Stayed here with family with occupancy for 3 adults. They only provide a single bed, after repeated saying manager sent a mattress....Which is worst. Everyday they provide half litre water bottle for 2, tea kit just for 2, toiletries for only 1. Worst experience of staying in this hotel. Lady at the reception said u have to request for 3 everytime for any this..... rubbish. They took full amount of 3. Secondly, fan n t.v. were not working, no ventilation. Very poor room service. Tasteless food. Neer recommend this hotel to anyone. If u want a peaceful stay after paying full amount .... plz search another hotel. Disappointed.

Location and rooms are quite satisfactory. Room is clean and spacious. On the contrary this hotel needs a rigorous training on service part. I stayed there for 6 night continuously. After day 1, it was an everyday struggle to get the complimentary water bottle, toiletteries etc. The kitchen/room service is on even higher level. You call them n casually ask..what can I get for snacks or meals quickly? His permanent blunt response would be... "Nothing!!"

Someone complained about rats in their room and they decided to do a pest control treatment while the hotel is full of guests. The smell is unbearable. Me and my colleagues have a headache. If they had the decency to inform us we could have stepped out of the poorly ventilated rooms. This can be hazardous to health.

The reception lady staff was rude and impolite when we reached their. Our rooms were not cleaned though we reached around 3pm . The delux room given was not as per the picture on Goibibo..very small with no place to walk or even keep luggage. Payhetic experience. Location is good but gets horrible during peak delhi traffic. Would suggest book suite rooms as we had to do the same by paying 3000 per day extra..breakfast buffet is not a buffet..just three items given in limited quantity to each person..no tea was ready at the time of breakfast...in short go at your own risk... everything is horrible with this place. It's an old non maintained property

The the hotel is so good... I would definitely recommend this hotel.... Morning breakfast complimentary is so nice.. So yeh overall experience is nice...

I booked room for 3 days. Room is not up to the mark as per showing in pictures. Also the services are not good and staffs are not cooperative. Provided foods are not hygienic. Overall hotel services and rooms are not good according to mentioned price.

Located on ring road in Lajpat Nagar, rooms are reasonably clean and sized. There are windows but you can open the curtains only if you get room on ring road side. Breakfast options are limited and ok quality. Room service is ok.

Room cleaning done everyday. Room service is also good. Breakfast which included in the room tariff served with juice, fruit, north & south Indian food.

It's very old hotel though it's maintained well.. still not happy by the amenities and facilities.. average.

I stayed for 1 night and 1 day. The hotel has nice clean rooms with clean toilets. Good comfortable beds and blankets, clean linens. A clean hotel but found the rooms too congested. I wish they had reduced the number of rooms per floor thereby increasing the room size and also giving some privacy; currently because of rooms so close by and common wall, one can hear what other person in other room is speaking! The breakfast too was very limited. Can be improved.

Very good room service by Mr. Arvind Singh. He was well behaved and prompt. Rooms were decent as per the room rent. The location of the hotel is excellent.

This hotel is located in Lajpat Nagar 3 in central Delhi and offers vast options to travel around. This is a decent three star hotel but with antique looks. We had stay in their premier category room so it was near clean and very spacious and with all available amenities. Room service is decent but food quality needs to improve after all it is Delhi and we expect rich and good food here. There are Limited breakfast options. Room interiors where good but the sofa needs a shampoo wash and the back pillow cover also needs a wash as those looked dirty. Hotel staff is very cooperative from security, front desk, room service, house keeping and the floor manager.

All staff is very cooperative & gives best services . Rooms are very clean, beautiful bedding.

I was not entirely sure how the Hotel will turn out to be but to my pleasent surprise it was nearly a perfect stay. Superb location on the main Ring Road merely 4 mins walk from the Lajpat Nagar Metro Station & the Lajpat Nagar Central Market. Surrounded Eateries, Restaurants, Sweet Shops, Cafes & the in house kitchen there will be no derth of options at any point of time. Well maintained big sized room, extremely well behaved staffs & house keeping service, no scarcity of hot water, was a great experience. Buffet style Breakfast had enough options to fill out tummy & satisfied us. I stayed with my family & felt extremely safe. 24*7 security there. Special mention to Mr Jha (the Hotel Manager) & the other staff members. Keep up the good work. A big thanks to Hotel Diplomat Residency for making our stay so comfortable & memorable.

I CANOT belive how the desck wooman IF i explícit Say don't PERMIT no one person arrive to My room how is posible werever person creazy FROM the STREET can arrive direct to the room ..is absoluty cero security and is full OF cockroaches infested and smells musty has black fungus dangerous to the respiratory tract i SEE black fungus in all the wals.. cockroaches, really this hotel NEED care more the turist, the simple human bean trate DESERVE the turist honest.

A good hotel with a classic ambience. Stayed here for a day…hygiene , amenities and service was impressive. Breakfast was included and it was decent. I got a great deal so pretty happy with my experience.
