Pathetic hospital, poor management, ACs were not working properly in the hospital properly.For the lab test billing you would hardly find anyone at thẻ reception..Only reason visiting this hospital is its near our place. 3rd class pathetic hospital management which makes you feel like a pure govt hospital. There was a person named Jitendar at the basement billing for lab test really misbehaved..Untrained staff.

Cleanliness and hygiene inside washroom of testing lab in basement was pathetic. No soap available. Washroom was unhygienic. They charge heavily, atleast they should improve cleanliness standards. Doctors are usually late as per schedule shared on display boards or customer care. Had to cancel appointment even after reaching on time. Overall management is poor. The one in noida is far far better they must improve or else people will start looking for other options. Staff is also not very helpful in guiding people near reception or billing counters. Overall its a good hospital .

Recently I had a disappointing experience at Yatharth Hospital and feel compelled to share my thoughts about it. Firstly, the front desk staff seemed ill-equipped to direct patients to the correct OP departments.Secondly, the long queue for getting an OPD ticket was a major hassle. The hospital appeared to be understaffed, resulting in approximately 35 people waiting in line. Even the elderly needs to  stand in the queue for extended periods to get the OP ticket which is totally unacceptable. Furthermore, the condition of the common toilets inside the hospital were extremely dirty, indicating a complete lack of regular cleaning. Clean and hygienic facilities are crucial in any medical establishment. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their services and facilities to provide a better environment for patients in the future. As of now, I advise seeking medical attention elsewhere. Only giving 1 star for the services offered.

I have visited the hospital a numerous times in the past month owning to my father's treatment and have the following very unimpressive observations: 1. The evergreen ' chalta hai' attitude From the gate to reception to the departments everywhere there is just casual attitude on display. Eg: in a heavily crowded billing in basement the HVAC's are perpetually ineffective. Janta as usual not maintaining any social distancing when the COVID cases are again on rise and hospital can be a potential and potent place for multiplication. 2. Chaos on counters & non trained GA staff They are loud and unruly and demeanour absolutely unfit for a hospital staff. 3. Hygiene : The echo machine and area on the 6th floor was so dusty that I had to tell the attending lady to clean it before she used it on my father. However the silver lining are the Doctors. They themselves do a lot of footwork to get things done and also give a patient hearing. While I understand that the hospital caters to a 2 -3 tier town population to a large extent however it is no excuse to become complacent on any account. Well this is for the management to see how they crease our the issues at hand including the perpetual lack of parking which no builder specially in Noida- greater Noida ever thinks off! Hopefully the last of me the would see here!

I went to the hospital today, and in the OPD Billing, there is a guy called Mr Parwinder sitting there. He told me the total amount is XXX. But when I asked him, what about the senior citizen discount he said, oh yes, I forget. Like seriously, how can you forget this step? As we all were standing in a queue for the appointment and billing(OPD Billing), one traffic police guy came to the lady staff to help him and made the appointment sheet for him side by side. I don't know the name of the person (I ASKED 7-8 STAFF PERSON BUT NO ONE SHARED THE NAME OF THAT LADY) So I clicked a picture of her. The lady is in a black dress. There was no separate line for the ladies, all were standing in the same line and the receptionists are very slow in all their work. This is the worst experience.

Yatharth Omega 1 well maintained hospital near AWHO society and Yamuna expressway RERA office. The waiting areas are pretty spacious and the sofas available for the visitors. All basic facilities are available. The paid parking in hospital is available and valet service for parking too.The free parking for bikes is there in front of the hospital and the cars can be parked at shopping complex opposite to the hospital. OPD services for billing starts from 7:30 am and is in basement. There is canteen service 24×7 and a cafeteria with fancy food open 8 to 10 hours. The service is very good and upto mark. The staff is very helping.The Doctors are very humble and well spoken.. The Urologist Dr. Vipin Sisodia is very polite, friendly and good doctor and a very well surgeon i would recommend.and Dentist Dr. Sudha Goel is very well experienced doctor and her work on tooth is something i would recommend if you want pain free treatment.

Dirty, Dirty it seems that the cleaning agency hired by the hospital, either don't have properly trained staff or they are unaware of level of cleanliness that should be maintained in hospital, no discipline reagrding visiting hours and quantum of visitors/ attendants. CCU is being manged as general ward.

They are fraudsters and are adding items in the bill if it's not even used. The billing department is also not transparent. The services are not at par as per the bills. Doctor charges are included without any doctor visits. And same doctor charges are different on different days. One of the worst hospitals I have ever visited. Didn't recommend this hospital to anyone. My relatives were allowed to meet my family member in ICU. There is no security and management to take care of your loved ones. Avoid visiting this hospital if possible.

Doctors are too busy to provide a detailed update. When you ask them, thier answer is we provided you an update yesterday. Medical condition of a patient varies overnight and in few hours. Any qualified doctor should be aware that they should keep family members in loop and provide timely update on demand. When asked fora discharge update, attendants have none and Doctors are too busy to take or provide update about patients medical condition

Two star for room and services. Rest keep in mind that if you don't want to get admitted in the hospital just for sneezing, don't go there. Get yourself checked in any private clinic. In such hospitals, everyone will be after your money. They won't care from where you are bringing your money, by selling your land or stealing from somewhere. If you don't want to spend 10000s just for 99 fever, try local dispensaries or government hospitals. Everyone is looting here. Doctors have lost their self respects. They are no more God. They are just money making machines for such hospitals. They won't care your sad and crying faces.

Today as on 16/05/2022 we visited 1st time in hospital with scheduled appointment at 5pm. We reached sharp at 4:50pm. First of all doctor Chirag Gupta Neurologist reached at 5:40pm when we asked for refund at main reception. They called doctor for status. When we entered doctor cabin, our file was not reached. So doctor refused to see my mother who is senior citizen. He didn't show courtesy to call someone for file. We again run to reception and search our file. Then doctor gave only 5 minutes. He rushed to some other patient by saying he has some other urgency. As a formality he written down some tests in a hurry. Last but not the least, medicines sold out at MRP. Not even a single rupees discount. In short Poor Management by entire hospital. No systematic approach. May GOD Save everyone from such casual approach.

While the hospital tries to portray a state of the art, high-end feel, it ends only at the superficial level of how the building and interior looks. The staff is overwhelmingly UNPROFESSIONAL, untrained and seems non interested in working proactively. There is no clear procedure for something as simple as a CSF test. Lack of clear communication to the patient and their kin about the process. I would recommend looking for alternative instead of coming to this place. If they ask me about my reasons for this review, I can list a 100 of them. But would they care? No. Had they been caring, things wouldn't have been so bad. Highly unprofessional staff. Very pathetic management of hospital. Every housekeeping and floor responsible person was unprofessional and arrogant. If anything required was asked from them it took them 3-4 hours to arrange. Even in today govt hospital management is better than Yatharth. Only reason for being there is Doctor. He is known to me very well and good in his work. Poorly managed - Facility - No COVID19 Protocol being followed. Any genuine, educated patient with some self respect, shall not get to this hospital. There is one highly unprofessional Doctor - Dr. Naveen - (MD, DM) . My personal experience is - he does not have basic sense to interact with Patient. I would recommend MD of the Corporate - Yatharth to immediately take action action to correct below- 1. Basic level of training to doctors like Dr. Naveen (I feel shame to add prefix of doctor for him). 2. No protocol of COVID19 being followed, he (Dr. Naveen) is promoting his team not to wear mask - challenging the said protocol laid my IMA and WHO, upon me checking with the said staff with a little high pitch, he said we have no rights to talk to staff like this. 3. Elevators are broken, one elevator carries almost 16 people - again, challenging the protocol of COVID19 - 50% staffs are without mask 4. Most funny out of the lot is, Dr Naveen when was challenged by me for these nonsense, he argues pointing his fingers at me - What a shame Dr. Kapil Tyagi.

My baby was admitted under a pediatrician, they are excellent in their job, they treat very well and we felt in safe hands. All nursing staff specially housekeeping, and food service were very good, Dietician, she is very cheerful and careful about the baby's diet and weight management. she gave nutritious food to my baby during hospital stay also she gave a well-made nutrition diet plan for future and recovery. I had been researching for over a year trying to find the best place and country to have bilateral knee replacements. I started with one company and for 3 months nothing was happening. So I started sending MRIs and xrays to hospitals in Delhi, India and got a response from Lyfboat. Dr. Surbhi and Dr. Suneet are amazing. Without them guiding me I wouldn't have had such a good outcome. Within 2 weeks they answered all my questions, got my Visa and plane tickets. My daughter was my attendant so she was with me. I arrived on Apr 27th. They picked me up and took me to a nice hotel close to Fortis Hospital. The 29th I checked into hospital then fasted on 30th then surgery on May 1 2019. Dr. Subhash was the surgeon. He used the NAV3 computer to make sure everything was correctly done. Stayed 6 days in hospital then went to another hotel in Delhi. I didnt have to worry about paper work or appointments or where I would be staying. Lyfboat took care of all that. I even hot other things done that I needed and still they helped me. Recemonded in emergency but if they say that your patient is critical and ask for life support (Ventilator) please deny them and take your patient to other hospital, in my opinion taking your patient to other hospital may save your loved ones life. The hospital may have the best doctors but the administration is just poor. From a non existent parking space to long wait at the billing counter and then hoping that the doctor is in his chamber, the patient has a harrowing experience to say the least. Surprisingly the Cardiology Department which gets maximum senior citizens has the least seating space for the patients to be seated comfortably while waiting endlessly for the doctors to arrive .. Yatharth hospital may be avoided since other good hospitals are also available nearby .. to sum it up, over the past 8-9 visits to the hospital we have waited 3-4 hours for a 5 minute consult with the doctor !!! One doesn't mind the wait but it gets long and tiresome when there are no places to even sit ..

BEWARE OF THE BILLING SCAM. Before paying, check each and every item in the final bill and for sure there would be numerous false and inflated billings of each items. In my case, they billed 70 pairs of gloves, which I never saw any of the staff ever using it. Total 4 cannula were used but they billed for 8 and stated false stories. Medicines which were bought from outside hospital were also billed. And many more such false items were added thinking that no one notices it. Only few doctors are good, hence decided to go there, but they do inflate the bill by adding items which were not ever even used!!

The treatment given was up to satisfaction. The doctors here are good. I would recommend this hospital. However, some suggestions I have are as follows: 1. Security: anyone can walk in/out, onto any floor, any time of the day. This needs to be controlled, at least entry to rooms or floors with patients should be controlled. Time duration should be in place. 2. Lift: The lifts here are a real pain. They are slow and you'll reach any floor faster using the stairs. Plus, they are usually crowded.

Nice service and hospitality too. Staff was also polite. They take care of cleanliness too. We went there for our 9 month old baby n got speedy recovery there. They have experienced doctors and staff. We stayed there in room 1417 A, it was feeling like we are in 5star hotel not in hospital 😀.

Very poor experience. The nursing staff is over loaded with patients. Zero value nursing care. Doctors don't know about their admitted patients because they don't visit the hospital on regular basis. Hi Yatharth team... This review just about 10th floor conditions only. My Daughter admitted at 10th floor in F block.Basic amenities provided by Hospital staff like drinking water, bathroom and toilet facilities and house keeping. Overall staff behavior is good and they doing there's job with responsibilities. Reason of to give 1 ☆ less due to cleaning and hygiene related like washroom is not cleaned properly and also hidden areas like under bed and behind areas of bed table and wall not cleaned properly. Other all things and experience is good.
