So for the last 10 years, I have been a regular customer of Tanishq Kamla Nagar and my loyalty to the store stood because of Richa Sharma. Unfortunately she has quit and with that I suppose my loyalty to this store or Tanishq might also come to an end. The last two visits at the store in her absence were quite disappointing. I was asked to meet Mr. Rohit who absolutely didn’t have the time to attend me and asked some other lady to attend me, who seemed unwilling as well. The warmth, expertise and interest with which Richa used to attend was perhaps the only reason I chose to order from here even when I had relocated to Bihar in 2019. But will perhaps have to look for some other store for my future purchases.
