Marriott group is my favourite and aloft is the best best 5 star hotel with all the top facilities. I love their colorful concept in their hotel and rooms. It is located in the prime location which is T3 airport in New Delhi. Their buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is luxurious and very tasty. I have stayed in aloft couple of times and always I had the best experience with their team. I must recommend everyone to stay at aloft, you will love the ambience, service, food and everything. Many times I have celebrated my friends birthday at aloft ♥️♥️🎂🎂🥂🍩

Overall I enjoyed this quick stay (we had a flight early in the morning). Room was good, with a comfy bed. Shower didn't look like it was well cleaned. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic, with a wide variety of options. My compliments to the chef! Pool was OK, but felt abandoned. The concierge was excellent, wish I could say the same about the receptionist who lacked patience and a smile. As a loyal member, I would have appreciated a free upgrade but the receptionist didn't gave his heart out. The Aloft Kathmandu staff were much more welcoming.

The Entire Property is located in Ultra Prime location Aerocity at New Delhi...The rooms are very cozy and spacious. Food is very delicious and selection of buffet menu for all 3 meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner is very special and suitable for indian and foreign guest. Fitness area like gym and swimming pool is very well maintained and managed by humble staff. Worth staying here.

I visited the hotel when my boss called me, and although I wasn't a guest or customer, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at the hotel. First they helped me to park my bike at the ground basement. People were there to guide me to the right location. After that I received a warm welcome at the entrance gate by the staff. The security personnel and the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful in connecting me with my boss. However, there was a minor incident that left me feeling somewhat discriminated against. As I was leaving the hotel after meeting my boss, a lady in white gloves wished farewell to the international guests who were checking out. Maybe being an Indian, she appeared to skip acknowledging (saying thanks) me and restarted acknowledging the guests after I had passed by. I felt this incident discriminated against . Despite this, I'm giving the hotel a five-star rating because I wasn't an actual customer, and the overall experience was quite positive.

Nothing extraordinary. I was diverted to book this hotel with an impressive rating on hotels.com and google but found it to be just an above-average hotel. Service was good and Staff was polite however Reception is mediocre and ambience is dull at best. There was not a single thing that impressed me. I'm going somewhere else next time.

Location was great. Room was clean and spacious. Even betters would be: lobby was beautiful but the temp was warm. Lighting in the room needs to be brighter, a full length mirror would be convenient. Toilet paper holder placement needs to moved for better access. We were only for one night. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel was delicious, highly recommended it. Staff was friendly.

What kind of staff is there , are you getting salary to sleep or not to attend the phone . Just now I called them for 10/15 times but they are least bother to attend the call . I wanted to do booking for 200 people for 2 days but I think with this kind of experience will never go to this third class hotel, who don't have time to attend the call. Who ever is the phone attended don't deserve to get their salary as they are not performing they duty .

A great luxury property to visit and stay. Attended a meeting there and had a great buffet lunch session as well, which had a couple of Indian and continental variety. Their Dal makhni was a savour. I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Dont bulk book for events. We have booked 15 rooms for 3 nights each. Some guests wanted to get together and wait for buffet to open at 7pm. As per the hotel rules you are not suppose to gather more than 6 people in the room. Security will come and ask you to go to your individual rooms. They are pretty strict about it.

Terrible to work with. We booked through a third party website. We tried to change our booking by a day. Called the number of Aloft multiple times a day ahead and could not get through (no answer no ability to leave a message). We emailed since the phone didn’t work to let them know. They canceled on us and won’t work with us. Giant pain.

Be aware, this hotel prohibits outside food. Want to pickup a pizza and eat it in your room? Sorry, not allowed. Also, having guests after a certain hour will cost you money. We had a suit which we had tailored delivered, and we needed to try it on to check if it needed alterations. The front desk said that our tailor would need to be registered for a fee before being permitted into our room. And there are constantly people watching your every move, so no chance you can avoid it. The hotel restaurant was OK, but there is an amazing food area within a 5 minute walk which I would recommend instead. These two policies overshadowed all the pleasant things about this hotel. Will not stay here again on my next trip to Dehli.

I the last 15 days, I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times their AC was not working. The staff was not at all helpful and wont give correct information. After spending so much on a room, you would expect that basic thing like AC should work but they are clueless.

Last week was returning from India to Canada. Long waiting for flight due to fog, booked Aloft in hurry . Stay was short but was amazing. Staff was nice and polite, rooms were near and clean. Food at 2 am in morning served hot in room was perfect delight. Tanu Singh was dealing us and was amazing

As a solo female traveller who had spent 5 weeks backpacking India and Nepal, staying in Aloft was the most brilliant end to my travels. The hotel is beautiful - spacious, immaculately clean, light and so well staffed. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool, bar, gym and Yoga Studio are beautiful. I especially appreciated the care of the staff, who looked after me extremely well and made everything so easy. The food, too, was delicious and there was so much choice. Travelling in India as a solo female traveller had its challenging moments, but at Aloft I felt totally safe, relaxed and happy. Thanks so much.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making it an ideal launching point for day tours and work trips. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the lobby is welcoming, cool, and quiet after the bustle outside. The staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. Unfortunately, I didn't experience the guest facilities because we arrived late every night and left before sunrise every morning. It was a quiet sanctuary for solid sleep.

They are somewhat smaller in comparison to other properties who charge similar price for a night. The breakfast buffet was decent . Overall the experience was good if not awesome.

Positives: Loads but here is a glimpse - Excellent Service: Shubham and the Head Chef (don't remember the name but starts with T) were great hosts in the morning - Very tasty/healthy breakfast - Spacious rooms and good bathroom - Good size pool and gym - Very clean Negatives: - The access control systems are buggy. Our room card was expired time and again. Hence, we had to pay a visit to the reception. - The food ordering process could be a bit efficient. We usually always got two of the dishes/drinks that we ordered at the breakfast but with a great breakfast, no complains

We arrived very late after a long international flight. The staff were extremely helpful with getting us settled into our room. The beds were very comfortable and we were happy to get a good nights rest! The hotel interior is stunning. We had breakfast at the buffet. The selection was amazing and so was the food! The chefs are truly incredible. We will definitely stay here anytime we are arriving in Delhi again.

Stayed at this property for two nights. I must say the staf are absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The rooms had more amenities than some of the upmarket places I have stayed in. Hope to see u guys soon.

The good part was they agreed for a late check-out and the breakfast was also good. The process is not that smooth. Time consuming check-in, keycards not working, 20min delay in sending bellboy for luggage, reminder call for checkout when we are waiting for luggage cart, nobody to help load the luggage at departure car - only too late, confusion if bills are to be settled at reception at checkout or immediately when availing services. But all this with a smile and courtesy so no hard feelings. Overall a good stay.

It's a small business hotel - almost always full. Recommended for business traveller's. Both the citi and the airport are withing 20 - 30 minutes distance. My culinary experience has been adequate but nothing to write home about.

It’s a beautiful property inside Aerocity with very friendly employees. Spacious rooms! Clean gym and a big pool! Their breakfast management was poor! They know the night before how many they expect for breakfast and yet they didn’t prepare making us wait for 30+ minutes. I ended up having coffee and croissant in their cafe! Unnecessary usage of time and money considering breakfast was included in the room price! Please prepare better!

As per the price point, following observations: a. Toilet roll seems like a cheap variant, could've been softer b. Other toiletries incl. towels etc. were adequate c. Cleanliness was average, but staff was helpful in changing the sheets etc. if you found them unclean d. Food was slightly overpriced; while there were diverse cuisines which as a plus, again, priced slightly on the higher side. e. Bed & pillows were very comfortable and adequate in number f. Tables were big and adequate g. Many different types of glasses provided in the room h. Overall room experience was decent i. Overall service experience was below average - 1.5hrs waiting to get room allotted even after previous booking; at least 0.5 hrs of waiting for buffet breakfast j. Overall ROI I would say 2.5-3/5, can have better options k. Possible to have a differentiating experience for the guests through welcome drink or a magazine while you wait or a newspaper in the morning. They have nothing to make your stay memorable, apart from the waiting.

Worth the money, rooms were clean and spacious, aesthetically beautiful, the service was good. Food was a bit costly but overall its was a good hotel. Near Airport and hence a plus point.

Lots of chaos and confusion at check in. They did not make any arrangement for handling the excess load of customers. We had a 6 room booking for a staycation with family. Last room was allotted at 7 pm. All rooms were allotted across 3 floors. Totally spoilt the enjoyment of a group holiday. The property and facilities are nice. No green open spaces. Security is good. Food is great. Customer delight is below average for a 5 star hotel.

Very nice ambience. Courteous staff. Though the menu is limited its sumptuous. Many of guests were found not using face masks at all.

We took dinner at buffet. Indian veg cuisine is very less. Non veg and veg both are placed at same counter. No differenciation was there. Not a good place for vegetarians. Otherwise ambiance is good. May be good for non vegetarians

Hotel located in aerocity. Prime location. There is delay for registration and please don't go through make my trip booking for this hotel. The rooms are good but not that great for a 5 star. I think separate not so good room arrangements for guests via make my trip. Food is good and restaurants are packed with people during this covid times.

Service at the nook hangout is slow. Even a drink order takes 10minutes to repeat. Also too jumbled up and seems as if seated at some food court of a mall. Food is good though overall.

Its an environment friendly hotel, they don't create plastic waste in form of water bottle or bathroom supplies, re-use water, liked the initiatives. Hotel ambience and location is very good. Breakfast buffet is fine and needs improvement, 50% of menu was repeated. A little varience in the flavours of muffins for example will be nice. Staff is very courteous and friendly, shows personal interest for fulfilling client needs. Overall had good experience. Special thanks to Jaideep from Nook and Deepak Raut from house keeping. The pool is clean. Social distancing and hygiene norms were being followed. Other guests and their actions can not be controlled but they were being cautioned and requested by the staff for the safety of other guests and themselves as well. The staff wore mask properly all the time.

This has been my favorite hotel by far! I've been coming to India since I married my husband in 2017 and this place has been the nicest. Everyone has been so friendly, there's a cute little care on the first floor, the room was great! Next time we come back we will definitely be staying again. 💕 Thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcome!

Excellent location close to Aerocity Metro Station. One can go to New Delhi Railway Station, for onward city metro connections or Airport. A new mall is nearby, where one can catch a bite, in the basement food court. Plus many gourmet restaurants. The hotel itself had clean, basic rooms, with mobile USB charging points at bedside. Master switch is on other side of bed. Bathrooms have dispensers for soap and shampoo. A nice touch, though discharge quantity was small. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant for breakfast, with decent pricing for package deals. Go for it, as there is nothing much nearby except the mall, where everything was closed barring one. Finally room and sheets were clean. Don't take any chances in these Covid days. Ask for details.

The room service is good but the room availability is a big issue. The reception is below average, always in a confusion and so much ruckus. Not alloting room even after booking in advance and that too a higher category room. The only thing great was the food. Not impressive at all. The ambience is boring. Not happy with the service at reception. Slow service.

The breakfast spread was amazing, something different each day. The menu was finely curated for both breakfast and dinner. Desserts should be given a special mention. Rooms were properly cleaned and room service was great. Room availability is always an issue even if you have booked a day before. We booked studio room which is one of the highest category rooms yet had to wait for so long and no one could tell when it will be available. Also they asked us to stay in a smaller room on the same price. It was disappointing to know these things. Even though the staff is hardworking it was not a very satisfying stay.

Pathetic and frustrated staff. My door was locked and couldn't be open with all valuables inside, I missed my meeting. Just imagine if you got flights and this happens! No body smiles , hotel staffs are far from friendly, food at the restaurant full of oil and missing flavour. The only good part is we earn few Marriott point should this be tolerated.

I rented a room just for few hours. Best hotel stay ever. Breakfast was AMAZING. They took good care of the guest. I did not have to get up from my chair while eating. They kept checking on us if we needed anything. Front office and concierge were very helpful. Room was spacious. Highly recommended.

Preferred place to stay during my transit before or after international flights every time. The property is clean, quiet, easy commute and best of all - great staff members. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and I find their service excellent. The hotel is clean, near the airport, reasonably priced food and drinks and very helpful staff to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Special mention to the chef who managed to cook my daughter a gluten and dairy free dinner when the restaurant was about to close at 10:30pm and also to Sachin for taking care of us.

I wouldn't describe the hotel as a 5 star. The overall experience wasn't bad. The rooms were spacious. But it's the little things. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and for some reason the bill couldn't be added to room bill and had to be paid on the spot. Never seen this before and I've stayed at a number of hotels in multiple cities both domestically and internationally. Like I said... Nothing major... But little things do matter

Went here for a short stay. Absolutely LOVED it!!! So clean and spacious, the rooms are gorgeous and very modern. The lobby has a lot of space for wonderful photos! Also, the service is very kind - they tend to have funny little lucky draws which is very cute. I won like a cocktail class, could not do it, but either way, was fun! The rooms have a wide variety of teas and coffees and some fresh fruits (this really helps set the hotel apart in my opinion). Overall, definitely recommend it.

This is the best hotel by design. I loved the design and theme of this hotel. In this hotel there is a small kind of museum where you will find some vintage items like vintage car, vintage bikes etc. This place has game zone also along with the bar. The most comfortable area is the Courtyard of this hotel which is situated between this building, you can seat there and order the drinks whichever you want. Great views from the room. It has a small and beautiful pastry shop. I went there in hotel for the lunch with my friend the most efficient menu with affordable and cheaper price comparatively with other five star hotels around here.

All their hospitality at hotel, spa, shops are wonderful. Probably I will choose same hotel for my next visit in India.
