I bought eyeglasses many times from different stores because every single time it becomes uneasy and uncomfortable...not comfortable to eyes also...but since I bought one from lenskart I'm free from those hectic problems. And you know what, i got an offer one on one free so I decided to have one for styling but surprise surprise it was too for eyesight but with shade...... it's so awesome. Thank you lenskart.

Very pathetic service...no support from the executives present there...no accuracy in eyes test rather they are saying that get it checked from other place...they didn't show any interest in showing us variety and directly said that u can check yourself in stands..didn't inform about any offer..we were their regular customer but not visiting again now

Didn't even feel like giving one star for the behaviour shown by your executives at the store. We had just gone to get a screw fixed and the store representative refused to help us. The kind of arrogance and harshness shown by the person was very disappointing.

I had to fix the screw for my glasses and the person working there got it done under 5 minutes without any issues. A great experience. Thanks to lenskart

Poor service. I selected my glasses and no one assisted me. I waited for half an hour to place my order one representative went for lunch other was busy in chit chatting with another customer then i left the store

Staff behavior is praise worthy. I have visited one year back in 2019 for sunglasses. They have provided me excellent quality product suited to our need. Now whene i need some more stuff, i again visited and found the staff too much cooperative. They done whatever they can do for my satisfaction.

Yesterday, I was going on lenskart store To repair my rimless frame. So there, I meet a boy whose name is Prashant. He gave me very good service and due to his service, I also bought Gold membership of lenskart for two year

Very Bad Service Given By Mr. Tarun... After taking the specs Order... He didn't update the Power in the system while after getting my bill, i asked him that power is not mentioned in this bill. He said sir this will be done at our end & this is our back end work.... When i didn't receive my ordered specs on committed date i talked to customer care & they told me that Power updation is pending from Store. So we can deliver your specs after 5-6 days. Then i called him & he gave a excuse that it was technical fault.

Poor experience....i purchased the the product on 26/9/2021..nose pins of frame are very poor quality..they left the dark marks on my nose... I asked many time to change the frame but they didn't do.. they said we can't the the frame..
