Best of a bad bunch- standards in Delhi are low. -Friendly and helpful staff, helped us sort a SIM card, airport transfer and warned us against scams - Clean enough but the standards are low- super rusty fittings in the bathroom, a toilet that is stained brown and stained/ripped bedsheets and walls. Really needs updating. - Hardly any toilet paper provided (this seems to be normal in India) - Most concerning part was lack of obvious fire escapes. But imagine this is a problem with all hotels in this area. -access to the hotel is via a public urinal on the street corner which is one of the most disgusting things I have ever smelt.

Nice hostel, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Think some of the other reviews were a little harsh. It's a good location and private rooms were cheap. Only downside is it isn't social at all but if you're a couple or just content exploring on your own it's a nice place to stay.

Location right in the thick of Delhi. Building is tucked away and quiet , rooms are clean , air con cool The owners are very helpful and accommodating. I recommend using their taxi service if coming from the airport to avoid being scammed.

The hotel is in a super busy area of ​​New Delhi. If that's what you're looking for, the location is good, with the metro and train nearby. The hotel staff were very helpful, they organized our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our check-in was early in the morning, at 2am, we had no problem. They also got sim card for us. They also recommended us a nearby restaurant called “tadka” we ate there every day, very good. The hotel is very simple, just like New Delhi. The bed was clean, the only problem was the bathroom, it was absurdly dirty, it smelled of urine so strong that the whole room smelled like urine. They cleaned it when we warned, but it was still dirty. We stayed 3 nights, which was enough to get to know Delhi.

Not sure on what basis the ratings are giving to the place. It was a very average room which was not really well maintained. The blankets were torn, the water filter was so dirty that we would not feel like taking water from there though it was filtered. We had to ask them for every basic thing to be provided which is usually given in advance when we go to other places. The approach for the hostel is bad as well. Can find better places for the amount paid. Not worth the money spent.

I stayed I Yesboss for few days and really happy about their service and support. Its located very close to the railways and city centre. The staff was very friendly and accommodative for all my requests. They even booked me railway tickets and helped me with logistics. Highly recommend for visitors looking for affordable accommodation in Delhi.

Facilities and connectivity on the property and near it are amazing hosts are very welcoming and will facilatate a great stay recommend if you are backpacking

The hostel was a bit tricky to find, but a staff member was waiting outside to direct people towards the entrance. Rooms were clean (by New Delhi standards). I think some foreigners would be put off by the cleanliness but that is true for almost everything in New Delhi😂 Abdul was very helpful and honest with us. He helped us find a wonderful driver for our travels in Rajasthan. We were also warned of different scams and where to avoid eating. Highly recommend Sonal's Old Delhi Food Tour! She's a sweetheart

Lovely hostel where the management is always ready to help and make your experience better and better. The manager Abdullh is helping organizing your trip in India, managing personalized itinerary depending on your needs. He can book for you tickets of train, flight and bus and I can tell this is really helpfull when you re in India. In general, i totally recomend this place as a safe point in New Dehli. We stayed only for one night, we had a private double room, the room was clean, spacious and quiet, the place has an awesome rooftop where you can enjoy the view of the whole area, the staff is nice and helpful, you really feel like it home here. 10/10

My friend and I had a stay of three nights here. We arrived at midnight on the Airport and the driver picked us up. He waited three hours because we lost some laguage. Abdul the owner supported us a lot...did the calls with the Airport for us. We booked a street tour with Danish. That was an great experience. Danish is kind and always caring. We had a great time on our tour. Our stay in India was only for two weeks. Abdul organized all days left for us. He Is also kind and caring a lot. Because of the guys we had a very safe travel in India. The .hostel is simpl, clean and the beds are comfortable. They don't offer breakfast but Abdul can order everything or they recommend good places for food. Abdul and Danish made our stay very safe and we had a lot of fun.

The administrator who works at Yes Boss by Backpackers Heaven told me that the train station ticket office was close (he lied to me) and it was a better option to buy the tickets with the Hostel's agency, the manager, Mr. Raj. Raj is very charming, it's his talent, he tried to sell me a tour of many northern cities at a very high price, I was going just for 1 train ticket. Believing that I was in confidence because my hostel took me to Raj, I bought him flexible train tickets, I was free to stay as many days as I wanted in different cities, and when I notified Raj by WhatsApp, he would send me the train ticket to travel to the next city. It sounds great!, but I got bad surprises later. 1) The price you pay Raj is much higher than the actual value of the ticket, I recommend that you buy directly at the ticket offices, you will save a lot of money. If you have this knowledge, do it on your own, it is not that difficult. 2) They were never flexible tickets, sometimes he told me that the sale was sold out, that I should leave the city early, making me lose paid nights at the hotel, because I had to leave early. 3) Not all the trips were by train, on one trip he made me travel by bus, omitting that information from the beginning. 4) I bought him third class train tickets, sometimes he sent me tickets for a lower class via WhatsApp. I had to complain to him so that he would send me the correct ticket.

Good staff and nice rooms. A very rough area, the way into the hotel is very unpleasant. Getting a room in the 4th floor is not very nice without elevator.

Nice hostel, clean, 10min by walk from New Delhi Train Station and from the metro station. They propose airport transfert which is good if it's your first time in India, to avoid scam at the airport. They can also help you to book train tickets, à good thing in India where it can be difficult for foreigners.

I recommend you not to go this hostel. It's not backpaker heaven, it's backpaker hell. It's not at all for backpackers. It's just a normal dormitory

Rooms are terribly dirty, it's even funny)) they give you a huge water heater of you need a hot shower, there are no boilers. But. Very kind staff and good place, if you want to stop at the main bazar and sleep well. Also you can leave your suitcase whilst traveling around India.

Booked it online and after long journey from train reached the hotel and the property then informed that A/C not working for room dorm I booked worst experience. Improve you management skills

Very nice behavior of staffs. Reasonable price and neat rooms.. They also providing dorm beds for reasonable price.. It's located in the middle of Paharganj main bazaar, chandi wali gali.. They have a friendly pug named max. Dorm price will be 300-600 Room rates are 600-1200 Rooms and dorms are neat and clean.. They don't have a kitchen now. But they'll bring food if you order.

Reason for two star. Only the owner is good he allowed us for check in 2 hours before the due time. But the service man is not good. Ac and tv is not working asked many times but did not fix it. Hard to find. And no lift.

I'm just going to share the same piece of advice that led me to booking the place. Stop your hostel search now and book this place. You won't regret it. Spotlessly clean, plenty of food option ,friendly amd informative staff make this place an absolute.The environment the hostel creates will lead to meeting awesome fellow travelers and excellent conversation.

Its clean and everything is ok inside this hotel , on an average level it's worth staying , if I compare price it's worth , just the thing is it's a lot inside lanes , and the lanes is not that clean and the hotel management should workout to keep lanes hygienic and clean , may be they can paint the walls of the lanes with some Disney characters and should put a shade. In lane so that it can be hygienic in cleanliness , it will have a good impact on their business , anyways they will still have good clients becouse inside is clean

The rooms are basic and a little run down. There is a window only to the inside of the building so it's a little dark during the days and a little light during the nights. But all that is OK for the price. What was really excellent was the service and the kindness of the staff. During our stay they did everything to make us feel comfortable. When we arrived at NDRS we were a little bit lost and pushed arround by a lot of touts and scammers. We called the owner and he came personally to pick us up and bring us to the hotel. Free of charge. Raj is a very hospitle guy and we thank him very much.

I stayed in the dorm for one night, where the room has 4 beds arranged with a separate wall fan, charging point with AC and reading light. The con is that I am not able to lock due the locker already has a lock jammed, where the staff doesn't provide more support. Where I have to lock the bag zip. The bathroom is average. For an ideal solo traveller the room great.

The location is in an alley wthin an alley within the paharganj street. Room could be much cleaner. However, service was good and prompt it was close to NDLS

Great location if you want to be in the very busy Paharganj area! Staff were fantastically helpful with anything I needed and were chatty. I found the communal lounges great for meeting other solo backpackers. They also helped me source an Indian SIM card, which was very helpful. The rooftop was a cool space to spend the end of the night

I have booked for Two days this hostel. But I reached late night because of my bus. And they give my room to someone else then I have to stay in another hotel. but was so so. It was not really clean and it's was not really bad. And location is very hard to find it.

Have stayed with Yes Boss for the past two weeks now about 10 days at their other location New King around the corner and as someone who comes to India frequently and stayed at many many different hotels of all different types across the country including some of the best 5 star hotels in Asia including one 6 star hotel I can safely say with certainty that you will be happy and satisfied with these guys. If you are a foreigner then from one to another this place is one you can trust that the room will be clean and secure but importantly you can trust the staff. Especially when it comes to coming to them with a request question or problem. Saddam and Rohit will drop everything to help. They deal with travellers from dawn to dusk and are very switched on. A Belgium man last night in his seventies who comes to Delhi all the time told me he has at every hotel in Pahar Gunj and he said thse guys are the best.... Doesn't surprise me at all Good luck

Not more than a place to sleep. In the private room there was a bad smell and also the lines, pillows and the whole room where dirty. At least it was not noisy.
