He also arranged a tour guide for us for Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Vikram the tour guide was absolutely amazing!!!! He helped explain the history and make you understand so many intricate small details that we found really enlightening.I can really recommend Vikram as an English speaking guide!! He also helps take excellent photos! Our driver Babu was also very good. And on the dot for pick up and drop offs. Highly recommend using this company!

I went on a trip to uttrakhand for 5 days with 5 friends. We booked Innova crysta and Sushil sir was our driver. He was extremely professional and patience throughout the trip. He also made sure that the car was always clean and fresh before every new day. The region was hilly, we travelled off road and there were places where roads were blocked due to which we also had to take a longer route to reach our destination. It really amazes us how beautifully Sushil bhaiya managed this whole traffic and hilly roads. He had a friendly nature and we really enjoyed his company.

Me and my friend travelled from England and decided to book a private driver after this being suggested by some other friends that have travelled to India. Also suggestions about what to see on the way. When we had further questions also very quick to respond both on WhatsApp and by mobile phone when in India. I found Discover India by Car through Trip advisor based on their positive reviews. The driver Sushi was a true gentleman making our trip relaxing and informative. My wife and I were picked up from Delhi and had a 5 day tour to Agra and Jaipur. We highly recommend, each day Sushi picked us up at the agreed time and introduced us to our guide for the day. At Agra Vikram gave us an amazing tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, the next day Ali guided is through the fascinating Fatehpur Sikri and finally BK showed us around Jaipur. We just had an amazing trip organized by Discover India by car. We felt comfortable since the first email from Sugar w his quick and professional responses . 2 days prior to the trip, the driver/ car details provided and he is on WhatsApp to respond within a couple of hours throughout the journey. Our driver Satya is simply the best. He is professional, courteous and always put our safety first. Despite the craziness of the traffic & road condition, he navigated through w ease. He took us to clean wash rooms and good/ safe restaurants. When stopped, he was watching the traffic to open the door for us, and watched the car/ our luggages when we eat. It just says how much he cares for his job and we appreciate and respect that! When asked for local information, he kept his honest opinion and even bought beer/ snacks from the local stores for us so we don’t get charged multiple times from the hotel. :) We feel he is our local ‘brother’ that we can trust and rely on. India is such a beautiful place to visit but not so easy for us foreigners. We feel so fortunate to go with them and this is the only/best way. Using Discover India by Car on our recent trip to India was the best decision we made when planning our trip. We booked them to collect us from Udaipur airport and to drive us for the next 7 days taking in Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, Delhi and a couple of extra stops suggested by them along the way. Our driver, Sushil, was exceptional. He was friendly, informative, flexible, courtious, kind...I could go on. The car itself was an SUV, very spacious, always kept clean and tidy. We hired a car and driver with Discover India By Car for our golden triangle trip Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Delhi 4 days trip. Also requested guide service along the way at different tourist spots. This review is designated to the company’s service including car and driver experience. We booked an SUV with them and it’s a KIA Caren. The car was very new and comfortable. Our driver Satya was always courteous and on time, dressed up properly and kept the car clean. There was bottled water, Internet hotspot, sanitizer and tissue throughout the trip. He navigated the traffic at ease and have every highway, local streets memorized, no maps or gps needed, which is not an easy task for foreigners like us, especially with all the cars, motorcycles, Tuk-tuks,, bicycles, horses, donkeys, monkeys, elephants, camels, cows, dogs, humans coming from all directions at all times. He accommodated our requests for stops, shops, ATMs, restaurants, etc, without hesitation and always arranged for clean and hygienic place for food and toilette. There was no issues communicating in English and we had good laughs all the way (see photo attached). The boss Ankit (Sugar) was very responsive in communication and knowledgeable to help us planning the trip. He also kept checking in with us while on the trip if any issues and asking if any requests or feedbacks for everything. The company and service they provided is highly recommended, must have, if you plan to explore India on your own. We had a wonderful experience and amazing trip in India as a result. We had an amazing and memorable experience with DIBC for our Agra day trip. It all went very well specially our visit to Taj Mahal. My kids really enjoyed the sunrise view and our driver made extra efforts so that we reach their on time. Next was our tour guide Mr Mukesh who was a bit talkative but a real nice person and gave us a lot of useful information. Really wonderful and professional service. Definitely worth recommending.

We booked a four night trip on the Golden Triangle by contacting Sugar (Ankit) at Discover India by Car. Sugar was incredibly helpful with our itinerary and responded to all emails in remarkable time. We were picked up in Delhi by our lovely driver Mr. Sanjay and taken to Agra. Mr. Sanjay told us to be careful at the Taj Mahal and explained who we should/shouldn't trust - this was much appreciated. The following morning post Taj Mahal, Mr. Sanjay took us to Fatehpur Sikri at his recommendation. Our aim was to get to Jaipur as quick as possible but had no problem stopping here as it was enroute. However, when we arrived we were surprised to learn that Mr. Sanjay had organised a guide for us. The guide wasn't very friendly, was quite pushy and there was a language barrier, therefore we knew this guide wasn't going to be beneficial for us. Furthermore, this guide called his friends (who happened to be shop owners at Fatepur Sikri) and alerted them that he had tourists in the vicinity. The shop owner approached us and basically marched us in to his shop. By this stage we felt very uncomfortable and wanted to abandon the guide/Fatephur Sikri visit. We felt obliged to purchase from the owner's shop. However the owner quickly changed from friendly to very rude when we told him that we were not going to pay the ridiculous asking price for his souvenirs. We bought something (as we felt compelled to) and left. Discover India is a reputable company and I feel they shouldn't partner with guides like this as its sours the experience. Mr. Sanjay then took us to a tourist factory which served food (he explained that it was the only decent food on the route). My partner and I were not hungry and just browsed the tourist factory shop whilst we waited (this was probably the intention). Again, we felt like we were just on a conveyor belt of tourists and felt it was not an authentic experience. Mr. Sanjay then dropped us in Jaipur. The following morning we asked Mr. Sanjay if we could abandon his itinerary and suggestions and just visit two places: Amber fort and Jal Mahal. Mr. Sanjay was very happy to oblige and took us straight to Amber fort. We mentioned that we'd also like to buy some spices so Mr. Sanjay told us he would take us to a local spice shop. Upon entering it again felt like a tourist trap. The spices were extortionate and did not smell good. Again we felt obliged to purchase and quickly left. Mr. Sanjay recommended some sari shops but we politely declined as we did not want to be put in the same scenario again. Mr. Sanjay's car was comfortable, had great wifi and he even gave us a phone incase we had to contact him in emergency. He was always punctual and happy to discuss Indian culture which we found fascinating. Overall I'd recommend this company to anyone who wants to explore India by car. The service could be improved slightly by not taking guests to the tourist trap places or by partnering with guides who are trying to fleece you. This made us uncomfortable and soured the experience slightly.

In three trips to India over the span of two decades, I have never had a better experience than Ankit's Discover India by Car. We had an ambitious itinerary for our arrival in India, navigating the entire Golden Triangle in a single day with a pickup in Delhi, a sightseeing stopover at the Taj Mahal, and a dropoff in Jaipur. Gautam was showing us Delhi, he took us on a memorable bike-rikscha ride through Old Delhi and it was nice that he also spoke some German. We’ve learned a lot about Delhi. With Vikram in Agra we were visiting beautiful Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. From the best angles he took awesome photos from us with our phones and gave us so much valuable information and details regarding monuments, architecture, handcraft and history. We could feel the passion for his hometown and the beauty of the sights. Ali showed us Fatehpur Sikri on the same day and did a great job too to complete the puzzle of history with another beautiful fort. Mr. BK is a guide-legend in Jaipur with 40 years of experience. Our driver Prem is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and drove us to all the places as ascribed in the tour agenda. He also brought us to local markets where we saw the daily lives of locals, and a wine store as we requested to buy some good branded whisky. Highly recommend Discover India By Car. They were swift to respond to our booking request and all communication via email/Whatsapp. We booked the golden triangle tour - Delhi, Agra, Jaipur. The guides were always punctual in meeting us at our hotel. They were flexible with all requests. On our first day Ravi did a superb job of identifying the best sites to see during the afternoon tour of Delhi which we concluded the following day. Ravi was highly knowledgeable, fun and very friendly - we felt like we always knew him. We left some items in the hotel and Ravi immediately made contact with the hotel and arranged for us to return and collect. While we had to lose time to return to the hotel, Ravi never made it seem like an issue and we still covered all the scheduled site visits. Upon arrival in Agra we met Rahul who ensured we got settled in to our hotel and transferred to Mohabbit the Taj show. The following day Rahul showed us around Agra. He was enthusiastic about the sites sharing lots of history and proved to be a fantastic photographer! Krishan met us in Jaipur and amazed us with his wealth of knowledge as he showed us the sites. All of the guides took us to fantastic restaurants where we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Last but certainly not least, was Raju, our driver. He is absolutely the best at managing through the congested traffic in India. He was highly professional and calm. He acted as a superb guide during the long drives when we did not have a guide in the car. The vehicle was well equipped with water. The soda and snacks far exceeded our expectation but sure came in handy during the commutes. He also recommended some great places to eat...especially Bon Barbecue where we had dinner in Agra. Overall, this company has a fantastic team. They are very accommodating and work well together. We were very impressed with our experience! Great job guys!

I had the most wonderful experience with Discover India by Car. First, prior to my trip, I exchanged something like 50 emails with Sugar, who patiently accepted my various itinerary and accommodation changes. I was already impressed with all of his prompt replies and advice, but I had no idea he was going to send literally the best driver I could ever have imagined, Mr. Satbir Singh. Mr. Satbir is a wonderful, warm person who is also very strong and protective. He is an expert driver with 37 years of professional driving experience and handled India's crazy roads and animals in the roads with ease. He was funny, relaxed, and knew all the best stops for food and bathrooms. He treated me like a princess, opening the car door me every time, which of course wasn't necessary but was appreciated. He even showed up at the beginning of my camel ride in Osia and took some nice pictures for me. He has such a sweet and gentle spirit. He also acted as a security guard during my many trips to the ATM (of course he knew which ones would work and where they all were). I'm so happy Mr. Satbir was with me during my trip to India. I was able to relax knowing he was watching out for me the whole time. I hope I was okay for him as well because I would really like to do another trip with him 😁 Seriously, please don't hesitate to book with this company.
