Very nice place for all eye problems. I had visited here for my wife's eye infection problem. And the experience was awesome... Very well managed facility .. Somehow crowdy but their crowd management system is mind blowing..I mean everything is online. You don't bother to collect documents and roam here and there..Just fill your details at registration counter and Pay an affordable fee (Just Rs. 99 for consultation). And Sit relaxed.. their staff will call you at every stage of their procedures. And the Doctor was well experienced, polite and understand your concern carefully and provide very effective consultation.. I suggest everyone to visit there if you have any eye related problem.

Where is 0 star rating for this hospital? I will give 0 star. All the 7000 reviews are fake. A man in hospital ask everyone to review the hospital 5 star forcefully. Even all the branch of sharp sight have same review procedure. There is so much waiting time. Even if you have appointment, you will have to wait for more than 3 hours in the hospital for your turn. They will call you 2-3 times after a gap of hours. Really disappointed about waiting time. You waste a lot of time of others. Why you give appointment to patients if you want every patient to wait for 3 hours.(you can give appointment of that time after which you call patient after waiting. I asked on the reception, they tell me that 3 hours is the normal time of waiting for every patient.

This place is not a clinic its just a place who sells glasses thats it. My right eye was hurting so i went there they put some eye drops 3 times then checked my eyes and said its nothing and gave me eye drops of Rs.400. Even after 5 days my eyes still hurting so much and they took my phone while leaving to give them 5 star rating i said 4 stars at that time still they rate themselve. 💀🤦🏽‍♂️

Phle bolte ho online appointment lo, then jab Patient aapko call kr rha hai appointment k liye toh call cut kr rhe ho. Calls answer nhi hui ab tak kbhi bhi. Very bad experience. Never come again and i didn't prefer to anyone to go there. So much time wasting.

Good facility for people living in nearby locations. The center has different protocol for eye testing - one has to undergo around 3 to 4 round of different activities inclduing manual and machine eye check-up, two time drop in half hour interval each. Air conditioning is good. General infrastructure and facilities are fine. I wish they have more lighting. Location wise it's just opposite of Vishal mart and within a kilometer distance from Maujpur / Babarput Metro Station. They run 99Rs. Eye check up scheme time to time so do check with them if they running any offer. Parking space though there but mostly occupied by bikes as it's just outside center in road. I am sharing some photographs. Hope this will help. Please keep window of 2 hours for all checkups and tests. Economical and good treatment. Dr. Chirag Gupta is good.

good eye testing hospital in this area. bit crowded but treatment is really good here. at very reasonable prices . staff is also good and humble here. eye testing facility also available here. Glasses and frames are also avilable inside the clinic and all new and modern eye testing machines are avilable. overall good.

No option of giving zero star. Hence one given. They are sitting there just to make money and befool the patients. It is the worst ever clinic i hv visited. I took appointment of 11.30 but when I reached there. They said. You have to wait for atleast 2 hrs as there are so many patients. Then what was the meaning of prior appointment. Manager Amit said pay us 600 rupees for express opd then we can treat you instantly. What the hell was that. They are just playing a scam. Frst they will give u an appointment as per your choice and when you go there. They will ask for 600 or wait for atleast 2-3 hrs. Most pathetic service. I will go for surgery to other clinics but never to Sharp Sight. Even I met so many existing patients who were complaining about their poor services. One Sr citizen was even about to cry as they fraud him with 20000 rupee but still no solution to his vision problem.

Staff behaviour not bad. But these doctors seems over smart who show you they are listening to you but they want you to get out quick as possible. If you ask questions they will tell you wait till report and you may go now... And they suggest me eye drop which costs 300rs and money is wasted on this eye drop because it doesn't work and start itching.

Got my mother's Cataract Surgery from there. The experience and results are great. Special thanks to Dr Chirag for performing the surgery. We are really happy with the results. Also, the support staff was also helpful and courteous. I would surely recommend this centre for any eye related problem.

This Eye Hospital is Great. All staff is very good also. They have great patient ability.

Did not had a good experience on both the days that I visited there. Receptionists are not good...neither humble nor polite, Co-ordinating staff outside OPDs and Doctors are good though. Unusual lunch timing, 2 to 3 PM. Need more improvements in working style. They say 4 bje ana, kal ana, Monday ko ana, etc. Jese ki koi yahi ane k liye free betha ho. For a 30 minutes work i had waited for about 3 hrs... literally need improvements. Their work quality is fine.

Staff is very humble and polite. The atmosphere of hospital is extremely good. And all the doctors are so good especially Dr.Gaganjeet. Ordered contact lenses, was told that I'll get it within 4 days. Tried to cancel on the same day I ordered but optometrist refused and told me that he can't give me money and I'll have to purchase something from there. That's absolutely old fashion shop kind of behaviour in this Lenskart, fkrt, Myntra age.

After eye test, they doesn’t provide your specs’s Number instead of that they mentioned only vision. When I call him for specs’s number they said will call you shortly. But they didn’t call you. Worst service worst experience. If goggle provide minus in rating will provide -100.

Whole checkup was completed very wisely. But after that i have to wait for more than 30min coz now the eye sight no. slip was given at the optical counter only although I don’t want to make my spectacle from there still i have to wait as they have their lunch break. Earlier after the checkup we got that no. slip and then its our wish either to visit at optical counter or not.
