I am writing this after my mother has been ditched by Gupta Ji, when I was going London last year , we have sent our heater for rod change, they charged 700rs from us. But duplicate rod was not survived, we called the owner (Gupta Ji) he advised to send the heater, later when we called he agreed to return the Heater and Money as model was discontinued. But somehow I was out of nation my mother not able to go there. Later when I came back we went to the shop, first he said heater lost. Second he said you collected it with money. Not sure why he not agree that they lost it. Please be aware of duplicate products they are selling and giving warranty and gettting repaired locally in their workshop instead of sending it to Company.

They mislead customer. Bought Racold geyser on their advise that it works with ground water but started facing issues within 2-3 months. Racold executive said that these geysers will not work with ground water and even company does not guarantee it.

Do not get your products repaired from this shop . Even after multiple visits , they have not fixed the product and have charged enormous amount .
