Out of the seven tals, Nainital has a lovely ambience. The place and walkways are well maintained, but the authorities should restrict the traffic in the Mall road through some other side (like in Shimla Mall Road). The vehicles rush through the roads, mostly in a violent way. You need to pay attention all the time and can't freely roam around.

One of the most visited lakes in India and Natural fresh water lake in India… of the most famous lakes of the Kumaon region. Bounded by Naini Peak on North West, Tiffin Point on the South West and snow-capped peaks on the north, the Nainital Lake offers a breathtaking view, especially during early morning and sunset. It is most famous for boating, picnic and evening walk.

Pleasent boating, all age group will be enjoying, life jacket provided by then. Adjacent to lake there are hotels and they are on hills from there you can view the lake through the day and view will change.

This view point is also called the Upper Lake View Point by the tour operators of nanital. It is at a height on a hill, and all the cabbies and tour buses go here so that the tourists can get a beautiful panoramic view of the nanital Lake. There are a to much shops and snack stalls nearby and it is good place to take a photograph or a selfie. One can see the famous at the other end of the lake.

It's beautiful experience. We rent a paddle boat for four people @210/hr. It was hard but it's worth trying. Although Food was little expensive. Also, we stayed at a Dharmshala near lake @390/night and ₹25 for bike parking. One night Staying was cheap tha 1 time food.

One of the must to do things in Nanital. Highly recommend doing it during the day when sun is warm enough. Prices are fixed - 210 for full round - 160 for half round Available for all ages groups. The depth of the lake suggested by locals is 60 feet but it’s not confirmed yet. Don’t forget to wear the life jacket.

Absolutely stunning spot. Awesome view of the lake and the city at night. One can sit all day here and not get bored. We also sat beside and watched the fish swim. Took two boating trips, one by ourselves and one with the rower. This view is worth going to nainital again and again.

What a memorable experience! Boating on the beautiful and clean Naini lake is a must for everyone to experience. The boating charges are regulated so there is no hassle of price negotiations. We went there on a weekend morning and there was no wait. There was almost no one other than us on the lake. They give life jackets to adults. There are many options of boats and the duration available to choose from. It's a different experience based on the time of day and the season but each and every experience is beautiful. Do not miss this for anything!

Nainital Lake, famously known as Naini Lake is the major attraction of Naintal town as well of Uttarakhand. Surrounded by panoramic seven hills, Nainital lake is a favourite spot among romantic travellers around the world. It is one of the most visited lakes in India. Naini Lake topology has two parts namely Mallital and Tallital. Northern part is called as Mallital while Southern part known as Tallital. Nainital visit can't be complete without a boat ride in the lake. Visitors love to explore scintillating lake on boat provided by Nainital boat club. Tourist finds ample opportunity for shopping near Nainital Lake on famous Mall Road.

A must visit point to have a nice ambience of mountains lake and breeze around you. This lake point offers you a great view of khurptal lake , including nice scenery of nature. U can get nice pics clicked , tasty momos ,Maggie and sweetcorn, and a soulful evening while sitting here. If u r solo traveler and want a quite place to refresh u can surely thought if this point or even while coming to this place there are multiple points in the road journey itself where u can find a place to escape for few minutes or hours. Have a nice visit.

It really looks beautiful ❤️ This view point is located on killburry road from where you can see the mesmerizing lake view but the only issue is car parking. You need to be cautious as you will have to park on the roadside which is very steep and narrow.

Beautiful and magical place. Boat ride will cost 210 per boat(2 persons per boat). We went in October the weather was perfect. Also October is the best season to buy woollen clothing at cheap rates. A must visit place. For those who like a little bit adventure can also trek Naina Peak.
