As of my experience Mr Vinod sukhija(ortho) Is not a good Dr because He written so many tests in one time and x ray too the cost of tests were rs-26300 and in a x ray there was a problem in my back(slip disc)but he did not explain any thing and he told me there was no any problem just take medicine for a month. And got relief in legs and back pain too but back pain was increased day by day when I consulted with my home town Dr and Showed my same x ray which was gotten by Apollo hospital delhi He told me there is problem in your back bones so do MRI and then will confirm and finally I got a problem in my back bonus in MRI report L4,L5 and s1 (slip disc) bulge.😌😌😭😭

We were given due importance in whole process right from admission to treatment. Resident, Medical and support staff has been very good and cooperative. Though facility is new and facing starting up challenges but we are sure will overcome those.

This is not a hospital, it's a market. They just want to make money and if you have insurance then they will make sure to utilize the whole amount. I went for a kidney stone surgery, but their doctor didn't remove all the stones at once so that I undergo 2 surgeries and they use the whole insurance amount. Their doctors, especially Dr. SAGGU, was only concentrating in making his incentives or whatever. He did not even analyze my stones, and lied to us that only a small stone is left that will get dissolved but today in my ultra sound, I came to know that there are multiple stones of 11mm. Never ever visit them.

Very good trained and helping staff facility of hospital is good. Doctor Ashwani Maichand is very skilled and experienced surgeon. He is kind and compassionate. He really cares about the patient and truly understands their pain. I will be always grateful for the excellent treatment given by doctor. Also like to thank the physio doctor Dr. Fahat for his help and support.

This is a joke in the name of a hospital. Even government hospitals are better than this. The doctors arrive very late, at their convenience. The hospital size is too small, with very basic facilities. There's not even a proper canteen.

One of the worst hospital in Delhi. They take Security Deposit before admission and do not process refund. Reception team does not know how to speak and pass on the call to accounts. Nobody takes the ownership. Everyone is passing the ball to others. Not just this, the health care service is not upto the mark. Building infrastructure is pathetic. I would not recommend this Hospital at all... please avoid

I have been visiting Apollo with my family for the past few months for a treatment. The doctors are well qualified and experienced and the staff and nurses are quite cooperative. Dr. Pankaj walecha (Orthopedic surgeon) has been done my wife right leg hip joint replacement and we are very happy and satisfied with this operation. He is very helpful and supportive person. Also Dr. Fahad (Physio) has guided us for desired exercise for recovery of muscles . Also within 24 hrs of operation my wife started walking with the help of walker under guiding of him. I am very satisfied with his knowledge and experience .

The management of this hospital is nothing like that of other Apollo spectra.i found people sitting at reception a little extra rude people.also they don't have the information about the app based appointments. There is no coordination within the management. The place doesn't seem like very spacious or hygienic. Also since it is so close space, it can prove to be really dangerous in case of unfortunate events like fire incidents.

I'm not able to lose my weight from exercising due to some health issues . she recommended me a diet chart for 15 days and I followed that sincerely and I got positive results I lost 8lbs of my belly fat and she's very good in nature and very cooperative ,she always takes my diet notes. Underwent THR at Apollo Spectra under Dr Pankaj Walecha and Physio Dr Fahad. It was nice experience. I was following Dr walecha on social media for quite some time and with the confidence he shows with his patients was remarkable. I have visited several doctors before taking decision on getting surgery with Dr Pankaj.. undoubtedly there may be better doctors but this is the connect between doctor and patient which gives you confidence that you are in right hands and half of the treatment is done. Hospital is bit lacking of modern infra but better part is.. that is also in favour patient as you do not have to follow lot of rules and protocols for even entering hospital. I have been there for eye checkup . Doctor after medicine prescription called me again at his own clinic saying that he will give me new power for my lenses there and suggested a exercise which he told he can provide at additional cost but when I refused for that therapy he refuse to give me prescription regarding my spectacles which I think is a part of regular eye checkup. He told that he will give prescription only after I subscribe to that exercise which was for rs 2500 . After some argument he gave me spectacles prescription after taking consultation fee again on the same date....

The x-ray team did job very well and they treat me like a friend and they also suggest me something good things also they tell m how this x ray machine work as well as the other departments such that blood samples team also did best and all over team anad staff members treat his patients in good manner .

The staff is very friendly.I visited x-ray and ECG department and I felt very nice with their behaviour. The only shortcomings was I took appointment for 8am but it started by 8:37 am..And I should be free by 10:30 but it clocked to 12:10 pm actually because the staff joined late for the day or the hospital should change policy to not book early health check up appointment.

Even he is well known and people come from far just for him he will never abandon you or ignore you. I genuinely believe that angels come in different forms and he is a part of it. My wish is if only he had wings, then again it would be difficult to sanitize. Well, Dr Ashwani, I am a difficult person I know that but you have broken me into tears with you by my side and making me able to walk again. Lastly, if you are reading this- I LOVE YOU and I RESPECT YOU. Do not take it in another sense, you know what I mean.

Went for health check up.. They have listed ultrasound in their plan for check but they don't even have a ultrasound in their facility. To get it done they take you to adjacent hospital(Jeewan Mala) and since you are not jeewan mala 's patient they keep you waiting till they get free and have some spare time. But there is a lack of walking assistances in hospital like Walker,sticks, etc. Because of which patients have to suffer as the hospital has the large amount patients who undergo their hip/knee replacement surgeries due to which they need these assistances post operation. I had one of the best experiences in Apollo Spectra hospital, Karol Bagh. I had my knee replacement surgery in that hospital and believe me if i say the best hospitality ever. Rajinikanth took the best care of me throughout my tough times. Every single person in that hospital is super helpful.

The experience this time was super frustrating. We went for an ultrasound to Apollo spectra and they send us to jeewanmala hospital , the adjoining building.both the hospital are working with same staff , same doctors but it's a difference of 2 star and 3 star. And when I paid the ultrasound fee at jeewanmala then the staff nurse behaved badly and seems to be very angry as the fee of ultrasound was 1600/- at jeewanmala and 2000/- at Apollo spectra. I tried to ask her that can she explain what she wants and why she want me to pay 400/- extra. She didn't even talked to me. I complained this thing to the Doctor on duty. Though she listen to my complaint but i was looking forward to look for a solution. Which I haven't got. This was not expected from a hospital like this where a patient is spending money and that too the hospital is private , not a government one. Sorry but 1 star only this time.

I have recently undergone Arthosopic surgery for knee at Apollo Spectra Karol Bagh under supervision of Dr Pankaj Walecha (Ortho surgeon). I had consulted about half a dozen ortho specialist, prior to consulting Dr Walecha who was actually able to confidently pin-point on the issue with my knee and advised the best possible course of treatment. Dr Walecha and his entire team at Apollo including Dr Fahad (Physiotherapist) worked in an unmatched cohesive manner to make this treatment and entire experience for me - medical trauma and hassle free. Not only did doctor addressed my multiple queries on numerous occasions patiently but also clearly defined the treatment protocol (pre and post surgery) to avoid any surprises. The hospital cleaning staff, nurses, dietician and duty doctors were equally helpful and made my stay at the hospital comfortable. I would suggest hospital management to consider upgrading its infrastructure in a similar way as it has invested in latest equipment and technological advancements at the hospital. My sincere thanks to Dr Walecha and his team for taking such a good care of me at the hospital and wish him more success in the future!

Overall experience is good so far. One thing, I felt that building structure looks like the nursing home instead of the complete care hospital. It should be more spacious and ventilated and yes the parking issue is very obvious as well. They park the vehicle somewhere down to the on-going construction building, which dirts your vehicle like a hell.

I was admitted for surgery..Department like staff and houskeeping and nursing are quite hood. The only that needs to improved is billing and TPA commnication as it is quite time taking. Back and forth communication had gone to settle down payments correctly which was very unsettling for a patient. Otherwise ita good hospital

Such a waste of time .. i took an appointment of dr malvika sabrawal … after reading so many possitive reviews on google.. but please be aware whoever are planning to visit there for her. I had taken an appointment for 12 o'clock, even after that I had to wait for 2 hours. And even after 2 hours of wait someone else saw me. After that I was asked to wait again. Then after an another hour i went to malvika’s room where she was busy with her phone.she took my file. Gave me 3 advice. 1st bacha krlo as soon as possible 2nd laproscopy 3rd hormonal pills .. she did’t bother herself to talk to me.. nd that’s it.. her staff told me “ ho gya” I went there for laproscopy.. but she did’t gave me time to speak me . Please be aware guys.. on the name of apollo .. they are running jeevanmala or something.

I met with Dr Pankaj Walecha sir who is like god for my father in law, he did best surgery and we can say that sir gave second life to him. The staff was also very good. Special thanks to Dr Dipu, housekeeping staff Champa aunty, Ramu bhaiya, Gautam, Himanshu, nursing staff Neeti rana, Kavita, Nishu, Anamika, Saman, Sanika, and the hospital staff who treat him very good. I get my father surgery done from Dr Pankaj Walecha. It was the 2nd revision of THR. The experience is beyond words. His 1st revision surgery failed and he was in severe pain from 15 days. The time we met Dr Walecha, we were not sure that my father will be able to walk or not. Dr Pankaj is a life saviour for my father and has given him 2nd life as the severity of the pain (at the time we met Dr Walecha) was life taker. I can say that God has come in disguise of Dr Walecha. My brother is admitted in the hospital and experience with this hospital is good. I really appreciate the doctor Mr. Rajat Goyal of the hospital. I would also appreciate about the staff's polite and caring behaviour with us and the room was clean and very quiet. Food was also nice

Karol Bagh center Help desk is fully supportive but there is issue from Apollo corporate side. I had come for medical check up recommended by my company. Apollo corporate side there is no agreement related issue but update did not receive in this center. Apollo corporate should look on their responsibility else it will be time taking activity for whom who has come for the check up.

The doctors are knowledgeable and considerate with the patients. Went there for gall bladder surgery and the whole process was explained in detail giving an assurance.

I was not happy abt 3 things specifically 1) my ultrasound was done even after knowing my bladder was empty 2) one of the lady staff asked me my phone to review the hospital and she did it which I am now editing since I didn't know how to be rude that time 3) even after telling them that there is no one I was asked to leave my sample unattended in the room which had no name on it. Later when I asked them how will they know it's mine as there is nothing mentioned on the bottle the staff apologized for not knowing. Regular health checkups are also to be taken seriously the reason we are doing this is to identify issues if any at the right time.
