Can anything be worse than this place? No idea but definitely haven't seen any place worse than this in my entire travel of 4 continents and more than 30 years. Definitely nothing in aerocity or Mahipalpur is this bad. Whole place smells and works like 60s. Even the food is horrible and tasteless or gross. Hot sausage in breakfast was like cold left overs. Halwa was cold. Juice tasted and looked diseased rotten. I have some pictures of their gross torn fake leather from 60s. All this offered and marketed as 5 star rooms n9t even equal to 2 stars!

A not so good experience indeed. Stayed for a night here recently. There were problems with the flow of water from Washbasin as well as from the shower which was certainly not user friendly. The service level at the restaurant was below par. The staff were not courteous (not all of them) and were refusing to serve basic items, even though it was not crowded enough unlike morning breakfast timings. The team leader though was extremely gracious and provided all the items which were refused earlier by his colleagues. Looks like the staff were tired and exhausted. It was certainly not value for money given the tariff of 5 stars. I hope the Hotel team will work on improvement going forward.

I doubt whether merely having structural amenities qualifies it to be a 5-Star property. Rooms do not have controlled temperature environment, unsure of how people manage in winters. The common passage areas and atriums also are open and cold in winters. Restaurant is a real mess whenever there are bulk check-ins, services too are slow and inefficient often. Staffs are not to be blamed as the entire responsibility is ideally with the management. Need for ample improvement and sustenance to retain the brand image.

Nice hotel with great restaurant. It is within the local area in Dwarka and very approachable. Food and ambience are good and staff is very accommodating. The best part is that everything is reasonably priced. Though they can add some variety to their wines.

We stayed in the hotel twice in July. We were very happy with the services the hotel provides. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of choices. The room was nice and big although it was a premier room. The shops are nice on the reception floor and helpful. By the way why the lift does not get to the mall on the ground floor? And the lift area on the ground floor is shabby and could be cleaned easily.

The food is good and well presented. The elevators are usually busy because it’s located in mall Overall, a good place to stay.

Visited this hotel for the first time for the breakfast experience. Staff working here are very courteous they will keep on checking with you if you need anything apart from the dishes laid in the Buffet. Very prompt and efficient service. I would have happily given 4 star however if you like eggs Benedict it might take 30 min. Overall value for money and very professional employees.

We recently organised a corporate event here and i just cannot stop praising about the hotel, its staff. Everyone from bell desk counter to front office team/reservation, restaurant team, banquet team or high level management are so professional, courteous, soft spoken and ready to support you by their all means. Literally NO words isn't in their dictionary. Rooms, food, ambience everything was perfect. Neat and clean environment, keep up the efforts all. Whether its small stay or any kind of event just go ahead and book this hotel. Cheers

Takes 2 hours to get to the airport from here. We somehow got a smoking room which smelt a little funny but the rooms are clean. Nothing to do around the hotel. Dinner buffet was good. Food was tasty. For breakfast we were sent to a dingy plc in the 2nd floor saying the buffet was at capacity downstairs. Food was again good but not the ambience. Something I have never seen before at a hotel is an employee standing at the reception area and taking everyone's phones to rate the hotel as if it's a must. The hotel is still under construction or going through a renovation.

All three stars to the reception and lobby staff. Hotel rooms were good but water pressure, cleanliness, and amenities need a lot of improvement. Basic shower, useless water pressure at the wash basin, doors quality, broken hinges on one of the main doors out of the four hired rooms. These are just a few things which I can point to out. Not expected from a hotel chain like this. If it was not the staff, the stay would have been unsatisfactory. Lot of improvement required. Lastly it was good to see partially impaired staff and the opportunity give to them.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are always so eager to help. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, though sometimes a bit worn. The breakfast was great. Overall a wonderful place to stay near the airport, although the streets are in need of some repair. Definitely worth the money.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a so-called "Welcome Hotel by ITC" hotel, which turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the overwhelming noise of construction and renovation. This was far from the peaceful escape I was promised. The amenities, which were a big reason for choosing this hotel, were completely unusable. The swimming pool and spa, advertised as the hotel's crown jewels, were under maintenance for the entirety of my stay. The atmosphere resembled a construction site more than a luxury retreat. I felt utterly deceived and disappointed. I'm not paying a premium price to navigate through scaffolding and listen to the unending sound of drills. The situation is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer a five-star experience. I demand a full refund for the ordeal I was subjected to. Anything less would be an insult to the very concept of hospitality.

Rooms are good. We stayed there for 2 days. Best part is that they provided Tea and water bottle as much We need. Price for 2 person is 5500 in one room without breakfast. There is supermarket in basement of hotel where you can get good food as there is restaurant too. Liked the place.

It was a great experience of staying over there, and the only thing that went missing; after paying around 9k for the room, the bathroom was quite compact & there was no bathtub! Otherwise, from the check-in experience, to the complimentary breakfast (which in itself was quite a paisa-wasool)... Everything was excellent.

Beautiful hotel. While reception staff were great, the restaurant staff were, well, laughable. I've never seen 4 men hover over a till for 5 minutes or so before they could come up with a total. Good luck trying to get a drink. A couple in my tour group asked for soft drinks and were told no, wait until your meal, seriously!

It's one of the best hotels out there. I went there to attend a fashion show as a model. And I loved it . The temp was maintained throughout the day , staff was very polite and kind, restrooms were clean, and the cake oh my god ... the cake in the breakfast was to die for yummm. Five Star ⭐.loved it

It's a good hotel to spend layovers in Delhi. The location is handy incase you want to travel anywhere through metro. Also it's comfortably close to the airport. The staff is really cordial and enthusiastic to help. The food spread in buffet is fair, nothing extraordinary to say about. The spread is limited and generally you have to fish out the food of reaching late. The rooms are fairly well maintained and are in good shape.

It was an amazing experience to stay in uma. Staff's are very good, very humble. If I will ever come in Nanded without any doubt my first choice will be Hotel Uma executive.

Hotel is unique by nature. This hotel has it all, from the rooms to the service, and the price as well. The rooms are well kempt and complete with all necessary and luxurious items. This hotel always has some form of grand function or banquet of some sort which is an amazing site to behold. It always provides a feeling of grandeur and never fails to amaze me to how good the service is. However, the food does require quality checks. There are times when the hotel misplaces orders and quality of food is a little bit questionable at times. The price however for the food is just as grand as the hotel itself.

Great experience every time. I have stayed here twice for 3 days each time with friends (first visit was in 2019 and second in July 2021). Rooms are spacious, allow good natural light. Big french window for a metro side view. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. There is never any unwanted interference from staff or anybody. The valet parking staff is also very helpful and patient.

The stay was very comfortable and the hotel is very fancy, but the service is slow. Even with pre booked rooms, we had to wait almost one and a half hours for our room. The room service is slow too. Had ordered hot chocolate, and had to wait for an hour for that too. Otherwise the staff is extremely friendly & hospitable. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful experience It was an amazing experience for me to stay here. Very humble and supportive staff. Amazing room and cleanliness. Food is also tasty with various healthy options. And the staff at the front office was very friendly. The ambience in the hotel was awesome. I am very much satisfied from the service that was provided.

The customer service - Good and comfortable, polite. Comfort - ok. Food - less options and/or could be improved but was good too. Room - it was spacious but i felt the room (907) given was like last option for us. Mini bar was empty. Washroom lotions and other items seemed like never used as it was hardened. Washroom had kind of smoke smell... Compared my experience with other hotel stay. (May be not fair and COVID could be one of the reason).

The place is located near Dwarka metro sector 10. The place is really beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the buffet has a larger variety and it's really good. My overall experience was great. The service was fast as well. They'll help you in everything, you just have to ask for it. If you've your budget for more than an oyo and you want to experience some luxury then this can be a really great weekend getaway.

Been there in the month of April in wedding functions. Rooms are spacious however smaller than average rooms spaces in region. Good corporate hotels. For indian weddings you can select this hotel however steep path at the entry will ruin your fun as it is impossible to reach hotel gates without car or you have to take stairs. Area near swimming pool is awesome to have parties. Breakfast is awesome and having wide variety.

Extremely luxurious 5 star hotel in Dwarka sector 9, New Delhi, near Indira Gandhi International airport. Architecture is unique and stunning, loved the hospitality provided by them. I was there for wedding ceremony, and it look so pleasent, loved their food and all. Overall a great place.

It is Grand, splendid and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and I liked the services. Food prices are bit higher as compared to other 4 or 5 stars I do stay. Negative point is, it doesn't have a nearby local market to stroll after dinner.

The bed linens and towels are also squeaky-clean, great for someone with cleanliness OCD like me. Stayed there way back in January 2020. As of writing it's September 2022, so I'm not sure if my review will be relevant . The staff here are the kindest I've ever seen. They always wear a warm and wide smile that is incredibly welcoming, and will greet you whenever you encounter them. In fact, the warmth of the staff is probably why I've been led to rate this hotel 4 stars and not 3. The morning buffet is large and varied, but I'm afraid that the food quality is not the best. Dinner was not up to the mark either. I was quite disappointed with the room. The room appeared dirty and unclean, as if left unattended and not stayed in. We immediately asked for staff to have it cleaned. Everything from the fittings to the T.V. were obviously quite old, which can especially be observed in the bathroom. I think the hotel will drastically increase in value if the fittings are updated. The rooms were however very spacious, and for the price, I am very pleased with what I got. Will I recommend it?I think yes, since the hotel is incredibly cheap. The location though is not great. It took us an hour on the metro to reach Old Delhi.

Good location as adjacent to a shopping Mall. Nice lobby, spacious rooms. Restaurant with a decent buffet spread. Live music at the restaurant was very good (perhaps it's there only on the weekend). The swimming pool didn't seem clean and that was a let down. Kids still had a great time there. Long wait at the lifts as one of the lifts was out of order. Overall, value for money.
