I recently visited FIMS Hospital because my father suffered a stroke. I must appreciate Doctors and staff for their prompt response and immediate action. Not only did they ensure safety for my dad throughout but also helped in hassle-free discharge from the hospital. Entire staff at the ICU was very cooperative and helpful.

I admitted my brother in this hospital and we have I'd of Central govt panel. But after all tests and scans doctor was not able to conclude what happened to my brother as he was continuously I'll and he was losing weight before and after admission. So finally after 10 days of admission in hospital we brought back him to home and they have not provided the file of expenses till yet. So I will suggest tulip rather than FIMS.

Very very bad hospital. I went to dentist to get operated. While checking he was constantly talking over phone with his father. After taking X-ray, he mentioned that another tooth from behind is coming and pushing my existing tooth. He gave me pain killers and said it needs operation. He also mentioned that he has contact of senior surgeon and he would give good discount as well, if i go through him. Later i decided to go to Delhi. In delhi they checked and said it was just a rotten tooth and plucked it out. Don't don't ever go, if you have options to go some where else.

Today my father got a little pain in his chest, due to which I took my father to fims Hospital, there he is undergoing treatment, Dr sheikh treated him, he is very good and helpful and cooperative . But I am telling about staff and service was pathetic and ridiculous especially by ICU staff nurse staff nurse was very careless they don't know care what is necessary for patient . If the patient needs something, then she says the same thing, is it coming or if you are in more hurry then go and bring it yourself this is way they talk to patients especially Preeti was very rude and service and the behave staff ridiculous.. In first intrection, not so much professional staff, they don't care what is necessary for patient, do not bother for urgency and patient's investigation. They makes treatment slow and delay for making heavy bills and other charges.

Emergency services are third class as no any responsible staff, everyone pushes the decision on each other. A lady with a six month baby was asking for the madicine of cold and on duty staff were asking to each other to write the medicine, after all they said, Aunty please get the medicine for today from other doctor and come here tomorrow. And the same day my third class experience really i can't explain...

Fiem hospital treatment is very very bad. Here patients are treated like animals in ICU room. A lot of money looted from the patients. Here ishwar doctor & pintu doctor did not treatment in the ICU room. If ICU treatment is to be done along with the patient otherwise you will get your member life.
