I booked this place to stay with my friends, and took a 2 bed room, which had two queen beds, and a ensuite shower. The view is just awesome, and it's a great staycation, if only the minor details are taken care of. I wouldn't mind staying there again with my friends, if a few things mentioned below are fixed. If I go there again, just for the view. As the car parking is around 100 meters away from the place, initially, the host informed that the caretaker will help with the luggage, and carry it to our rooms on the 4th floor. But upon checkin, the caretaker asked us to bring all our luggage ourselves till the ground floor of the building. Not only that, we had to carry half our bags ourselves and climb up 4 floors with it. After a long travel, this was so painful. The host misguided us to book his place, giving false pretenses. After checkin, there are no towels, adequate pillows, bedsheets provided. We had to use our own stuff. Very uncomfortable. The shower room is just super misled, In the bathroom, there is very very low water pressure, and it just destroys your day when you don't have a good shower in the morning. No buckets provided in bathrooms. As for the stay overall: Pros: 1. Located in Hauz Khauz, which is perfect. 2. Staff is very well mannered, and guide properly about the address and resources. 3. Breakfast is available on payment basis. 4. The Patio area is just awesome, super clear views and picture perfect. Cons: 1. Far away from the car parking, almost 100 meters. 2. The place has 4 floors of stairs to climb 3. Disgusting water pressure in room showers. 4. No amenities provided at all, towels, face wash, adequate bedsheets, nothing.

The hospitality was not that good. We had to clean the rooms ourselves even when we payed ₹10k bucks for a day! Fridge wasn't clean and so was the kitchen. No doubt dogs were friendly and the view was amazing but a lil gesture of hospitality and cleanliness would have made it a bit better. Stayed there a few days back with friends for a day. We had booked 2 rooms.

Excellent view, rooms were clean but Washrooms were not. In one room Handwash soap was missing & AC was not working properly. Their best room was Glass room. Overall average experience.

The location is perfect! It's right in the middle of all the nice cafes in Hauz Khas. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We were a group of four friends who stayed there for the weekend. Even though it's so close to all the party places, it still is pretty quiet and relaxing to be here. Doesn't really feel like we're at the hub. A really nice and quiet getaway from the regular hustle bustle of Delhi with no external interference. The caretaker is really sweet and helpful. A little costly, but you know you gotta pay the price if you gotta stay in an area like Hauz Khas. Overall experience was 4/5.

Such a disappointment and a missed opportunity. The location and views are great. The patio is lovely, full of nice well tended plants. Unfortunately, the standard of the accommodation lets the place down, and the staff are plain annoying. The rooms were dirty, the bed linen did not seem fresh and some pillows smelt of sweat. We didn't make a fuss as we didn't want to vacate our rooms. We found the staff noisy when we were trying to sleep. We had 3 rooms booked with no other guests, but the staff stayed regardless. As they weren't cooking or cleaning for us it was frustrating to have to constantly remind them that we didn't want to be woken up by them clattering about the kitchen at midnight or their phones going off at 6am. One of the rooms did not have a lock. Unfortunately one of the staff entered the room while we were out and made use of some soap and a razor, you could see the thick black hairs in the otherwise fresh razor. Obviously we won't be back! It's such a shame as for this cost and location this could be such a good place to stay but it's poorly managed and staffed.

Though the stay was short the experience was great. The location is perfect and the rooms are wonderfully decorated. The place has a very quiet and serene atmosphere. And the owners are some of the friendlies people I've ever come across. Hoping to stay with you guys again soon.

Just wow cause u will get feel & view of another world. Best was lake view and best of best was experience of preparing lunch & dinner for ourself free of any tension or worry. Really u can enjoy or well spend your weekend or quality time here. Loving it.

It's an awesome mind-blowing place

Quaint and minimalistic is the best way to describe this little piece of paradise nestled among the alleys of Hauz Khas. This B&B offers an incredible view of the Hauz Khas lake along with a fresh and quiet environment. Not only that, the owners and the staff are very friendly and accommodating!

The lazy patio offers an exhilarating experience experience. it's placed at a perfect location in hauz khas & their lake view is amazing. Host are quite helpful and sweet. Must visit.

Very good location and beautiful terrasse but stay needs improvement (bed linen, bathroom, no hot water…). Costly in comparison of service and confort provided.

I don't know if this place a bed-and-breakfast, but this definitely is a bed-and-BED BUGS. We had booked all the three rooms and had similar complaints from all the three rooms. The caretaker is another masterpiece to deal with; an uncooperative and a unique personality. Response to the Reply: I'm sure you would have had a word with my friend (person who booked) by now. The check-in was for a group of 6 people.

Stayed here 2 nights. Relaxed place with a great view overlooking the park. It feels a bit like an oasis - Even it’s located within Hauz Khas it’s quiet & you can listen to the nature. The owner is super helpful and provided nice advices. It’s located on the fourth floor and a bit hard to find though.
