There is a reason why HD closed its assembly lines in India Staff not well trained to handle customer queries. Waited at the show room for 15 mins & the guy told to wait for 5 mins and still didn't come. They done care much about the customer or the potential customers.

The only dealership now in delhi NCR. Has really helpful staff. Deals with merchandise as well as motorcycle. Never had any problems dealing with them in the past 2.5 years.

Hardly any vehicle available for purchase, only pre-booking available and have to wait 3 months for delivery of vehicle. Personal opinion, do not visit this store, the vehicle we enquired HD Low Rider the dealer mentioned it would cost ₹23L on road, with did not sound right, so when checked on HD website the price is mentioned as ₹13.69L ex-showroom and ₹15.26L on road. Please do your research before hand to avoid being conned by the dealer. It seams they are more focused on their after sales Vehicle Service than on new Sales. You are better off visiting HD showroom in Gurgaon.

This location doesn’t exist anymore. It is literally a small shop about 10’ x 20’ with clothes only and It looks like it’s been worn already. If you think you’re going here to buy HD merchandise, don’t bother. It’s on the outside of the plaza just passed the Zara on the right hand side but again I wouldn’t waste my time. Not sure what place this photos are taken from but it’s definitely not there anymore.

Even when you are at the location you won't be able to find it. No one picks up the call. I won't suggest buying this bike as I don't feel that the customer service will be good.

I had Very bad experience. It’s not at all to the standards of Harley. At least have some one at store who is little courteous and doesn’t considers himself as the owner 😃

Checked and found out that x440 isn't available for display in this showroom which surprisingly is the only showroom in delhi. Waste of time.
