Very bad services. You can stay maximum 1 month. Reckless answer from the owner. If you rise any complaint they will say only one sentence, if you want to stay, stay otherwise go out . They will only give receipt upto 8000 even they are charging 10000+ for the room+food. And I food quality is very poor. You can find cockroaches in sambar and chutney, I got one in dal. I will not recommend this place for long stay.

The rooms are decent, but the locality is not. I would strongly advise anyone against staying in and around the Khirki extension area during the monsoon season. The roads are crude, there is no proper drainage, and water logging everywhere. Plus there is garbage everywhere. The owners are decent and fair people. The rooms and toilets are cleaned on a daily basis. Food is okay and very much South Indian. Therefore, If you are not from the southern part of India, you will have a heck of a problem adjusting with the food. Plus some rooms have problems with your mobile network. The rent for electricity is separate.

The images are not as they seem. The rooms are small and messed up. Things go missing from time to time like face wash, nail clippers and even deoderants. I recommend you get your own place and cook rather than coming here and spending a buttload of money. The beds are infested with bed bugs and the cleaning is sub-standard. Here you will feel like chickens in a coop, all locked up and all closed. Nearly an entire floor of guys share only three bathrooms among which one is always out of order. Save yourself and get a room. This pg costs 8000+ cleaning charges per month and the food is really messed up and of a low quality.

I don't know how it got 3.8 rating it's extremely dirty ..no space to breathe..bed bugs never let you sleep..go on your risk..

Many bed bugs so no proper sleep since 1 month. No action taken. The workers here are always drunk and very rude. My skin is filled with blisters due to bites from bugs, and when i am roaming on terrace the workers shout at me very rudely. How can i study with no sleep. Worst kitchen,, please check sink before joining. They cut vegetables on floor itself. High price for what is being provided. Instead take room else where. No ventilation. Full bugs and mosquitoes. Please dnt join i am suffering since 4 months and want to change.

Nowadays food is not good. Bed bugs may disturb your studies. Choosing this hostel, will face sleepless nights. No proper maintenance.. Just for name food items are south indian but no comparison. Workers are disrespectful.

Good food for south india ppl

Bed bugs is a serious issue to be considered. Bathrooms aren't too hygienic to use. Fellow mates from other places spite on the corridor walls.

I lived here for about 1 year. Being here was an amazing experience for me. Best PG in this area. Rooms are very clean and the food is also good here

Worst hostel. if you are taking coaching ESE in Lado Sarai it's better to choose a hostel or room near to coaching centre. we can get better food at Lado Sarai than in this hostel. Serious problem is bed bugs you get even get proper sleep so please don't waste 10000/- it's better stay in room or some other hostel.

Location, rooms and food are good.. but you find see lot of bed bugs .. they dont have any permanant solution for that

I love it, this pg is one of the best pg in malviya nagar, food on time, no issue of electricity, no requirement of matrix and other stuff with yourself, just take ur cloths and shift in it.

Been here for one year. Pretty good place for living. As the name suggests, you get South Indian food and get to meet lot of South Indian people. Great accommodation and tasty food. Amenities include room with TV, WiFi, AC, Water heater (during winter) and food. Electricity charges are excluded from rent.

Basement is so filthy and Bed bugs are found whole year in Mattress. some workers are always drunk and very rude and they dont know how to talk in proper way . Better to stay single by taking room .Owner is also Irresponsible and will not listen to your problem.
