I
visited
the
lake
on
18
Oct
2020
with
2
of
my
friends.
We
ran
into
a
local
Gujjar
don
named
Saka
Gujjar
near
CITM
Lake
1.
He
was
there
on
a
bike
with
another
Gujjar
and
with
a
huge
stick
in
his
hand.
He
approached
a
rudely
and
said
the
area
belong
to
the
local
Gujjar
people,
we
must
pay
him
to
visit
the
lake.
In
fear
of
him
calling
more
villagers,
we
gave
him
Rs
100
per
person.
We
asked
other
tourists
at
the
lake
and
they
told
us
that
Saka
Gujjar
made
them
pay
money.
Even
a
group
of
7-8
poor
worker
men
had
to
pay
him
Rs
50
per
person.
Don't
go
there
if
you
are
not
comfortable
with
confronting
local
Gujjar
dons
who
will
harass
even
groups
of
5-6
men
and
force
you
to
give
money
to
"get
their
permission?"
Anyways,
the
water
quality
is
good.
