Worst customer service. I’ve been calling them from past 2 days no one is answering the call. I don’t know what to do i need my passport it’s an emergency. Can’t even visit the post office it’s in ambala and I’m from chandigarh.

Very gorgeous place & office. If the area would be bigger, it can have the best look in post offices in Ambala City.

NEVER EVER USE INDIAN POST OFFICE FOR SENDING YOUR PACKAGE. WORST SERVICE EVER. MY PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED FROM DELHI TO AMBALA. ITS BEEN 6 DAYS AND ITS STILL IN DELHI. I THINK INDIAN GOVT. POST OFFICE SHOULD BE HANDED OVER TO PRIVATE COMPANY. ******WORST SERVICE*******

Need To Improve Speed , Many a times it take a hour just to send a letter through Speed Post, Moreover they don't have commemorative stamps to offer for making covers interesting for Postcrosser's

I sent speed post from Hyderabad to Sanawar, HP. First it reached Delhi, then gone to Shimla, HP. From Shimla, it went to Ambala. I don't know when my speed post will be delivered in Sanawar,HP. Shimla to Sanawar is 40KM. The speed post moving front snd back. Thanks for Postal department doing such experiments

Service is appreciatable. The date printed on the receipt of Speed Post Receipt was not matching with actual date of posting date. My speed post reached well in time by third day to Noida. Thank you.

Have made more than 15 calls but none of the staff picked up the phone, I had to make a complaint, I have not seen any post office before today, what a useless service
