Worst service worst quality. For my ring initially it's diamond broke and then ring and they don't even provide you good service. When I go to repair my ring no one was attended properly and finally they told me to go upstairs and get it repair by yourself. Also the finishing after repair was not good. If you go for purchasing they will greet you otherwise they don't even bother. Disgusting service.

Pathetic Staff at Noida Sector 18. Nobody was there to attend even though there was hardly anyone in the outlet. The staff was busy doing there own tasks. The lady who finally attended us was least interested in showing us the options.

I had very bad experience with Kalyan Jewellers twice. Their service is pathetic and literally irritating. I ordered my engagement ring (diamond) as per their designs but they made some other design for my engagement I literally didn't like that but I was bound to purchased that as I have given the 50 % amount which is compulsory to pay. With in a year rings diamonds get loose and for that they took 30 days to fix it. But they were not even able to deliver that service on time even after so many reminders. I raised so many complaints then they agreed to provide the ring with unsatisfactory service. Staff behavior is so causal they do not pay attention to your concern. There is so much communication gap in staff itself. Very disappointed.

They are frauds, I purchased a uncut diamond jewellery from them couple of years back, their current exchange value for uncut diamond is 90%, but they offered me exchange value of 70%. Stop fooling your customers FRAUDS

My experience at Noida sec 18 Kalyan jewellers was worst.. The employees there are not attending the customer very nicely specially the person name Rao or Rahul... he behaved while attending me in the gold section as if he is doing charity or m asking him something for free.. Jewellery is a costly asset and one will definitely look for option while buying it... he was not at all even interested in showing up the variety store has and after complaining this to manager ... they didn't even admit there mistake.. I would not recommend anyone to visit sec 18 kalyan store...

I had a great time shopping with Kalyan jewellers. They have a huge variety of options to choose from ranging from gold to diamond. Their executive Mr. K.K was very calm and helpful throughout our whole purchase.

The place has a extremely good variety of rings and other jewellery. The staff there is very courteous and eager to help you. They are polite and patiently explain all the details about the jewelleries that you intend to purchase. They will also admit to issues with their jewellery design if you ask them about it, rather than dismissing them by saying "the design is only like this, sir" or it's "that's how it is supposed to be" like most other jewellery stores. Also the price that they charge and the discounts they provide are good. They are also stringently following safety protocols and measure your temperature, and make sure you sanitize your hands and then provide you with plastic gloves to keep you and themselves safe.

And later on you come to know about the loop holes and by that time its already late. Sky high making charges, even for machine built jewellery. The floor/store manager is of not much help. He always try to support/shield staff even if they are wrong and telling lie in front of everyone. Beware. There are other Jewellry stores in the same market. Better try those places instead of Kalyan.

I have almost been visiting this place frim past 3-4 years . And always have better experinece coming here and shopping some quality products . No doubt about their quality products. This time i went their staff employee(Teena) really helped me in selecting a gift for my mom . 1 YEAR ago i purchased a silver Bracelet from sec 18 store Noida, at the time of purchased they said me that lifetime service is free but today my bracelet lock is broken and i visited this store for maintenance, they refuse me for service and said our Technician is not available at store for 1 days, now i will never recommend to any one for this shop

Something for every budget. But gold and silver shopping here takes time so come between 11am to 3pm during weekdays for a relaxed experience. Weekends and prime timings are rushy. Showroom timings - 11am to 8 pm. Billing here takes a lot of time, so beware.

It's a nice Shop for jewellery. In most of Kalyan's Shops in Mall etc. doesn't have silver Jewellery. But here you can have all kind of Jewelleries including Silver. Staff is very friendly. You might get all the things you want. For me it was nice experience.

Very nice jewellery collection.I have bought diamond ring 5 years back and lost one small diamond from the ring and when i went there for repair they charged no money for the diamond as the diamond jewellery here have lifetime insurance which i didnt know before.Also nice staff and service.

I had a horrific experience while visiting this showroom today. The behaviour of the staffs is pathetic and they simply don't know how to attend the customer. I think the Group should consider giving them good training for dealing with the customers. Will never visit this showroom again.

Best place to purchase jewellery with variety in designs. I was seeking for Gold pipe bangles. Did not find variety in designs anywhere else but finally found it at Kalyan Jewellers. Located in heart of the Atta Market.

This one is located near Noida Sector 18 metro station. There are various other jewellery showrooms nearby. I have shopped many times from here. Do try minimising the making charges they levy on jewellery.

3 storied showroom. Diamond jewelry at the ground floor, gold at 2st and silver at 2nd floor. Toilets are at 3rd floor. They do piercing for small kids. Most of the staff is from Kerela. Good gold jewelry. Making charges are a bit high for gold ear rings appox 20 percent. Gold chain around 10 percent and higher.

Working if KJ is almost on the verge of fraud,Dishonest. Went to sell some gold, part of which sold as 24 carrot, but they said, it to be 23.30. secondly weight was 28.27 grams, but they calculated value for 28 gems. When objected, then only apologised. Not a trust worthy jewellers.
