilot and staying in hotels is so normal. But when you feel home away home is a wonderful feeling. It was nice to have such a wonderful breakfast, it’s wide spread choice and yummy taste. The stay was really good, the rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were very polite and helpful. Overall a good stay. Suggestion - You need to review your in-room dining menu rates, this is exorbitantly expensive. I have stayed in many hotels but the rates here are way beyond other similar class hotels.
