HK Village has got big water tank. Hauz means water tank and Khas means Royal, so HK means 'Royal Tank'. Very good place to hang out with family and friends and also to acquaint with the history of India of Tughlaq era, a visit to Hauz Khas Village is perfect one. Madrasa, Pavilions, Mosque, Firoz Shah's Tomb all located in the village complex. One can spend entire morning here and can have BF and Lunch for which large number of options are here. Keep water and snacks with you.

In the heart of city, a place hidden from the daily chaotic life of Delhites. Perfect place to spend your weekend. It also features an Open gym at the southern part of the tank.

Lovely place, needs at least 4 hrs to explore completely, paid parking available, only issue is its hard to find 'point of attraction' easily. So either use Google maps or ask local people so that you don't miss anything. Two major point to notice, 1st: Eatables are not allowed in Feroz Shah's tomb area. 2nd: Access to lake is from Deer park
