I bought a Titan edge watch without any discount from this store. But on the website of Titan, 25%discount was available on the same watch for all options including 'pick up from the store'. It may be my bad that I didn't check online before buying but I also felt cheated that the staff also didn't bother to tell me online offer which was available for 'pick up from store'. Otherwise, all is good.

This showroom has all the range of titan watches, and accessories. Well located in the heart of pashchim vihar, just a walking distance from jwala heri market.

So much dissatisfied with the customer services. I received a call regarding the issues with my watch. And no action was taken by the service head. I had to rather visit stores so many times for the pathetic service.

Service is good but one thing is bad that their service of product is poor because of bad service centre personal availability.

Amazing staff at this Rohini store of titan. They have an amazing collection. Thanks to the store manager(Mr. Prakash) who spent his time on my Titan watch for size adjustment and also helped me understand setting of time zone.
