Very Poor dining experience at their restaurant Infinity. I went with my family (spouse, 2 kids) on 25/05 evening. 1. Upon arrival, the waiter told us our choice of seats were reserved and asked us to sit in a different corner. When we pressed, he accepted there were no such reservation. So it begins with a lie (Didn't get why he had to do it) 2. The food was below average. For a Rs. 2000 buffet, they had very limited choices 3. Service was very slow and unresponsive 4. We requested for Ice-creams for kids. After 10 minutes of waiting, they came back saying they do not have Ice-creams (I quite frequently dine out at Star hotels, this was 1st such incidence for me) 5. They get the bill levying 6% service charge. I asked for it to be removed as it is not legal and also we were not satisfied with service. They obliged but only after insisting that I write my name & mobile number on the bill (Reason given was it is the process??) 6. While leaving, I asked for Guest book to register my compliant. They made me wait for quite some time before giving me a tablet to rate. They did not give me a physical book though it was kept at the billing counter / exit

The hotel staff is so kind and accommodating. Definitely get the breakfast with your stay!! The food was so good and the staff was able to accommodate my moms dietary restrictions with kindness. The concierge was also super helpful as a tourist who doesn’t speak Hindi. Mr.Pintu our housekeeper was also very kind and helpful!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

One of the best properties I have visited. The reception staff were very friendly and were quick in assigning me my room and taking care of my luggage. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was equally spacious with a full-sized bathtub. My stay package included breakfast and it was the most amazing part of my stay. The menu consisted of items that were both delicious and healthy. Loved the muffins and the tea cake. The restaurant staff were very friendly and were quick to serve my choice of dish on my table.

What an amazing stay it was. So basically i booked it for one night along with my friends for my bachelorette party and all the while I was thinking how it would be and trust me it turned out to be one of the most amazing night. I had stayed during the lockdown in Delhi and the support I received from the staff was extra ordinary. The hotel also has ample car parking space. Gym and swimming pool are also available. The hotel also has a restaurant but is very expensive. Cannot comment on the tariff as it was a company accommodation. Overall the hotel is an excellent place to stay in.

Well, it was indeed one of the best hotel I have had in the last couple of months. From entering the reception area and to walking to the room the whole experience was delightful. I felt invited and ambiance was really great. Staff was really helpful and they were following the covid protocols too. The room size was big enough to accommodate two people. I enjoyed the breakfast the other morning. One thing I would regret is I couldn't stay for more than just a day. I called the reception to check whether the pool or the spa was open but unfortunately they both were closed due to pandemic. Nevertheless I would not mind going there again. Recommended to all the couples and business executives. families are good to go too.

Just to beat the daily routine life we decided to spend a night here at Crowne Plaza, Mayur Vihar-1, Delhi. We took two adjoining rooms and that is the best possible way to get the feeling of a suite. The view from our room was towards the metro and we were glad to have that view. However the true appreciation came in the morning when we saw the view outside on a cold morning. Just blissful. Coming to the property, we had a smooth check-in with no hassles and were led to our rooms. The rooms were amazingly clean and the washroom was decked up with all the fresh towels and other toiletries. The room was utterly spacious and had a double sofa, and a good sized study table right next to the window. We had a king size bed which was again very comfortable. Coming to the breakfast, the food was lip smacking good and the staff was courteous enough to make sure we had a lovely dining experience. The only downside which we felt was the limited options in their in-room dining as well as restaurant dining. Some nibblers can be added there. All in all, we loved the property and would definitely recommend to all. Cheers ;)

Breakfast was good. Very cozy ambience. Good choice of dishes. Again, service could be faster. Had to wait for long to be served with live counter dishes. Overall, fab experience! Must visit.

Check in check out was smooth but wooden floor & room lighting badly need renovation dinner buffet was not up to expectations ( lack of taste and combinations) breakfast was widely spread ( I have requested thrice for a fresh cup of tea they but they ignore don't know what went wrong at last they give me pre-made tea which I hated most) never had this type of experience in any crown property even in same property before covid. ((Par kya karu location aur cleanliness ki wajah se aana padta hai koi nahi)) But I have trust on you guys u can do better

Spacious, clean and upscale rooms. Bathroom was sparkling clean and had efficient design. Staff was professional and warm. They had a nice welcome candy platter in the room which was a nice touch. The staff even connected us with a professional diagnostic lab for our RTPCR Covid test that we had to do before our US flights. As a platinum member, we also got some additional perks - higher floor, late checkout etc. The staff helped us keeping the luggage secure even after the checkout, as we had some time to spare between the checkout and our flights. The location is also very convenient right next to the expressway.

While I didn’t stay here I did attend for an evening event and was impressed with both the hotel and the staff. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern, with all the staff being both professional and friendly. The food was great, facilities top notch and a decent location for the area. I’d happily return here and consider for a stay as well as event!

Stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every bit of it. Spacious and cozy rooms, great services, and polite and friendly staff just made my stay more comfortable. The view from the room was surreal. Out of all meals, breakfast was the best. The variety and taste was amazing. For lunch and dinner, would suggest some addition in variety, otherwise the stay was relaxing. Would like to appreciate the staff be it supervisors, serving staff or room services staff, everyone was well spoken and humble. Special thanks to front office manager Mr. Abhineet who was readily available whenever services were required and made sure my checkin - checkout process was smooth.

It was a wonderful stay ever in Delhi. January is the one of the coldest month in Delhi and though the day dawned bearing a thin wale of mist makes the mind so propitiate which keeps you so happy the entire day. As you entered in hotel you'll feel zest in body because the lobby of hotel is so fascinating one. The receptionist guys are so humble and helpful at the same time. They explain each guest everything in a appropriate manner and are so attentive. I booked the deluxe room with a bath tub which was really a great choice. Only one thing was quite disappointing that the lavatory has no shattaf, you guys have to use only toilet paper. Well coming up to the food then it was very delicious. The view from my hotel room was so elegant cause I selected the room with a pool view. Above all I enjoyed my stay very much at this amazing property of IHG group. Thanks to all the Crowne Plaza members and room servicing staff especially a guy Mr. Deepak who served my dinner in a very suave manner. He is a good guy, Indeed. Breakfast buffet have a wide variety of options and the servers are welcoming. Our housekeeper Suresh always greeted us in the morning with a smile and ask for any housekeeping services despite us rejecting. He also took the initiative to provide water to use every morning which we love. The rooms were big and spacious. The gym and pool was great, especially the pool have an amazing view of delhi.

I have stayed in a few 5 star hotels in and around Delhi. What made the stay in these hotel pleasant was their seamless guest services as being 5 stars you don't expect any less. Then again no property can be flawless, there are variables which aren't always in control but what is in control is the service provided by the property by its employees. The stay in Crowne Plaza was comfortable, pleasant and we'll received feeling of being welcomed. The one person I'd like to mention, as we've all come across employees in hospitality industries either to be filled with pride, arrogance or are tremendously obsequious, but Mr. Raman is quite humble, diligent, always spending time productively and engages with customers in a level headed conversation. It is because of this I had decided to extend my stay in this hotel and it is because of such people there will be returning customers. 4/5 stars as there are some material aspects to which the property needs to improve on.

The place was good. The location is not a premium as there is a drainage water just along the roads of hotel. The rooms were good looking with all amenities but the tv was not smart and the connections were hard to made. The room we got had a good view though. The service was okay.
