Always go in a group of more than 10.. keep forest etiquettes , don't litter. May face wild animals and and some fool locals come to ask for money by saying they own this place . Don't stepโš ๏ธ into the water unless you are a pro swimmer!

Nice place but plz keep a stick with you and don't go alone there it's good to keep yourself with group.you can drive from car however it's good to park your car at top and then walk downside as road has been cut for the safety of people.

I visited the lake on 18 Oct 2020 with 2 of my friends. We ran into a local Gujjar don named Saka Gujjar near CITM Lake 1. He was there on a bike with another Gujjar and with a huge stick in his hand. He approached a rudely and said the area belong to the local Gujjar people, we must pay him to visit the lake. In fear of him calling more villagers, we gave him Rs 100 per person. We asked other tourists at the lake and they told us that Saka Gujjar made them pay money. Even a group of 7-8 poor worker men had to pay him Rs 50 per person. Don't go there if you are not comfortable with confronting local Gujjar dons who will harass even groups of 5-6 men and force you to give money to "get their permission?" Anyways, the water quality is good.

I have been to this place numerous times between 2002 and 2006 while I was studying in the nearby engineering college. It was beautiful and serene and not many ppl visited about 15 years back. In fact, the lakes are named after my engineering college which is very near to these lakes, and we used to picnic here back then in groups of 25 to 30 persons. We have never swam in water, and advised by locals not to swim in the water as it can cause danger to life. After I passed out, this place has become popular on internet and Google maps, leading to a lot of unfortunate swimming related deaths in these lakes. Please research on YouTube.

Wow! I loved this place. I went there today with my dog. The sunset view is breathtaking. This is a hidden gem in Faridabad that most people donโ€™t know about.

Very bad experience. We were a group of 4 people on our bikes(family) and local gujjars came and demanded money for visiting the lake. Strictly not ment for outsiders.
